When Gaines plays the entire defense seems to be better. I think this is because there are two good corners on the field. I do not want to lose Gaines, but I also wonder if in McDermotts D a cheaper replacement can be found in FA or the draft. My biggest concern with paying Gaines upper corner money is his ability to stay healthy. Gaines has missed one entire season already and numerous games this year. That is the definition of injury prone.

As Pegula I think I would give my coach 3 full seasons to make the playoffs . They get one year extra on their contract for making the playoffs, two years for winning a playoff game, 3 years for making the Super Bowl and 5 years for winning one. To to your point OP. Very well said and spot on by McCoy. These refs appear to be calling these games with preconceived notions. It almost appears as if the refs believe there is no way the Bills can win thus make calls to ensure it doesn’t happen. Riveron should not hold the position he has. There was no clear and obvious evidence to over turn it.

We have had a bunch of coaches make that same call. Every time the kick has been missed or the Bills have lost we have called the coach names. I give the OP credit for taking a new approach to attacking the HC for the FG attempt.

I really hope Taylor can find Thompson for a couple of 20+ yd completions. Those ‘lollipop’ throws Taylor was completing last week just over the LB’s heads were also nice to see. 5 yards in the air to Clay or Benjamin and let them run would be nice to watch. Belichick will not let the Bills win by running McCoy 30 times without something coming in the air. Taylor will need to have 150+ yds to win.

There is a ton of value in mid rounds when it comes to running backs. running backs are like LB’s for me. You need to be a sure fire all pro to be taken in the top 15 . There is not a ton of drop off from the mid 1st to the third round. If Michel is there in late second I’d like to see the Bills trade back up for him. i really think Michel has what it takes to be special .

I don’t think so. And that is exactly how you could cover Gronk and how you get revenge. Hit him legally every chance he catches a pass or attempts to. Tre has shown a ton or maturity and class. He is also a good player. You can be both and that’s what our management is trying to do.

I have watched him play. He doesn’t suck. He also will need a strong supporting cast to win.you could say those same things about Ne and GB at times. Still Rogers and Brady win with what they have. Paying Cousins money like he is Elite doesn’t make him play like it.
