  1. Past hour
  2. darn I have not been to a OTB since 1974 on Grant Street with the old man
  3. why not post some references with depth rather than snippets of misinformation https://mythdetector.com/en/what-lawsuit-did-robert-f-kennedy-jr-win-and-was-mandatory-vaccination-abolished-in-the-u-s/
  4. Sorry about the misspelling, won’t let it happen again. To reiterate, I wrote “ ran the route wrong”, not “ran the wrong route”, those two phrases mean distinctly different things. I am reluctant to point out the misuse of punctuation. One could spend all there time on this site correcting grammatical and spelling mistakes. Worthy was drafted to be a deep threat, has he been that? Hasn’t he been used mostly as a gadget player? I also can’t recall any player ever as susceptible to one handed tackles. Maybe last night’s one play was an aberration, perhaps Worthy will become the player that he was drafted to be, but I have my reservations.
  5. Toooooooooooooooo Sooooooooooooon
  6. @Coach Tuesday is dangerously dehydrated
  7. That would be funny to see Josh do. I don't think many people would have any idea what that is all about.
  8. In the end he won’t be remembered for how much his players love him, it will be if he’s one a Super Bowl or not. I have no problem with his leadership, I have a problem with the system he’s running on D that’s continues to let this team down in big momyand big games.
  9. 0 catches It looked more like Kelce didn’t take his route deep enough. The defensive guy pushing him didn’t help either. I don’t think that was Worthy’s fault. Although he’s guilty of not eating enough cheeseburgers in the offseason.
  10. The root of the problem: RFK Jr. is not just skeptical of childhood vaccines. He is skeptical of the entire basis of infectious disease advancements since Pasteur: the germ theory of disease. Incredible that someone this stupid, this ignorant is in this position of power. https://www.wsj.com/health/rfk-jr-what-is-terrain-theory-66b4c660?mod=hp_listc_pos2 Germ theory, Kennedy wrote in his 2021 book “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health,” is at the heart of his critique of American healthcare. “The ubiquity of pasteurization and vaccinations are only two of the many indicators of the domineering ascendancy of germ theory as the cornerstone of contemporary public health policy,” he wrote in the book. “A $1 trillion pharmaceutical industry pushing patented pills, powders, pricks, potions and poisons and the powerful professions of virology and vaccinology … fortifies the century-old predominance of germ theory.” In his book, Kennedy refers to Béchamp approvingly as a “miasmist”—a believer in miasma theory, which predates both germ and terrain theory. It is the belief that disease is caused by bad air, or something poisonous in the environment. There is firm consensus in the public-health community that environmental factors like air quality, as well as good nutrition, are important for good health, but these factors do not reliably protect people from getting infected by viruses.
  11. The KC/Chargers game thread stipulated no Bills conversation, soooo. . . Unlike Baltimore vs Bills, this was a divisional game for KC. That instantly means KC's bid to reclaim their division throne involves a steeper climb than the Bills would face if they lose to the Ravens. A Buffalo win would give Buffalo a huge boost in their quest for AFC dominance, but I understand that Buffalo's weakness at cornerback is at least partially temporary. I can see why Buffalo could lose the game yet not have their division title hopes be seriously affected. I trust that the Bills' are being honest regarding Tre White's groin issues - being treated as temporary. If he does miss the Baltimore game, (listed as doubtful) he should be back sooner rather than later. I also expect to see Hairston by the middle of October, and I think he will be positive addition in the second half of the season. CB may not be a strength for a while, but it's not going to be the glaring weakness it was in 2025 once we get a few games into the season, and it will continue to improve after that. I don't think Buffalo has any other team in their division who is a serious threat to win the division title from Buffalo. If the Chargers do knock off the Chiefs for the division title in the AFC West, it makes KC's path to the AFC championship and a playoff match versus Buffalo much more unlikely. The biggest obstacle for Buffalo in the playoffs might be somebody new: Baltimore, Cincinnati or LA Chargers are the best bets. Your thoughts?
  12. Coleman became a slow (victim of play designs, maybe because of his physical limitations at the moment?) WR that required only one defender to neutralize whatever his contributions coulda/shoulda been. A non factor in every sense.
  13. Worthy finally got injured, but a few games into his career later than anticipated. I won’t take glee in someone else’s injury. It does help the Bills in a way, and certainly the other AFC West teams. But every team will get some brutal injuries and we just have to lay low and hope it doesn’t happen here.
  14. Worthy is a very slight man, I’m sure it was a pre draft concern for every team including KC. I’m happy the Bills decided bigger is better in this instance, maybe Worthy ends up never injured again after this and has a fantastic career, I’m just glad the Bills decided to pass.
  15. They were elite defensively last year so it’s kinda not an overreaction tbh
  16. History said what the Bills and Allen have all ready done, couldn't be done. But it happened. The number of records that Allen has shattered is amazing. In my opinion, the only real reason McD is getting so much flack is that the defense has slumped. This isn't necessarily on him though. He has a pretty long history of being a damn good defensive coach and has an ability to get good to great performance from average talent. The narrative that he doesn't have the leadership ability seems grossly over hyped. These players love playing for their coach and that speaks volumes and IMHO is way more important than all of the hot takes I keep reading from armchair GMs.
  17. The Algo gave me this one next... I rock!😆
  18. They have Derwin James and the Chiefs offense is a total mess. Week 1 overreaction - the Chargers have some sort of elite defense.
  19. His senior year he averaged something crazy like 300 yards per game and 4 TD's.
  20. It's called the "Fat Perez Euro Step." (Those are words I thought I'd never type on TSW) https://buffalowdown.com/josh-allen-planned-first-td-celebration-break-the-internet
