WGR as a whole is excellent. All the hosts and content are well thought out and they go in depth. There are no hot take merchants like there are in places like FAN in NYC. it’s not to say they can’t be annoying. That’s not the say that they’re never wrong but overall bills related content they put out is very very good.

I remember when they had four firsts and got Shaun Ellis (12th overall), linebacker John Abraham (13th overall), quarterback Chad Pennington (18th overall), and tight end Anthony Becht (27th overall) and they were marginally good. Exactly Anybody who thinks he's going to run off the California just because that's where he's from Clearly hasn't understood the DNA which Josh is built from... First of all there's plenty of other 10-year starting quarterbacks who didn't run away to another franchise Brady and Manning did it at the end of their careers not at their peak Philip Rivers did it his last year Nothing that Josh has ever said since he was a 20 year old kid at Wyoming would ever show that he is going to run away because of adversity That's why he was supposed to be special.. because he had the mindset to overcome adversity 99% of NFL players don't play in their hometown lol Matt Stafford stuck it out 11 years in Detroit and only made the playoffs two or three times Detroit failed Matt Stafford a Hall of Fame quarterback much worse than Buffalo has done to Josh... We just haven't given him a healthy top five roster We have given him rosters consistently enough to win the AFC East 4-5 straight times and beat the Chiefs five straight in the regular season He's either been a liar his whole life and he doesn't want to be remembered as the guy who built his entire career in Buffalo Or he's serious and he understands there are ebbs and flows to football seasons teams and careers This next half of Josh's career is super important to keeping him happy and satisfied I do not believe Josh is just going to force himself away to California to run away from adversity... It's over. That 4-0 start was a mirage. Since then they are 3-4. IMO this is what they are. A mediocre football team. As a Parcells once said. You are what your record says you are. I see them finishing 10-7 and missing the playoffs unless tie breakers go their way.

There will be no “rebuild” If they have to, they’ll do what Philly does or what the Saints did with Brees… push a ton of money into future years, knowing that once Allen retires, we absolutely suck for a year where we eat dead cap.

Why so many doubters of him? It feels like projecting feelings that don't see how things are. But who knows maybe I'm just a homer.

Hard to really say that “no matter how ugly it is, Bills have a chance with Allen” because we keep coming up short in big moments on potential game winning drives. I don’t really blame Allen. Every time it seems he’s let down by those around him or his OC get smoked by the opposing DC. Dawkins got beat by Chris Jones to take a TD off the board to Shakir in the KC Playoff Game. Bass misses the game tying kick. Game over. Spags give us a look we hadn’t seen before, free rusher, Allen gets it to Kincaid who can’t pull it in. Game over. Fact is, Gabe didn’t come down in-bounds. Close doesn’t matter. Dawkins false start takes it from 4th and 1 to 4th and 6. Texans able to dial up pressure now. Brady’s predictable and unimaginative mesh route fails. Game over.

Rebuild? No. Retool? Yes.
