  2. But not when Muslims give death threats to media? Can't you at least be consistent?
  3. If it were me, I’d tell the agent you’re client has a few choices… 1. Take a 2 year $20 mil. And $15 guaranteed. 2. He plays out his contract, and we intend to tag him. That will probably between this year the next secure him $19 mil. 3. Sign the tag, and sit out the year, get older, make no $, and don’t accrue another year towards retirement. Those are youre options. Pick 1. Id hope he’d accept the tag as no matter what we have him for 5 years, and the shelf life of most RB’s not name Henry after 27 yrs. Old.
  4. I know they’re stupid, but police squad used to always make me laugh and naked gun series was again moronic, but I couldn’t help laughing. My wife and I just started rewatching them as she grew up in China so there is a long list of the dumb classics she never saw. The next time your kids complain about this or that, you can tell them my wife in China grew up without a TV. She never saw a tv show until she went to Malaysia for college. I responded what the heck so you do for fun, amd she said we went to the park to play or read. So bottom line I’m catching her up on the classics, Naked Gun, Airplane, I’m gonna get you sucka, and of course Johnny Dangerously. That was my favorite of the stupid movies.
  5. we are happily retired in a house we purchased in 1995 in San Diego Cali. Which is itself a HUGE city of various neighborhoods and 2 phone area codes. Inland means more sun and less gloomy coolish weather .than coastal coastal conditions are a full 10 degrees cooler than my part of San Diego. So as a crow flies you go east from del Mar approx 7 miles. that is where I am. It is hard to believe people still are buying real estate as expensive as it is. But weather is what keeps property values high and people wanting too live here we will stay here for the duration. Glad we bought when we did. we considered moving to be closer to my son and his family. But they love it here too so will visit often. I wish I was a bit closer to my grand daughter. oh well
  6. The Steelers ALWAYS know when to get rid of someone , don’t they?
  7. Abbey Road The White Album 2 of my fav's and arguably best records they did. But how do you really judge greatness. It's ALL Genius. It boils down to what flavor you liked best. Fav Beatles song is a really hard choice. I Love Paperback Writer. one of their more light hearted songs but I just have always liked it.
  8. Everybody's working for the weekend Everybody wants a new romance Everybody's going off the deep end Everybody needs a second chance, oh You want a piece of my heart? You better start from the start You want to be in the show? C'mon baby, let's go
  9. Exactly. The teams are in a sold out situation. They really don’t care about people offloading some games. Ticketexchange, is a team sponsored, AND REVENUE SHARED, source. Teams literally get a cut of seats transacted on there. Lol, they aren’t staff to have people scouring the internet in search of someone that sold a pair of seats 4 times in a year. 🤣🤣 In certain situations there may be teams that try to curtail people buying only to resell. That’s so much less common in 2025 than people think. That is more for one-off events like the Masters or a Taylor Swift concert. In those instances they really control who can go. One of the the things that fans probably don’t want to hear is that teams don’t care if access is extremely limited to big games. My cousin was complaining the other day because he wants to go to the Chiefs game but it’s too expensive. I said, “go to the Saints game or Bucs game.” He said, “well I don’t want to go to those as much.” No kidding. That’s why the tickets are more affordable for those games. Teams would probably crack down more on reselling if the pricing made it so that people could never go. They aren’t going to crack down because people can never go to see KC. They would say, “there are plenty of other games to pick from.” This is a bigger deal in other sports (think Yankees are in town, or the Leafs are playing in Buffalo, or the Lakers in MSG). The teams would say, “the benefit of committing to the season is that you ensure yourself the KC game at face value.” That’s literally the sales pitch. The dirty little secret is that they LOVE the fact that people can’t get into the best games for a reasonable price. That’s how they sell packages and season tickets.
  10. Today
  11. Is this english?
  12. They’ll give him close to what he wants … $8m a year …half is close right ?
  13. Not sure. They say it's $20... He kicks in $140 on $160 sales... BUT the dude has to kick in $10 more of his own to make $80 sale... He really spent $150 & made $160. Damn it Jim! I am just lock & dam operator... Mike's the damn accountant & he says $10 too! 😉 Next thing you'll want me to do is watch river gauges for campers in TexASS.😜
  14. So is it $10 or $20?
  15. Saw 'Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts' in Dublin a week ago. Stupid awesome concert- highly recommend if you get the chance to see them when they come back to the new world. I saw him for the first time a couple years ago, doing a mostly acoustic show, and was mind-blown at how he could still be so... magnificent! Seriously one of the top 3 concerts I've ever been to. This one was with full band, hard-rocking, and holy ***** can this guy still kick your ass two sides to Tuesday- I can't hardly think of a band I'd rather see in their prime- this dude is special and timeless. It was a pretty broad swath of music, but the big ones like 'Hey Hey, My My' were so damn alive! Even 'Cinnamon Girl' and 'Like a Hurricane' were the freshest things you've ever heard... even if you've heard them 50 million times before. It was... all... so... stupid... good.
  16. My guess is it’s possible he might not be able to practice in 3 weeks and obviously it will be noticeable. Depending on what happened, he may have to rest to let it heal. Like no physical activity. But it it’s minor he should be fine in a few days.
  17. For anyone that wants to do a little extra.
  18. Yeah, as 2 separate sales. BUT I can see how he made only $10. He had to throw in $10 more of his own money to make meet the $80 sale... Wiping out his $10 profit previously. In the end he's really only $10 richer.... No??
  19. That would be me and several others here.
  20. This is pretty dam close. An “unhinged” Gestapo???
  21. Made $10 on $70 sale, broke even @ $80 buy back, made $10 on $90 sale.
  22. And Ds just belittled all those “conspiracy theorists.” Pleading the 5th to the question “were you ever told by the Biden administration to hide his health status” is admitting they did, they all lied, and should never hold office again That memo was leaked to axios bc they knew his testimony was coming this week.
