He’s getting decent protection. His receivers are making plays. Those two things help make a NFL QB look really good. The minute the protection fails on a consistent basis, like it has with Buffalo recently, your QB can look less than. See also the Super Bowl that ended a perfect season run. Made that cheating QB look less than and some claim that cheating QB is the best to play the game. Go Bills!

I would think that with Cook on the team, we should almost be a run first system and when teams adjust in game, then throw in some short dumpers across the middle, but on the flip side of that, we've got arguably the best QB in the game right now, so wouldn't we want to be a pass first team? Like, what are we doing here?!?

Joe Marino's 9 point plan for improvement
Coach Tuesday replied to D. L. Hot-Flamethrower's topic in The Stadium Wall
They have built an offense which prioritizes protecting their defense over scoring points. The entire architecture of the football operation at OBD is designed around protecting and supporting Sean’s flailing defense. It’s borderline insane. -

Nobody cares that Trump makes you emotional to the point you contradict yourself within 24 hours. It’s fun to point it out is all. Stay emotional big guy! -
No doubt. The Keon pick was infuriating for reasons beyond just not liking the player. The entire process was a failure. The way that the Bills chose to “address” the WR room after trading Diggs backed them into a corner. They had an incredible WR draft to work with. They needed to come away with at least 2 guys and AT LEAST one of those 2 ready to play 65+% of the snaps and be between 800-1000 yards. They needed a 100+ target guy day 1. Those guys were in the draft even if they didn’t work out. The Bills had to factor in “floor” because they didn’t have starting caliber NFL receivers. What did they do instead? They traded down twice. The first trade down allowed their biggest nemesis to get the fastest player in combine history. The Bills then settled on a prospect that had MAJOR red flags. That doesn’t mean Keon was destined to fail. It does mean though that he was WAY too big of a gamble for the situation that they were in. They couldn’t risk him being exactly what he is (and exactly what he was in college). So while, I didn’t like the player coming out, the fit was even worse.

You need to wake up and connect your brain to a generator. 😉Trump made millions people mentally weak, me emotional. So what? You robot I guess. All good. -
I do think the Bills will win this week and get to 5-2. But if the Bills want to show everyone, they are back then go beat KC next week to get to 6-2. That would be a statement win. First things first. Get to 5-2.

Bills “Rally Day”(farewell to the stadium

That's a pretty well thought out and in depth analysis of your potential purchase. In your case I would avoid buying the seat at all costs! I have a little Bills bar/mancave in my basement and that would be the only reason I would consider buying mine. But even then I am struggling to find a spot down there where I would be able to display it as I am already pretty full. If I didn't have a spot at my house to display it definitely wouldn't be worth buying especially for how much I anticipate them costing. But yeah my gym has a couple seats from the Aud on display and there's def a few bars/restaurants in WNY that have old Aud seats and it is always pretty cool to see. I am sure we will see the same thing with the seats from Highmark once the stadium is done -

That's not insults, it's just stating a fact Karen. -
you said find a quote and you would clear it up, i find a quote and you call me a bozo, the pattern here is clear, everyone who is smarter than you you insult. Two points with the Jeffries situation, one there is no thread for it so feel free to start it, secondly I would not go in there and start spreading such stupidity as you did.

He is who we thought he was. I hated the Josh Allen pick at the time and I am delighted to be wrong. I hated the Keon Coleman pick and am sad to be right.

Personally I think he feels it isnt going to happen with this regime. I think its been eating at him an Hailee has helped him with that.

Bills “Rally Day”(farewell to the stadium

Oh I’m not denying there’s a market for them. I’d probably talk myself into getting mine. Lol, it’s more “why?” I can see a sports bar wanting to display them. I was at Tully’s the other day and I’m 90% sure they have old stadium seats in there somewhere. Maybe Bennigan’s will pull down some upside down unicycles and replace them with conjoined plastic chairs? It’s the personal ownership that I’m struggling with. I’ll probably get excited and waste money on mine. I’ll bring it home and put it in the garage until I “find a better place for it.” It’ll sit there for about 3 months before I start getting questions about “what do you plan to do with that?” After another 3 months I’ll start getting asked, “why don’t you put that in your office or to the curb?” Obviously, I’m not going to put it in my office because my office is nice and throwing a couple of random plastic chairs in the corner does nothing to elevate the aesthetic. Another 3 months will go by and the pressure mounts to get them out of the garage. After 3 more months, the walls have caved in and something will have to give. I’ll give them both to my developmentally disabled cousin who will think that they’re amazing. After 2 months my aunt will be all over him to get rid of them because they don’t go in his apartment. 3 days will pass and he will sell them on Facebook marketplace for $32 a piece. I’ll have to drive over to his house, load them in the car, and drive to a Wegman’s parking lot to meet the buyer so that my cousin can collect $64. He will put that $64 towards Madden ‘28. -
Thanks for the great writeup, totally agree with your points. Offense stagnation: against the Pats and Falcons, I feel like our O-line didn't bring their aggression, they seemed very passive and I don't know why. But Atlanta regularly brought 5 and 6 rushers, gambling our receivers couldn't get separation in time. Defensive stagnation: Our gap integrity zero-stunts mantra gives almost no creativity on our pass rush and it's painful. Undersized LB's seldom crowd and rush from the LOS. Better coaches are now planning and taking advantage of It. It was painfully clear in Atlanta that our secondary is not communicating and setting assignments properly. Sideline pass to Robinson late 4Q, Tre had zone coverage but inexplicably peeled off to cover the middle leaving Robinson wide open. Bottom line, better coaches have figured us out. It's adapt and be dynamic or die time for our coaches, especially on D. Great point about Josh, I don't agree that his fire is gone, just that he's going to be more judicious with it. I don't agree that his career is drawing to a close, but agree that he's tired of always wearing the superman cape to keep this team afloat. We'll see what that means. More welcome (IMO) pressure on this FO.

I would say there will definitely be a market for them. You can still find many old seats from the Aud proudly hanging up in bars, gyms, mancaves etc. all over WNY. If the price is reasonable I would like to get my seat however I'm not expecting the prices to be reasonable at all so not sure if I would pull the trigger on my seat. -

Do people really want their seats? I have so many memories in that stadium. In many ways, it’s my happy place. At the same time, I can’t wait for the new stadium and have no desire to have some crappy plastic chairs at my house. What are you supposed to do with it? Are we supposed to just look at them and be like, “remember the snow game?” - Today

Defenses are cage rushing and taking away the middle- Josh has nowhere to go. And Joe Brady cannot scheme - he’s awful
-
Nice pick Beane. You don’t know ***** about WRs - it’s your Achilles heal. And you had the nerve to yell at WGR for speaking the truth Paddy cakes championship What "negative separation" means Struggling to get open: A receiver with negative separation is having difficulty creating space from the defender, forcing the quarterback to make riskier throws or overlook them. Poor route-running: This can be a symptom of issues with a receiver's route-running technique, speed, or timing with the quarterback. Sounds like it describes Keon perfectly

There is nothing here that I disagree with. But even if they can get Hairston going and Poyer can provide some vet know how they still need Benford to round into form and Bishop to play better. The secondary has been trash so far. -
