  2. Why the salary cap is going to keep going up, makes plenty of sense to have a great TE and good-solid TE2.
  3. I believe the Bills are the first team to hire a former NFL official in this capacity. Interesting. Maybe it'll start a trend.
  4. He won't be going anywhere this year after he reworked his deal. How much he plays this year IMHO will come down to how effective the OL is playing. If the OL struggles to gel with the new pieces this year and takes a step back, they are going to need him on the field more for his blocking as Kincaid isn't bringing much to the table in that department. If that is the case, I can see 50-55% of the snaps easily in his wheel house. If the OL comes out strong, then I think he is more in the 35-45% snap range as I still do expect them to run quite a bit of 2 TE sets and do think Knox will see a lot of snaps on running downs still too. Whether he is here next year, well I honestly don't know the cap or contract scenario for next year since his reworked deal. So hard for me to say how strong his future is past this season. But I would be stunned if he was moved this year after reworking his deal.
  5. Gun problem ? Judge Who Worships at the Altar of Leftism Releases Shooting Suspect, Claiming He Poses No Threat By Matt Funicello An 18-year-old man who is suspected of opening fire on a vehicle packed with people in Washington D.C. was released on bond last Friday by a District of Columbia Superior Court magistrate judge, citing that he was not a threat to the public. Judge Lloyd U. Nolan, Jr. ordered that 18-year-old Amonte Moody be released from custody before his trial, even though Moody is suspected of firing over 25 rounds from a semiautomatic rifle at a car with four victims in it. Nolan ordered Moody to be released under house arrest, with an ankle monitor to be worn at all times, even though Moody was allegedly captured on video surveillance running into a street with a rifle and opening fire several times at a vehicle off camera, then sprinting back to a house to hide. He was charged with endangerment with a firearm, possession of a firearm, and assault, which are all felonies. However, the seriousness of the crimes did not sway the judge, as he agreed with Moody's defense team and their arguments that Moody had no prior criminal history and had a family support system already in place. https://redstate.com/mdempsey/2024/05/13/leftist-judge-who-worships-at-the-alter-of-leftism-releases-shooting-suspect-claiming-he-poses-no-threat-n2174129 .
  6. C Sutton, would not be my choice if I was a decision maker…, GMs will do what they do, regardless of what they may have said previously, goes with the territory,
  7. I never hated it because he’s our future WR2, not WR1. Our future WR1 isn’t on the roster yet. He’ll be drafted in the top 10 next year.
  8. Not surprising at all. If there is one position that the Bills know what they are doing, it’s defensive backs (CB and S). We turn out good corners like magic. Keon is fine. But the UDFA is going to earn himself some more playing time. So nice to see that we can continue to strike gold there.
  9. He willingly took a big paycut this year to get his cap hit down to $7.7M. That's just a little more than we paid Harty last year, and I expect him to produce more than Harty did. He is absolutely TE2. Or "Old School TE 1" in that, while Kincaid is listed as a TE, I expect him split out and running routes while Knox lines up with the OL. I'd bet he'd be willing to rework his entire contract, and take a cut on annual cash if we extended the years.
  10. A Kicker in Buffalo (current stadium) rarely will rank super high in FG%, even if they are really good, which Bass most definitely was prior to his decline for part of last season.
  11. I can’t even really comment on this because it’s obviously all such a disgrace. Utter mockery of our justice system. All hinging on a deeply partisan judge and heavy politically left lean jury. Anyone trying to continue to hype this have got to feel dirty about doing so .. even some honest Dems have started clearing their conscience and questioning all of this. I’d suggest more do the same.
  12. He will have another decent season. His blocking is good! With our "new" pound-it offense and running attack Knox will have a bigger role this season. He is good in the redzone.
  13. Yes your strong neutrality on him was so great you felt compelled to compare him to a famous Bills DT draft bust. 🤣
  14. If Perry stops McDummy from throwing the challenge flag on a 1st down 9-yard pass with less than 5 minutes on the clock, I'm all for it.
  15. He is likely gone in 2026 … I don’t think the Bills will keep paying him what he is getting now on the revised deal… but its likely someone else will…
  16. Not surprising in the least. TX Democrat Colin Allred Attended Event Where Illegal Aliens Were Taught How To Evade Authorities: Report. Rep. Colin Allred (D-TX), who is running against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) as the Democrat Party’s U.S. Senate nominee, reportedly attended an event where information was given out on how illegal aliens can evade capture by law enforcement. https://www.dailywire.com/news/democrat-colin-allred-attended-event-where-illegal-aliens-were-taught-how-to-evade-authorities-report “Think of the Democratic Party as what it really is: a criminal organization masquerading as a political party,” Michael Walsh likes to say. Somebody appears to be taking that meme far too literally. .
  17. It’s hard to project because the offense will be different. Brady was playing him around 45% last year.
  18. True Diggs didn't meet expectations but it doesn't mean you go in without them. For most people our current WR expectations are pretty low. I'm hoping we can trade for someone we can have realistically high expected numbers. It seems the majority of people do not expect we bring in a top WR, I am not one of those, and my standards are higher than C Sutton.
  19. Right, if this isn't the writing on the wall of him transitioning into the role of TE2 on this team I don't know what is, only way he's gone is he decides to try to get overpaid somewhere else or performs so well at the right time that we're stuck picking contracts between two TE1s.
  20. He’s definitely a problematic witness for the prosecution. Which is why they saved him for later so they could have other witnesses provide evidence for what he’s going to testify about. If most of what he says was already backed by other witnesses, they jury may find him credible. If not, or if he goes off like Stormy did at the beginning of her testimony, they might not. After all, basically everyone who has testified about Cohen so far has said he’s a POS. Ultimately, I think the weight of the evidence strongly points to Trump both being involved in the payments and that the purpose was to help the campaign. Trump can always testify to the contrary but him taking the stand would be a terrible idea.
  21. I have to say that the testimony about what Trump allegedly said, and how he allegedly fretted about it, sounds very unTrump like.
  22. He reworked his deal and gave up some money … probably the trade off was Beane agreeing two more years ..and the structure of his revised money seems to indicate this …
  23. It's confirmed - The Bills. Interesting hire.
  24. It's early but already looking like we're going to be able to cross off Bills develop later round/UDFA DB into surprisingly good player off the Bills offseason bingo card.
