My guess is also that Cook will do well elsewhere, but not as well as he is doing here with this OL and situation. Cook is running into light boxes at an extremely high rate as teams struggle to deal with Josh Allen. He won't have that advantage elsewhere.

No he won't. Price was a clear WR2 that got signed to WR1 money and position. He clearly didn't fit that role. Cook is dynamic and will flourish as long as he has a decent team with decent line, just like just about every RB besides Barry Sanders

I believe Beane is clearly not willing to meet Cook's desired AAV, and therefore it's on Cook to either hold-in/out and/or request a trade, and whether to finally report and play Wk 1 when none of that other stuff works. Maybe adding new performance accelerators or bonus money just for 2025 could be a middle ground? Is there any precedent for that approach? Allen's mechanics are more and more like Aaron Rodgers', as loath as I am to even type it.

Somebody gets it. I never understood the Best of All Time hype. I think True Detective season 1 is up there. Plenty of other shows were better than The Wire
