Hauschka responds to Bills waiver claim on kicker
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
His body language after that kick that bounced in said it all. I have nothing against Stephen and it appears it’s a mental issue not physical one. Hope he gets a couple to pop through and puts this behind him. -

College vs Pro Football

Have you ever been exposed to big time college football in person? I wonder if we took you to a SEC game in the fall you would say the same thing. Great tailgating and game experience. -
No. A fan base showed their team some love and appreciation. Things money can’t always do. It shows players and everyone in the NFL why Buffalo has great fans. A small gesture and thank you by fans can make all the difference to players. What separates our guys from theirs? Our guys know they have a city and fans all over the country who are there for them. Greatest fans anywhere.

Beane free agent WR signings

I don’t think OBJ would of fit in to the culture McDermott and Beane want. OBJ looks to draw attention to himself, the Bills players look to praise each other. -
College game day : Championship Week
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in College Football
supposedly. Dawgs will need to limit LSU’s offensive possessions to less than 10. I’m thinking Fromm will have to play his best game since the Bama SEC championship game last year. It’s going to take at least 28 to win for the Dawgs. Georgia D vs LSU O is going to be fun to see. Burrow is the real deal. -

People are going to think I am crazy but I think UGA has a shot. -
Search. It’s on here. Looks like a fair crew.

Sorry for your loss. Like a bunch of us, when the Bills win the Super Bowl I’m sure you will cry tears of joy and think first of your dad.

Ok, speaking of football knowledge, do we know what olineman will be available in FA this up coming year? I’m sure one of the better posters in this area can quickly provide the options. The draft is a little more subjective where talent will fall, but I’m sure there will be some available in every round. Beane showed he could find talent. If it’s luck, ok. I just think he is to smart of a guy. Like he left WR and De available as a draft option for the 2020 draft, both positions have been mentioned many places as being deep this year. Again, could be luck or could be strategy. Either way if the wins keep happening, I’ll take it.

Best Football Play by Play Announcers

Pat Summerall and John Madden were amazing in the 80’s and 90’s. Keith Jackson for college and locally Larry Munson calling UGA games. -
Agreed every off season is different and who is available changes. I don’t think Beane ‘lucked out’. I’m pretty sure he and the staff did their due diligence before making the signings they did. I am a big believer in that oline is the single most important unit on a team. A little bias on my part because I played on the oline Into my college days. I trust Brandon and his staff to review all players available before making decisions and how much to pay someone. Not sure I would of been able to say that about the Bills FO for a long time.

Bills backers - Los Angeles
atlbillsfan1975 replied to QB Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
West Coast game schedule sounds so awesome. would be totally useless on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. At least now I get a few hours in the morning to get somethings done. I married a west coast gal and trying to talk her into moving back that way sometime in the future. -
The Ravens aren’t trying to develop Jackson like the Bills are trying to develop Allen. Jackson isn’t running a pro style offense with multiple reads. Greg Roman was brought in because he was the perfect OC to maximize Lamar’s strengths. The Bills want Allen to develop into a pocket passing QB who when the pocket breaks down he can scramble for yards. The Ravens realize Lamar’s style of play has a much shorter shelf life than Allen’s. Running QB’s don’t typically last a long time. Can Jackson transition into more of a pocket passer when he is older and not as elusive? Maybe. Vick did it with Andy Reid in Philly.

Beane proved he can find olinemen and in particular interior ones in FA last off season. I think we will see another signing like Feliciano. I think Brandon will try to resign Spain but won’t overpay. Long is a possibility as a starter at guard next year. Bills will sign another vet tackle to compete. Ford will start at RT in training camp. Players do get better. I don’t see Beane and McDermott only giving Ford one season to show he can play RT.

If the Bills do look for a new OC I’d love to see Joe Brady. Look at what he has done with Joe Burrow at LSU. Brady has spent time under Sean Payton in NO. Brady also played at William and Mary where McDermott played at. I’d like to see what Brady could do with Allen. Brady took Burrows from a 55% completion percentage to over 70% . Brady is a young riser, who might like a shot back in the Pro’s. I don’t see Daboll as a HC in the NFL. Not sure why he would leave the Bills for anything less than a HC gig someplace he valued.
