Del loves the Bills and is a great guy. I can only imagine how cool he thinks it is to be in the same article as Talley. And Del is everything opposite of the table jumping knuckleheads. Glad a couple of the good guys got some time to speak about the majority of Bills fans.

With Jimmy G looking like the real deal I am sure Belichick didn’t want to trade him. Bill knows talent. This ultimately will be the best thing for the Bills. They all played their roles. Kraft owned the team and stayed out of Belichicks way who found the prefect QB for his team.

I’d let him test FA. See what the league thinks of him. There will be vet options available .

Yep. I went to the Moma Museum in NYC this past July and the Wright exhibit was amazing. And I love the Bills.

He seems like a guy who doesn’t get it. Buffalo is a football city. All those other things are nice. Fact is 70,000 people aren’t lining up to look at a Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece on a Sunday. The Bills have been a healthy distraction from some of the struggles Buffalo has had over the years. Go Bills! Go (away) paperboy!

Saban is 11-0 vs his ex coaches. Saban is a great coach. I like the fact Saban has only a week to prepare for UGA. I don’t think Saban has faced an ex coach with the type of talent UGA has. I think it is going to be a great game Monday night. I hope it is as exciting as the Rose Bowl with the same outcome.

The prices started to come down today. For just over $1900 you can get into the stadium. 1980 was their last Nat’l Championship. The Bills and Dawgs share a lot of let down moments.

Gaines will test FA waters. The Bills will want this and so will Gaines. If a team is desperate enough they will sign him to a contract that looks past his injuries and just sees his production. Personally a wise GM will pay Gaines $6 mil a year and then have another $4mil in incentives for playing time and production.

Marrone doesn’t worry me as much as Dareus. When motivated Marcel can be a game changer.

One friend, a UGA alum, bought a ticket about a month ago for $1400. Another bought one three weeks ago post SEC championship game for $2000. I think a Bama vs UGA game will set the record for highest average ticket price for a championship game. A few factors will play into it. The new stadium, a ton of fans willing to pay higher prices due to no airfare and very little if any accommodation expense. A lot of UGA and Bama fans in Atlanta. It is easier to swallow a $2500 ticket price if that is 95% of your total expense for the experience. And lastly just the natural progression of ticket costs.

Thanks man!! This is a nice feeling. As for Mayfield I came away with a mixed impression. His line was dominating at times giving him 4-5 seconds at least. This was mostly in the first half and UGA was playing more of a 3 man front. When UGA went to a four man front and bringing a 5th or 6th man OKL’s Oline struggled and thus did Mayfield. He was unable to make a quick check down or slide away from the pressure to reset and deliver a solid pass. Mayfield did have the nice touchdown throw in the second half where he avoided pressure and reset his feet. I came away thinking I wouldn’t want to draft him in the first round. I for sure would not want to trade picks to move up and take him in the first. This has been a great weekend for me. Not sure how many Bills and Dawg fans there are in the world, glad I am tonight. Now lets win next week and shock the world!!

I am most impressed with the OKL o line and their coaches. Mayfield looks solid but he has had all day. UGA has looked out coached and out of sorts. Credit to OKL and coming in ready to show they are for real.

I am honesty very interested in seeing what Mayfield can do. If he has a good game against this UGA D, I will not be upset if the Bills grab him with a pick .

Thought maybe we can start a thread just for the Rose Bowl. Go Dawgs!! Lets see how good Mayfield is against an SEC D. If Mayfield is the real deal he will prove it today.

I am sure Kyle has been in touch with all the guys he shared time with over the past 11 seasons that wanted it just as much as he does. Freddie definitely was another great leader who gave his heart and soul to try an get the team over the hump and back into the playoffs.

I got tears. Kyle has so much heart and determination . Kyle is a great man. I am glad King wrote this piece. Kudos to any of you who were standing out there when the plane arrived earlier this morning!

I believe Arians keeps a home in Reynolds Plantation outside Atlanta. If the Falcons miss the playoffs Sark may get shown the door or head off for a college HC gig. Arians would be amazing with the offensive weapons the Falcons have.

Make that Cousins contract one that can be exited after 3 years. I don’t think Cousins is going to be brutal and with the picks you can build the team. If Cousins does stink or gets injured you get him mostly off the books in four years. Then you can pay your players who are coming up for FA from this draft.

I hear ya Boyst, it is easy to not feel good about a win. After 17 years the one thing I do know is whatever I think will happen most likely won’t happen. I am not sure why but I got a strange feeling the Bills get in. Either way I am glad I let the emotional ups and downs back in my 30’s. If they win and get in I will think about those people I shared the last playoff moment with that are no longer here.

It just doesn’t matter as much as it use to. FA and national scouting has negated weather home field advantage to a large degree.

So after one year there are Bills fans who want another teams player to be better than the one we have? Give it some time people. It’s called a career...one year doesn’t make it.
