So is Landon Jackson done for the year?
billsfan714 replied to billsfan714's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's had multiple ACL tears, one in HS and one in college. -
Yeah, i was thinking about Shakir yesterday and I am starting to think that extension was too much money. He is a good player, but can disappear too easily, especially when nobody else requires much attention by the opposing defense.

Considering for 60 years the quarterbacks get the glory they get the criticism Josh is the leader of this team he is the one who gets them up for games and they certainly did care more about the Chiefs than they did about the dolphins.. I don't care what anybody says their play shows that This team has a history of playing down for a half or even three quarters to inferior opponents... If you read what I say and you take that as Josh as the problem I don't know what to tell.. but the focus the entire week of game planning does all start with the quarterback when Josh is locked in the entire team is locked in.. this board has been calling Josh the dolphin's Daddy for years I don't think the bills and Josh Allen woke up for the dolphins as much as the Chiefs That's what happens in a 17 game schedule

i dont know, it would make sense but then we was pretty raw coming in. im just a lil surprised drafting someone had the same injury multiple times and its one u dont quicky recover from. -
A few weeks ago Alex Singleton from the Broncos was randomly drug tested and it detected abnormally high levels of something called hcG or human chorionic gonadotropin. This raised a red flag and after further medical evaluations, he was diagnosed with testicular cancer and had successful surgery to have it treated. They believe it was caught early enough that it should have minimal impact and he should make a full recovery. So while NFL players might hate getting that visit at their locker after the game, it may just end up saving their life. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/denver-broncos-alex-singleton-cancer-surgery-nfl-drug-test/

Coaches are heavily implying that Coleman isn’t trying on the field

I think a vast majority of us are not happy with McDermott's efforts as a HC. -

I actually think the Bills offense will improve with Keon off the field. Samuel needs more targets too. People get on his case but he is a professional WR and Josh trusts him. He did well in the playoffs last season. Some big catches. -
I don't think alot of us hate the idea and I don't want to speak for others but I don't think there is any way McDermott and his 1902 fundamental football philosphy matches with a dynamic offense like Daboll had. Plus if the rumors were true I wonder if Daboll would every play for McDermott again but I sure would love to see that reunion even if it were just as a consultant or however they list these guys when they come back.

Knox should go to jail for that contract.

This will be his last year here. I'm not even being that critical of his effort. It's just when you combine everything, the effort, the lack of a connection with Allen, the struggles in this offense, it just makes sense for everyone to get a fresh start. We'll trade him for a sixth round pick or something in the off-season. Coleman will probably want it, and so will the bills. -
Every team will do this. The Texans game could be a shutout.
-
Not. Even. Close. McD will live in infamy for 13 seconds. 13 seconds might be the worst loss in the last decade of the NFL.
-
Of course not, because he wasn't a yes man like everyone else on his current staff. At this point, I'd even take Daboll over McDermott as HC. At least I know the offense would be brought back into order.

I agree with you. A few weeks ago I had this game a loss. But that was before the humiliation in Miami yesterday. Had they comfortably beaten the fins, I think this game would have been tricky. Now i believe the Bills will be re-focused, have a great week of practice and preparation. They play their best when media and fans are all over them. This should be a victory. Now with all that being said...if the Bills do lose this game, we'll know the season is likely cooked.

The Packers only managed 13 points against a team that we scored 40 on. At home! We would be just as upset about that as we are today. But I'm splitting hairs and by no means want to argue that yesterday wasn't bad. I think McDermott should have been fired this morning for not preparing his team, but that was never going to happen.
-
But I think we can agree that 13 seconds is #2 now for the team. Music city throw up and the 3 other SB losses are after that

You can't treat a game like your living room light switch. Josh really isn't the problem, but you can't possibly believe what you wrote there
