I think some fans are a little too close to the team and it’s hard to see it unbiased.. a lot of the times the runs up the middle/underneath throws etc have been working but we only focus on the bad ones was just going through this in another thread but I think the gameplan against bad/mediocre teams is a little more conservative because if we protect the football theres no way we lose those games some of it was the jets dbs/pass rush actually looking pretty good today too

Most of those were bad/mediocre at best opposing qb performances but they were kept in the game by Josh turning it over multiple times against an inferior opponent. He’s taken big strides to prevent games like this the last year or so Russ: 193 passing yards Josh 2 ints bills offense had 4 turnovers total Easton: 215 passing yards 1 total td Josh 3 turnovers easton’s second lowest passing yds per game in his career Thompson: 40% completion, 220 yds passing 2 ints Josh 3 turnovers Trevor in Jax: 118 passing yards Josh 3 turnovers Trevor in London was a bad game for the defense for sure obviously we have not done well defensively against great teams in the biggest games but I think a lot of these supposed bad performances against bad teams are getting misremembered quite a bit

I hate this offensive philosophy when you have one of, if not the, most talented QBs to ever step foot on the gridiron. But they score a lot of points and win a lot of games. So it's hard to argue with the results. Having said that, I honestly think that if Josh was the QB of an offense like the Bengals or Eagles, those teams would score 50 points a game while winning multiple championships.

As McD says, be humble. Respect your opponent. I went to the Fins game last year and they went up and down the field on us. It took Bass hitting a career long to win it. Tough game.

from all the signs since brady took over, this is going to be an establish the run. run as much as possible as long as its working. its definately a play it safe, take what the D is giving you offense. when the game dictates we have to be more aggressive we will. the one thing i dont like is by that nature, by the time we figure out its high time to get more agressive we are already in the hole. as far as today the Bills came in wanting to do as little as possible since they play thursday and the jets ended being the perfect team. they pulled a KC and did pretty much the min that they needed to extract a win and get out of there.
