  1. Past hour
  2. Dion Dawkins baby? I didn’t know he was pregnant!
  3. This thread is 37 pages of Nazis whining that Biden didn’t do enough - meanwhile, today, Trump explicitly denied FEMA aid to North Carolina. The hypocrisy isn’t just obvious it’s off the charts.
  4. This dude should be rotting away in a Russian prison. Disgusting
  5. I forgot they were playing in the afternoon and when I remembered it was getting out of hand so didn't bother
  6. I turned the game off today after the 7th. Please tell me you missed it too?
  7. This is a classic deflection. I called out Trump's authoritarian tendencies - like undermining elections, demonizing the press, and encouraging political violence - and instead of addressing any of that, you're tossing out culture war buzzwords like confetti. You’re not defending your position you’re dodging. Stick to the point: we’re talking about behavior that mirrors historic authoritarianism and Nazism. If you can’t confront that directly, maybe it’s because deep down, you see it too.
  8. Don't worry, the columnists have the safety of their day jobs to fall back on. Newspaper reporters are here to stay!
  9. This exchange started with you saying Trump didn’t lead a mob which totally ignores both his words and the timeline. He told a charged crowd - many of whom he knew were armed - to march to the Capitol and “fight like hell.” That’s not passive observation; that’s incitement. As for weapons, that claim is flat-out false. Multiple people were arrested with weapons ranging from stun guns and knives to firearms and bear spray. Capitol Police officers testified under oath about being attacked with flagpoles, metal pipes, and chemical sprays. One officer even described it as a “medieval battle.” We can debate motivations, but the facts are clear: there was a violent, armed assault on the Capitol and Trump lit the match.
  10. Enjoyed this show circa 2006-2009 when I had significantly less responsibility. Watched PTI during that era as well. Also enjoyed “Cold Pizza” around that time as well. ESPN used to be pretty good.
  11. Landed on the moon?? What nonsense are you speaking of? We have more pressing issues, the Redcoats are coming!
  12. Couldn't stand that show and however they decided to award points for whatever dumb reason. Surprised it lasted this long.
  13. I absolutely agree with this point. Republicans will never agree to a Dem proposed plan to solve this problem. So they should put their cards on the table and show us their proposal to solve this forever problem. Both sides claim to support legal immigration so let’s make it a workable legal process. American businesses need legal immigrants for many jobs and more people will be paying taxes. Crack down on businesses hiring illegals, more courts to process immigrants, provide a pathway to citizenship, increase support from the Hispanic community, etc. Problem is, other than tax cuts, Republicans can’t or won’t propose anything to solve any complex issue. I hope they prove me wrong.
  14. Obviously it’s not a betting revelation, but the most luck I have betting is on late game point spreads in NBA games with better teams at home behind big in the 4th. It makes losing money more enjoyable.
  15. I saw this show on the TV’s at the gym sometimes and my first thought was “I can’t believe this show is still on”. I don’t like any ESPN programming though.
  16. I became a Bills fan during the night Allen got drafted to the Bills only because I’m originally from Wyoming and an alum there. I had a different favorite NFL team all my other years. I was actually a Redskins/Commanders fan my whole life and became one as a 6 year old watching them in the Super Bowl in 1983 beat Miami with John Riggins running on them. Became a huge Riggins fan and Joe Gibbs fan and was my whole life but became a Bills fan the night they drafted Josh. I still root for the Commanders but not like I used to after Buffalo drafted Josh. Any time they played the Bills I would still be a Bills fan because of Josh and have rooted for the bills against them when they have played Main reason I root for the Bills now and they are my favorite team is because of Josh and his association to Wyoming. Once he is done playing I can’t say for sure I’ll still be a Bills fan or go back to the Commanders. I usually stick with my same team but for now I’m a Bills fan because of Josh. I have good reason though since I’m from Wyoming. I’m not a bandwagon fan just because the Bills became good. I would still root for them as long as Josh was here. Of course if the Bills were bad Josh probably wouldn’t still be here. The longer I’m a Bills fan the greater the chance of me sticking with them after he leaves but he would have to play his whole career here for any chance of that. Which I’m sure he will. I normally would never switch favorite teams but this was a special circumstance. Most Wyoming fans are Broncos fans but a lot of them are Bills fans now also.
  17. Today
  18. You can call it fascism if you want. You'd be wrong but, hey, you're entitled to keep using the word. Just because many of us don't want a complete breakdown of social norms doesn't make up fascists. That we don't want illegals flooding in, defunding the police, boys in womens lockerrooms/sports, permanent sterilization and mutilation of children and a lowering of standards doesn't make us fascists.
  19. So it would be "truly stupid" to say after just 1 year that he's a bust but saying he's overhyped after just 1 year is not only perfectly fine, but a hill you're ready to die on?
