  1. Past hour
  2. We could win 3-2 or 71-70, I don't care so long as everybody comes through healthy with big Ws.
  3. They were absolutely destroyed in that game. They were down 38-6 at halftime. There was no fight put up
  4. For him to be 2 months in, and still wearing a knee brace like that, it doesn't make me feel too confident that he's close to returning from this. It actually makes me think it's more of a tear than just a sprain and they want to see if it will heal on it's own without surgery. I'm not confident he will play at all this year.
  5. Not to mention all the pressure of a new stadium and being the defending SB champs, 2026 looks tough.
  6. I would rather KC lose. I wish them, and their fans, every misery as it pertains to football possible. I hope they go 8-9 so their draft pick sucks, miss the Playoffs, Kelce retires at halftime week 17, Harbaugh draws on Andy's face with a Sharpie, and someone puts the slippery rubber mats out for Mahomes.
  7. Who was saying he didn’t look too agile out there today? Like not able to cut. This looks really good I wish I had a better understanding by what McD meant by it’s a complicated injury or however he described it. But he looks close. Like could play by week 8-9 close. Thats 5 plus weeks away. How much more time does this need?
  8. Saints 31 Bills 28 Bills are up 28-14 with 0:01 to go in the 3rd quarter. However, as the Saints line up for a 61-yard field goal, the streaker from the 2017 game against the Saints does the deed again, temporarily blinding all of the Bills players. Saints go on a 17-0 run in the final 15:01 of regulation. After the game, the Bills consult with the FBI and NSA on more stringent facial recognition and screening measures at each entry point.
  9. Actually, yes. The Giants D is REAL, the offense may be much less offensive with Dart or it may somehow be worse. The biggest thing is, there’s no tape on the guy and he CAN move and one would hope he can at least throw the ball to his WRs not DBs, we’ll see on that. The Chargers have been rolling, but I’m not a believer yet and the Giants are a dumpster fire, but I’m not sure a LOT of that wasn’t just Russ’ cookin. I don’t like Detroit at Cleveland either, again that D is something else. The O scores in spurts, it wouldn’t shock me to see a Det let down and Cleveland find a way to win. The Bills are the clear safe pick.
  10. You're right that Josh doesn't always get a fair shake. 1) There are those that are saying that Justin Herbert has surpassed him. 2) There has and continues to be reverse-racism being applied to Josh. There are NFL commentators that have said that Lamar, Hurts, and even Stroud are better QBs than Josh.
  11. No. If someone doesn’t understand a solid immunology lecture it doesn’t follow that the lecture was meaningless.
  12. Wake up a bit late. Right to my desk and work. Non-stop for 3 hours. My wife sits down for lunch. Takes one bite of her sandwich, starts coughing. Almost immediately after she starts coughing, she grabs her head and is crying. Instant throbbing headache and pressure at a scale of 15 out of 10. I help her to bed to lay down for a bit, get her an ice pack for her head. Pain isn't going away. I argue we need to call the ambulance. She (being stubborn) wants a same day doctors appointment. I make the appointment. On the way to the doctors, she gets hella dizzy and is very nauseous. We detour to the ER. Not only is she my wife, she's my boss. I'm her office manager. So in the ER waiting room, I'm cancelling her appointments and the staff meeting for tonight. We wait for 3 hours. Finally back not to an ER room, but a triage room as the ER is absolutely slammed with patients today. There were almost no seats remaining in the waiting room. She gets settled. I ask her daughter to come to the ER, as I need to go home to feed all of our animals and the foster cats we have. I get back to the ER, and as I sit down in the waiting room, my wife and step daughter are walking out. The hospital didn't look for what caused this to happen. Just treat her pain and on to the next patient. I'm tired. Skipping my daily drink. Good night.
  13. Well just watched the condensed version of Saints/Seahawks first half (38-6 after 30min) and I am not going to bother with the second. My goodness, what a display. The special teams gaffes have been well documented and rightfully so…but not enough has been said about some of their other issues. Penalties killed these guys. Multiple false starts and holds, especially on the LT rookie Kelvin Banks Jr. Pass pro seemed to be an issue too across the board, with Seattle collapsing the pocket pretty regularly with 4. Rattler probably should have had 4-5 interceptions. 3 clearly dropped and one that was negated by a penalty. I am not sure they can complete a pass farther than 15 yards downfield. Olave had what seemed like 10+ quick game catches, all for minimal gains and the rest were TEs (I also forgot Brandon Cooks was on their team!) This is the kind of team I don’t mind allowing to do this to my D, because sooner or later they’re going to make an error, try and force a play or create negative penalty yards. Defensively it appears their back 7 in coverage is an obvious weakness. They were hung out to dry with awful field position from the get go. I think they’re actually better up front than people would assume, and Seattle was hit and miss in the ground game. I don’t expect the Bills to try and force the issue downfield but I’d be very curious to see how well we can do so after watching Darnold, JSN and Tory Horton completing passes of 20+ air yards Looking ahead to Sunday, it’s important to remember there are some legit NfL caliber players on their roster. However they are not a cohesive unit in any phase. It sounds corny, but the old McD “stick to our fundamentals, play smart, 1/11th” mantra is probably enough to get it done. Bills by a billion.
  14. On the other hand, if the team asserts that a player isn't physically ready to return, I know of no league practice where they would investigate to see if the team is sandbagging. I agree. Even if Hairston didn't come back until say, week 8, I can't imagine that the Bills couldn't figure out a way to get him meaningful reps in game situations. For instance on obvious passing downs, bring him in and say "you cover that guy." This isn't quantum physics. I think you're 100% correct. There's a bit of strategic gamesmanship going on in McDermott's comments. I'd bet Hairston comes back this season and plays meaningful snaps. I also envision him making meaningful contributions.
  15. Did he? Or did he lose 30M by not getting the contract done sooner and playing on the original rookie deal, unlike any other superstar? Yeah, he’s a real winner in all that.
  16. Just another money grab.
  17. That will screw the NFL up. Dumbest move ever
  18. When you watch the highlights, you will just imagine hearing this with Chris Berman narrating and it being 90% Bills highlights...
  19. I’ll admit, I get a laugh out of the local ads. The car dealership ads are often hilarious but it must work or they’d stop. The ambulance chasers and disability ads just pi$$ me off
  20. What a jerk. I'm with you. The NFL needs to merge with the NFL immediately.
