  1. Past hour
  2. They won, but played not to lose against Baltimore in Jan. IMO, they did the same against KC the next week.. and that's just not enough against a team of that caliber. It also gives the refs a chance to decide the game, which is never a fair outcome.
  3. There is only one current head coach in the league I’d take over him and that’s McVay. No way will we waste one let alone 2 or 3 years hoping the next great “offensive mind” takes us to the SB. McD is safe barring like 2 or 3 straight years of missing the playoffs. That’s what it would take. Love it or hate it that’s how it’s going to be. I was ALL IN to fire him right after 13 seconds. That was the moment it potentially could have been done - we a had legit reason to do so. I thought that group would never recover from that loss. Well I was wrong they did recover from it. But I still held that loss against him up until he fired Dorsey and climbed us out of a 6-6 start to get us another division title. The job he’s done since and overall has been that of a top 3-5 coach in the league and for that I’m sure of. There aren't 5 anywhere near better than him. McVay. That’s the only guy I’d take over him. FYI my HC rankings: 1. Reid 2. McVay 3. Payton 4. John Harbaugh 5. McD 6. Tomlin 7. Sirianni 8. Shanny 9. LaFleur 10. Campbell

  5. If I’m using the Sabres as an example? McDermott will be buried on the 50 yard line. If TPegs can’t divest himself of Adams? McD ain’t goin nowhere anytime soon
  6. Why am I not surprised you would invest in such a nasty pharmaceutical... Then again, the side effects increases medical costs for users... Win win...
  7. As someone who's been a massive Dion supporter for years while always talking about how underrated he is It's awesome to see his recognition by his peers.. as terron armstead said in the video... he is revolutionizing the left tackle position And I have made some posts about him in the past talking about that.. his split length, his technique Everything about Dion is revolutionary and he is without a doubt one of the best tackles in the world
  8. I wish I could agree with this sentiment, but I don't. Beyond Rapp, I don't know how someone wouldn't classify this unit as thin. Taylor Rapp-- solid to very good starter Damar Hamlin-- average (at best) starter Cole Bishop-- fingers crossed Darrick Forrest-- below average starter with a long injury history Cam Lewis-- solid backup with versatility Jordan Hancock-- fifth-round rookie Te'Cory Couch-- practice squad hopeful Wande Evans-- practice squad hopeful
  9. Democrats have lost the plot. A pity.
  10. Nothing changes, if nothing changes.
  11. I get the point but this is McD’s team and vision, along with Beane’s. That’s THEIR offense that needed a touchdown and couldn’t get it done, after another season best KC offensive game. They basically punted on offense and went all defense this offseason. If the Bills can’t score to go ahead 20-17, then sure, there’s an argument. But if they can’t score to get to 30+ because they allowed another season high point total, then you have to wonder if their philosophy is the correct use of resources that is going to result in a Lombardi in WNY. Suffice it to say, Joe Burrow not being able to get to 30 to win a playoff game is a much harsher crime, as they basically went all offense so, in that situation, they can pull through. They want shootouts so they better win them. We have the complete opposite philosophy, and thus our defense falling apart is a much worse failure. We want grind it out defensive games and we end up in shootouts, every, single, year.
  12. Everyone forgets because of the ultimate margin of victory, but he coached ultra-conservative for the first three quarters against the #7 seed Broncos.
  13. Much of the cost cutting is coming from other countries, which is why inflation has not kicked in at all. Instead of charging $1.50 per unit they are charging $1.25 per unit so they can till sell in America. I have worked in small business finance in my lifetime so I do understand how these cost impact the bottom line but the gamble from Trump that is so far works by is the suppliers from overseas will cut prices to remain in our market
  14. What’s dumb on a major level is throwing around words like fascist. Extremely dumb.
  15. Oooof... Yeah, and that was the worst playoff loss of his tenure, IMO. We need a coach who doesn't play scared against KC and Baltimore...
  16. I'll give you the Practice Squad. But it's not every year that a UDFA makes the 53 like Buffalo Joe. It tends to only happen when we're not particularly deep at a position. This year, we're much deeper pretty much across the board than we were last season. So I don't see any UDFA or camp invite making the 53.
  17. it's kind of sad how 'hey they did get a stop that one time' is the best defense we can muster How about not giving up 32 along the way
  18. I have mentioned it to you before, I seriously believe that there's a potential for the Dolphins to collapse just like the Jets did last year. Their secondary and offensive line are in shambles, Hill pissed some people off with his noise at the end of season and it feels like they are an injury away from things cascading out of control
  19. Notice: All of the 2025 week 1 announcers have been posted... Another step closer to Regular season kickoff
  20. What if we DID get a stop, give the offense 4 minutes, all 3 time outs and needing a touchdown to go to the Superbowl and they stalled out at midfield?
  21. McDermott, in my opinion, has had one terrible moment (13 seconds) that hangs like an albatross around his neck. I think the other losses were understandable due to key injuries and/or a lack of player execution in key moments, or just frankly not catching a break that other teams seem to get at one point or another. Might be too much to ask, but I'd love to see us waltz into a playoff game against KC just once (not counting 2020 where they were just way damn better than us) where we were relatively strong and healthy on the defensive side of the ball (or didn't lose our best player (See Benford) in the first quarter).
  22. This would have a lot more oomph if your candidates didn’t include a former president/sexual predator who settled a massive civil suit with a sexual assault victim, or a prior candidate who happened to be his wife who enabled the sh3t out of him and is quite well known for victim blaming, or the last president who acknowledged he was touching women and making them uncomfortable, who was also credibly accused of a violent sexual assault against apparently the one woman in the world you didn’t believe in the #believeher campaign. Of course this is nothing new—come to think of it…that guy…the liberal lion you all loved so much, the one who left an intern in his car when he flipped it into a bay and left her there for 10 hours—he’s one of the greats. As for Trump and his civil case, the law designed to protect victims of sexual crimes long in the past makes complete sense emotionally, but is problematic given how our system of justice works. I have no idea what happened is at all, but Trump was quite clear on his position and went to jury instead of settling. That’s unlike the former president mentioned above, who actually was one of the Dems selected headliners for Harris 24 in one of the strangest flip flops on the history of politics. As for Maxwell, again, giving bad people opportunities for a better criminal outcome in exchange for information and names is done frequently. I feel like you’re concerned about your people getting caught up in it all again.
