They knew about both before signing. In Hoecht’s case, he was notified earlier and it was disclosed and discussed with the Bills up front. In the other case, he found out prior to signing, disclosed it to the team, and the contract was renegotiated before signing. That’s why they have those platforms. I think that the reseller issue is a MUCH bigger issue for concerts and other 1 off events. They artificially change the market and limit demand so much.
