There's many people here blame McD for the rift between him and Daboll, keep hearing it's McD's ego. There may be legit things you can blame McD for, but this isn't one of them. I read multiple stories about his time in NY and this guy is a hot mess and seems to have anger management issues and can't get along with anybody. Seems like he can't handle pressure well. When the team is winning he's fine, but when things go bad, he loses it.

It would seem our biggest vulnerability is a very physical defense, aggressive DL. What we basically saw against Atlanta and Houston. The good news is, it’s very possible we won’t see that type of defensive play up front until a Super Bowl appearance. The AFC is just overflowing with pretenders. Take your pick, Patriots, Broncos, Chargers, Steelers, Colts. Can we lose to these teams? Sure. But I would probably prefer this iteration of the Bills vs these teams than the last few years vs peak KC. We don’t necessarily need to figure it out to make a run here or even be the best version of our selves.

Beane does not have the power to fire McDemott. So nor, presumably, would in coming GM. It is academic though. I know as of two years ago for a fact that Pegula considered them joined at the hip. I strongly suspect he still does. If one deserves firing I suspect both go.

I don't know. Josh was obviously under a lot pressure as trying to save his neck which is underestimate. I did see a handful of players where guys were open. NFL open, not college open. With the pressure maybe he didn't see it. There were also a few times he could have run it if he took off quick instead of holding onto the football. Easy for me to say but it seems to me he's holding onto the football too long this year. I know, bad blocking and such but the only way to beat it is to get the football out earlier. I don't understand why RBs and TEs were going out for passes and not blocking. Dumb. Not the 1st time I've seen that this year.

My wife leaves me alone during games, and I leave her alone during Hallmark movies. We watched this together and honestly, it was great. I thought they got a lot right. Apparently they’re showing the KC one right now. I told the wife she’s on her own for that one.

I never watched a Hallmark movie before tonight! It was OK. Loved all the Bills references.
