  1. Past hour
  2. I love America, that’s why I hate MAGA with a burning passion.
  3. Honestly. None. Team did what I thought they would. I like Davidson too, but Knox & Kincaid make him redundant and I think the staff has big plans for Hawes come regular season.
  4. Urban spaces are typically dirtier due to close proximity of people in a small space. Maybe you shouldn’t be cutting government funding so there’d be extra for more sanitation and we wouldn’t need our hardworking troops to do the dirty work!
  5. Davidson needs to go to the PS. The rookie, Knox, knicaid got it locked. At the same time I like Quinton Morris back to the PS.
  6. Is this sarcasm??
  7. If this is the case we are in a tremendous amount of trouble. Poyer was cooked two years ago.
  8. A radical concept that many fans around here have difficulty with.
  9. Some of these comments for a PS signing are wild. You can’t have high end talent, potential and/or depth at every position. For us.. that position is Safety. Corner is an issue due to injury, but once Hairston comes back, you can’t ask for much more than a top tier slot corner, top tier CB1 and RD1 pick with decent vet depth. The Safety positions succcess is reliant on Cole Bishop becoming a dude. Always has, always will this season. Poyer on the PS and in the room with Bishop helps that. If he has to play, so be it. Generally teams arent excited if they have to play PS guys for an extended period of time.. vet or young guy.
  10. Hancock looks to be very promising. I think the Bills are like me and Hamlin hasnt improved as a player. Team needs a guy who can call the defense if Rapp goes down. At this stage Poyer is the best option available.
  11. Way to selectively quote the post and ignore the rest. In addition to having never served your country, I could also infer that you're a reporter for the NYT.
  12. The problem is that they're being signed to play - not mentor young guys - because our head coach refuses to change or adapt in any way possible.
  13. Shane Buechele was the best pre-season QB imo and Zach Davidson come to mind first for me. Davidson played great in the final game and he is a good backup punter.
  14. Yup, there's nobody in the league better than Jordan Poyer. They didn't just, again, reach back for comfort. They found the best option.
  15. You forgot Jordan Mills... to mentor the young O-linemen... probably won't see the field...
  16. Disgusted by the offseason plan to be at this point
  17. Okay....we all had a good laugh. They got us all. It was a good one, but they don't have to keep going.
  18. DON'T FORGET ILLEGAL STOCK TRADING ! a particular favorite of Fed board members.
  19. Highly unlikely he passes Hamlin. He is obviously there for insurance and mentorship as one of their 4 safeties is a raw rookie at this point and their starter is a second year guy still learning. Poyer is not playing unless there is an emergency. Actually a good depth move for them.
  20. He ain't leaving. Its been covered ad nauseum. Hes already committed to the high road by redshirting and NOT hitting the transfer portal; where he could've got a boatload of money and started last year. Hes not doing all that to take a short cut. Hes been mature enough to take a ton of advice from family on developing himself the right way. Hes started 2 college games, and saw 2-3 snaps in 2-3 other games. Hes not ready. Even if he can go #1 overall, it doesn't make for the best long term career decision. Get 2 years of college experience and adjust to that playspeed before going to the NFL.
  21. Yikes. I can justify and even appreciate bringing Phillips back. But Poyer is cooked. Maybe they're hoping he can be the experienced vet in the room as more a player/coach. If he sees the field, we're screwed. I'll put this in writing: we wont win a single game Poyer starts. Hopefully he'll never have to, but if we get there it wont be pretty.
  22. He looked cooked 2 years ago. He was definitely cooked last year. The pro here is that he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the room. If he's more in the role of experience in the room I'm ok with it. If he sees the field we are in trouble.
  23. Who? Hes already probably fallen to DT5 and potentially inactive on Gamedays. We have Jordan Phillips on the PS and a vet in Ogunjobi coming back Week 7. He gets six weeks to show he’s worth cutting Ogunjobi loose and provides depth in the meantime. The best case trade scenario for him is sending out him and a 6th to get a 5th or something. Just keep him… DT depth isn’t exactly easy to come about in-season.
  24. WOW!!! McDermott must be losing sleep over his secondary.
  25. Phillips and Poyer are being signed to the practice squad to mentor young guys. What’s the problem?
