  1. Past hour
  2. @B-Man Let's just say that while I don't know what kind of economics they taught at St. Bonaventure c. 1970, I do now have some insight into how Bob Lanier died bankrupt.
  3. Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania From Schooled as an NFL player....to School.
  4. Thank you for sharing this Alpha. Made my day.
  5. Any updates on this?
  6. Well if Blondi is gone, why not Matt Gaetz? What's he up to anyway? Cut out the middleman, install the underage sex fiend himself.
  7. Say what you will, but any other administration would have just breezed past the Epstein stuff as if it never existed. Some may view it as chaos, but it’s better than the status quo.
  8. Ok, come on. "Especially bananas and coffee"? What kind of freaky stuff do you city folk have going on that an increase in bananas and coffee causes such stress? Roundy to partygoers: "Ok people, listen up! Banana prices are through the roof, so a maximum of 5 per pairing!"
  9. I will give him as many birthday wishes as he has sacks in a Bills uniform. Happy birthday @Alphadawg7
  10. eyeroll? thats it? stupid.
  11. He doesn't speak the Queens English. By that I mean the borough, not the monarch.
  12. So if they're a tax on producers, how is that not "theft" too? It's only theft if it is a tax on consumers? You sound like one of them communists.
  13. Nope, not on the terms as you've laid them out. There is literally no reason to wait until the government forces you to contribute when you can start today.
  14. @BringBackFergy Look at the crap you started! 😆 cc: @Mike in Horseheads
  15. ⬆️ The King was largely absent during the time when various leftists were hand waving or outright putting a stake in the ground about POTUS oatmeal for brains mental fitness post debate. I'm sure his take would have been epic King hand waving. Something about losing his fastball doesn't mean that you can't extend your useful career with finesse, ala Frank Tanana. 😂
  16. Yeah....BUT it's one business entity, right? Where's the extra $10 coming from, the same company books I assume? $60 made $10, re-bought for $80... What coffers is that extra $10 coming from? He actually spent $150 of his own money. See above.
  17. I’d suggest you arm wrestle for the rights, but I’m afraid someone would wind up on IR, and it wouldn’t be you. Happy Birthday to ALL the 7/11 birthday people. You should unite and think about investing in convenience stores. Happy BDay, Joey. And Alpha too, again.
  18. The random "20 yrs ago I was playing pinball with Carlton from Fresh Prince and he got mad I mentioned Silver Spoons" story might rival the Josh story 😛
  19. Thumbs up for the Barry Goldberg appearance
  20. F Joey Bosa's bday - its my bday, I own the 11th. I was born before him, and on Americas Bi-Centienial...there are quarters commemorating my birth year - he is lucky I let him share it.
  21. Angsty, long-haired, sweaty-shirt, demonic eyed era Eddie, standing on his chair and scrawling political messages on his arm in Sharpie, climbing rafters 100 feet in the air and swinging out over the crowd... What a force he was in those years!
  22. Awesome story and spot on, its an incredible event to meet people like Josh. Its loaded with celebrities, athletes (past and present), etc who all are all regulars annually and they genuinely love the event which is cool. All kinds of podcasts were going on the past few weeks where they would mention "Tahoe" and its this tourney they are all talking about. And they ALL want to win it which is cool. Alphonso Ribeira (Carlton from Fresh Prince) was in the casino floor bar singing with the house band for at least an hour I saw with big crowds around him. Funny thing is Alphonso got pissed at me like 20 years ago while we were playing Pinball at a friends house when I asked him about the train on "Silver Spoons". He was mad I would even mention Silver Spoons, and I was like dude it started your career you should be happy anyone even remembers you were on the show lol. That aside, he was rocking the casino bar and told some funny stories in between songs too about the tourney and stuff.
  23. We forgive you ( kidding) she does that to allot of people. Loved this unplugged version of Black.
  24. i hope doesn't puncture a lung blowing out his candles.
  25. Awesome story - and Happy Birthday! Your comments about his Mom made me think of my son meeting his family at TC one year. My Dad, son and I were sitting in the VIP section of the bleachers at TC (when there used to be such a thing) and we noticed that some members of Josh's family were sitting a few rows down - his Mom, Dad, sister, grandmother (not Patricia, the other one), and Britt. We had brought the pic in my avatar, which was from a previous TC Josh's rookie year (my Dad and son in photo) hoping to get near him again and see if he would sign it (we tried to play the old man card later - propping my Dad up by the fence waving the pic, but alas Josh did only sign for kids that day, and not old men) As a joke I told my son he should go down and get Josh's family to sign the picture, not thinking he would do it - but sure enough my son popped up and went right down and struck up a conversation with them about the picture, and how we were going to try to get Josh to sign it later - maybe they all could too? Instead of acting put off by this kid coming out of nowhere with this goofy request - they all just good-naturedly went along with. Especially his Mom and Dad struck up a conversation with him for a few minutes, talking and joking with him. I came away with such a good impression of his family from that brief encounter - just seemed like such genuine, good, down to earth people. Below is a pic of them on the field after practice that day with Josh - and their sigs on the back of the pic
  26. Genius surprised that a guy from an English speaking country speaks English: “Well, thank you. It’s such good English, such beautiful — Where did you, where did you learn to speak so beautifully? Where — were you educated? Where?” Yes, sir. “In Liberia?” Yes, sir. “Well, that’s very interesting. That’s beautiful English. I have people at this table can’t speak nearly as well. They come from —” (link) You would think that somebody on his staff would have been aware of Liberia's history and could have briefed him ahead of time (you know Stephen Miller is very interested in a country like Liberia). BBC dunking on Trump
