How many sacks this year?? 4. Increase in interceptions occur. 5. Opposing defense now just needs to shut down your run, which is easier now that you aren’t efficient in the pass game. this is the recipe to beat the Bills and it’s going to get Allen killed back there.

I don’t see a dominant team anywhere in the NFL this year. Every team has their flaws. Even if we had to go on the road in the playoffs, I think we could beat anyone. Offense is in a rut right now but I have faith they’ll figure it out.

O is one dimensional. Not one dimensional in that they can only run, one dimensional that they can only move the ball on short yardage plays and hope to get a lot out of the run. It’s hard to defend because we have Cook and Allen but when a team has good game plan we are *****. We are trying to get every WR involved but have them run their same token plays every week. They all have them, even Shakir. It’s predictable! The substitutions only make it more predictable. Coleman is getting the bulk of reps on O at WR and that’s gotta change. I don’t care if he’s a good blocker. You gotta move guys around to see if someone can do more for the passing game at that spot.

Add Bernard to that list. I wasn’t a fan of his play last season. No idea how they thought he earned an extension..

I’m frustrated on how they’re using Shakir. We gave him a contract extension and all they throw to him is bubble screens. Coleman can’t play X. At this point Coleman is a WR4 who should be used sparingly preferably in the redzone. Call up Gabe Davis and roll with Palmer Gabe Shakir Coleman Moore. I think that’s our best case scenario for the rest of this season.

They did come back against a bad Baltimore pass defense. They didn’t against Miami or Atlanta. They are not built to play from behind. They used to be but they aren’t now. If the Bills can’t run the ball and rush the passer, they’re a bad football team. If you’re behind, those are 2 things that you can’t really do. It shouldn’t have been a surprise yesterday to see Miami win the toss and take the ball. Everyone knows that’s the formula to beat the Bills. The Bills should have went on that 4th down on the 1st drive. Once they get down 2 scores they’re doomed. They are last in YPC allowed at 5.5 (tied with the Giants). They have the worst WRs in the league. If you want to make a case that they’re the 30th best or 31st best, go for it but you can’t make a reasonable case for more than that. So if teams get ahead, they run all over you. You’re forced to throw the ball and the only place that you can win is between the hashes 20 yards and in (sometimes WR screens too). Teams can take away your trash WRs and jam the middle of the field making it hard to win there. The “gameplan” to beat the Bills is simple. It’s REALLY simple. Now, can teams execute it is a different story. If the Bills get out in front they’re really tough.

Everybody misses open guys every game. Go back and watch mahomes last week, he repeatedly threw balls to contested areas when there were other guys open. go look at the deep ball he threw to worthy on max, he had three guys wide open, two of them in the middle of the field and he took the tougher deep ball.

While I agree, Beane has not given Josh the toys to really win. We looked absolutely terrible yesterday. They wanted it a lot more than us. Most of you know I’ve been very pragmatic about the coaching and management of the team, but this is enough. I’m old enough to remember how they destroyed us for a decade until that fateful Sunday in 1980. I don’t remember the early 70’s, but knew how much my older brother and dad hated the Fish. I was embarrassed to be a bills fan yesterday. My wife had to drive her younger son to work, but think she also left so she didn’t have to hear me yell at my iPad (the Bucs were playing on tv, so I used a Chinese website to see the Bills).

You're assuming we're making the Playoffs. We're 2 games under the Patriots in the Division. We'd have to beat them in their house and close a 2 game gap to get the Division. That's looking unlikely with the way they're playing and the way we're playing. And a Wild Card isn't a given. Right now we're slotted to have the 6th Place Wild Card. But when you're 2-3 in the last 5 games and dropping to the friggin' Falcons and Dolphins - idk how you can look at any game with confidence.

The Bears have the same record as we do so how does that make Ben better than Sean? Do you see how bad their defense is? There offense might be a hair better than the Bills is that due to coaching or not having "the worst WR group in the league"? Vrable's done good things in New England no doubt. Yet I want to see what they do in the playoffs based on Vrable's previous struggles there. Did you see Pittsburgh's WR last night? Have you seen what the Jets are doing? To call our WR the NFL's worst is negligence.

They came from behind and beat a healthy Baltimore squad throwing the ball so they can do it. James Cook didn’t even go off that game. Right now they’re not getting what they need from Coleman and it’s hurting them. I think a healthy Gabe Davis can give us more than what Keon is right now and once we get Palmer back I think will see improvement from the offense

I don’t disagree with you, I think it’s scandalous how Beane in particular has been in getting Josh the help he deserves since Diggs left, I think he’s really bought into all this big baller Beane cr*p and thinks he’s a celebrity now that he’s on Pat McAfee. I’m just trying to see a way for this season to not be a disaster though and I still think there’s enough to pull it round if Josh sorts his head out. Although to me “pulling it round” means getting to the divisional as anything can happen after that, and doing that probably won’t get rid of Beane and he’ll do the same next season so maybe long term that’s not the best thing, so it’s a tough one whether to continue as is and hope for that bit of luck to get over the hump or blow it up as we’ve probably only got 3-4 years left of Josh at an elite level imo (he’s not Brady or even Stafford, he’ll never be a pocket passer it’s not in his DNA)
