Over a hundred thousand in downtown San Diego. I didn't see any money being offered.
-
He is 9th in AAV if you only include MLBs. But it isn't even that. It isn't where he ranks against his peers. It is about where else the Bills could have allocated that money.

Are Fan Expectations Too High for Keon Coleman?
Paup 1995MVP replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
Keon Coleman's season was certainly underwhelming. He wasn't terrible. But he was not a big time guy for us for the most part. The numbers are what they are. He made some plays, but for the most part he was not a big difference maker for us. I think he will be better this year if he can stay reasonably healthy. The guy should break 50 receptions (thats averaging 3+ per game) and get 800+ yards and 5-7 TD's. That would be a nice but not tremendous season. And hopefully by next year he is breaking 1000 yards with 70+ receptions. But that will only happen if he can learn how to get some separation. I think some of the issues with Coleman and Kincaid (who has also not been nearly as dominant as many of us had hoped for out of his first 2 years) is that they are coming to a veteran team that has had a lot of success since 2019. On good veteran teams rookies/young players don't usually come in and dominate. They get some opportunities, but kind of have to know their place is to sit back listen and learn. The coaches are not desperate for them to be thrown into the fire and lead the team. And part of that also comes from good teams drafting later in each round. So we are not drafting top 10 talented players. Later picks usually will take longer to get to the level of being dominant. -

You do know that stepping on someones foot, hard cuts and sudden stops in basketball are lot higher risk for a significant injury than just landing after a dunk right? My point isn't that softball or golf is that dangerous, its that dunking isn't this inflated risk its being portrayed as -
Antonio Brown in big trouble...again

I hesitate to blame this all on concussions. He seems to have had issues at every level of his career. -
Let’s rank the starting QBs in 2025

Fair and figured that would be controversial. Over the last 2 years, all 3 have been better IMO. It was so hard for me to put him there but those guys have Ben better for 2 years. 🤷🏻♂️ -
Can you blame him... people make fun of the Browns QB situation, but most Saints fans are probably envious of it...

Ward way too high. That may be where he ends up by the end of the year...but ranking a guy that has never taken an NFL snap in the high 20s is too high IMO. -

When I saw Keon drops 60 I thought it was a receiving stat. -

Glad you have family in the NFL and yes I understand the dynamics. Robert Edwards career ended with a simple game of flag football, my point is these are million $ properties and I would strongly suggest toe Keon to safeguard his health. -
No offense, but unless this is a fantasy football ranking, there are definitely not 3 QB's who are better QB's than Mahomes. Its one thing to play with the Allen or Mahomes thing at 1 and 2...but to put Mahomes 4th is a bit over the top.

I did the same thing. I had to remember so many times trying to get to 32. 🤣🤣 I could have switched it around 400 times. 🤣🤣 -

You have Purdy twice and no Saints QB. Lol, I was trying to figure out where Shough was. -

You know what's enjoyable? Having a top QB for the first time in forever, and not really caring about where he, or anyone else ranks Because on any given day - no matter who's on the other sideline, he can put our team on his shoulders and lead us to a championship -
So you are basically saying Kelly was more fortunate that Josh... I wont argue that... maybe thats where the confusion is, I think when you say someone is better at something than some one else, most people view that as they have some causative effect or skill that propels them... so your statement was not with regards to comparing them as QBs rather just random people... then I suppose add to your list... Kelly is a better beer drinker than Josh too... just sayin...

Well, he only averages $12M/yr. I’m not sure where that ranks among MLBs, but I can’t image it’s even top 10. I think that amount is fair based on his 2024 performance and may be even a touch cheaper. If his 2023 output was his standard, he should at the very least be paid like a top 3 MLB.

I have family in the NFL world and let me tell you - playing basketball in a charity game is one of the safer things these guys do. There is a higher chance of an injury lifting weights than they do dunking a basketball. These are testosterone fueled animals, they are crazy in the offseason. This stuff is much safer than letting these guys out on their own accord lol -
Allen Lamar Burrow Mahomes these are the only currently elite QBs… once you get to 5-10 it’s all about preferences and projection.

Damn, wish I got some money from the one I attended. Maybe I didn’t fill out the right form.
