  2. He's a married man now, needs to protect his assets.
  3. Our Safety room is the exact same as it was last year. Plus Jordan Hancock. And Cole Bishop in his second season. Our Safeties weren't the liability they're made out to be around here last season. They weren't anywhere near the problem Rasul Douglas, our Run Defense, and the short to intermediate Pass Defense just beyond the line of scrimmage were. Could you do better? Yes. Literally can't downgrade? That's not true at all. Especially when you look at Safety play around the league.
  4. You should see them on Twitter

  7. and don't forget Belichek's defense that stopped the Bills Juggernaut
  8. Moving on from him before June 1st saves us around 10m on the Cap. Post June 1st, it saves 12m. If he stays healthy, produces at a rate better than the last 2 seasons, doesn't show decline, and there's a way to keep him while also saving around that same number on the Cap - that's fine. But as I said, this feels almost a direct repeat of the Tre situation last season, down to the money we'd save. Knox costs a whopping 17.1m on the Cap. We just can't have anything *close* to that. Especially with him turning 30 and averaging only 250 yards and 1.5 TD's over the past two seasons. There's obviously love for Knox in the building. But like Tre, that only goes so far when it comes to business. And getting out from that number is a no brainer business decision. I don't know if there's a feasible way to get him that low and keep him. But that's the only way it makes any sense to me.
  9. Stop with your cherry picking. Maybe you should go and watch the replay of the 13 second game. That should tell you all you need to know about Josh Allen. They guy is special.
  10. I'm baffled by all this Ravens revenge narrative going on. We were the ones that got revenge on them after being blown out in Baltimore.
  11. Poyer doesn't come in unless Rapp or Bishop are injured. You have to let Bishop play and take his lumps. We need to look at the big picture of winning the SB. Anyways, the cornerback position is a lot more tenuous and with heavy question marks including Benford who appears to have something (bad) going for him
  12. Ditto x 5 I'm so glad that I can contribute!
  13. This is only a half truth and pretty disingenuous. You can't just dismiss the turnovers or say what ifs. They happened and the Bills capitalized on them. Fact is they didn't play a clean game. This game was nothing like the first meeting where Baltimore blew out the Bills. Stop with your nonsense. Yes, the Ravens offense and Lamar were handling the Bills defense. However, that doesn't equate to the same outcome this year. Let's see how things play out. Personally, I think the Ravens have the best roster in the league. In the playoffs, the Ravens lost a home game to KC and last year's loss to Buffalo. I'd argue with confidence the Ravens were the better team in both of those playoff losses. What's fairly accurate is neither team has gotten it done come playoff time. Arguably both teams had rosters capable of making it to the Super Bowl. Allen has been nothing short of spectacular in his playoff appearances. Lamar has not! I hope both QBs have rings when their careers expire.
  14. I changed careers at the age of 35. Worked telecom out of my first stint in college. Pulling telephone and computer cabling, fiber optics, installing phone systems. After 6 months, went to a start up for a few years doing the same thing. Moved up the ladder to an office position designing systems. Moved around a few more companies until I landed at local computer company opening their cabling division. Worked there until my pension was about to be vested and was laid off. A bit of a kick in the gut because the local office president told me no matter what happens, I’d have a job with them…. Guess not. Always thought I hated having a boss, so started a business and was back at that office in two days and became their subcontractor. Owned my business and did pretty well for the following two years before I realized I hated telecom. Got drunk with my wife camping when we discussed my changing careers. Landed on nursing as it was something I thought of out of high school…but male nurses back then were not as accepted as they were when I changed careers. Got my pre-reqs done for nursing school and the rest is history. Most fulfilling work I’ve ever done. Make good money and landed a decent pension where I work. Best decision I ever made. Was difficult because we had just moved into a new (old) house 6 months before being laid off. 2 kids aged 6 and 7. Incurred a bit of credit card debt, but totally worth it. Best part of nursing is the career paths once you get your RN. You can work specialties such as ortho, cardiac, cancer care. You can work surgery and get your RNFA (RN First Assist) where you scrub in and help the MD. You can get your Nurse Practitioner. You can even become a Nurse Anesthetist. Great career.
  15. Charlie Brown kicking a football with Lucy holding.
  16. Knox also is 2nd on the all-time Bills list for receiving TDs in the playoffs. He has 6 and is behind only to the 9 by Andre Reed. Knox has been very valuable contributor in the playoffs.
  17. I feel he will re-negotiate his contract and take a massive pay cut to stay back in Buffalo (more like a $5M per year deal) thank you for sharing this easier to read. I will copy it back to the original post
  18. Either go right a couple times, or run a fake and toss it to Knox, or a bootleg… Whatever it is, put something else on tape from tush-push formation!
  19. Ditto ditto ditto ditto
