  1. Past hour
  2. I don't know if that's true. Bills passed on him to take EJ, and Smith fell to #39 in the draft. I don't recall many people thinking he was a monster. Maybe Jets fans, because they can talk themselves into almost anything, but most Bills fans were lukewarm at best about Manuel and glad the Bills didn't take Smith. .
  3. It breaks my heart. I used to follow Xavier basketball almost like the Bills. I’d make an annual trip to Cincinnati, travel to games anywhere close and try to get to their city in the NCAA tournament. Those were some awesome times! Now I have no idea who’s on the roster, what theirs skills are, where they came from or how many years of eligibility they have left. Eligibility actually means very little, since it’s a series of one year contracts. Every year is like a new pickup game at the YMCA. Please don’t get me wrong, I think the players should be paid and they should have mobility. I just don’t happen to like the resulting product nearly as much. They desperately need some guardrails on this mess. BTW - I spent a week at UNC hoops camp in Chapel Hill every summer for at least 4 years when the kids were young. Awesome times!
  4. I think it was Matt Simms. @Steptide
  5. Hahaha. Stupid comment, but in some ways he is right lol. Playing conservative worked really well UNTIL that last meeting on November 1st. Bills always played light boxes and Mcdaniel finally learned how to beat it by sticking to the run that last game. Mcdermott will have to be more aggressive the next time we play them, as I do think Mcdaniel finally figured it out.
  6. We are going into year 8 in the EP offense.. Which is designed around simplicity and the ability to change roles easily There's a lot of talk between the EP, West Coast, or the coryell system... Which basically are verbiage systems today There is a West Coast playbook but when people talk about West Coast they're usually talking about the verbiage system.. how the plays come in The difference is how simple the EP is compared to the complexity of a West Coast verbiage A typical West Coast call might sound like this. .. Green right x shift to viper right 382 x stick looky .. and that is a small play call a lot going on .. line calls, receiver calls and a motion The EP condenses it F right 72 ghost/tosser .. entire play script..n offensive line wide receivers and running backs know what to do There's a reason why Bill belichick liked the EP.. and you can flip rolls very easily It allows for mastery of multiple wide receiver positions and you get out of the play clock sooner Today's football lesson why the EP is very modern and Josh should even be taking more and more steps being ingrained in the system for so long
  7. Yet. What happens if Iran strikes U.S. troops in neighboring Iraq?
  8. Agree. Convene the House and Senate Intel Committees and lay it out. But......The US Congress has a horrible reputation for leaking to generate political gain. I still wish he took more of a stateman's approach than this silly "I'll decide" solo nonsense. He is what he is, and that's why I've never really liked him as a leader. I do think he is very reluctant to commit US assets to the fray, but it may be the best way. And less someone get some crazy notion, that has nothing to do with US ground forces.
  9. What he is really saying is that he doesn’t have the skills to counter the Bills defense…,
  10. The ease with which MAGA gets manipulated is almost laughable.
  11. lol, your thought process in broken, by your standards, all employees are property then, you must viscerally dislike unions, shakes head and walks away…, we should discontinue this bit of banter, what say you?
  12. Yep. They all knew. But made up abortion clinics and kill lists. This guy was activated. He was USAI trained and worked for Walz. Papa John’s guy: “He wasn’t political but yea he listened to Alex Jones. Was that what I was supposed to say?” Now let’s see how many threads Bill Homeloser bumps to bury this one.
  13. That's fair. The way I look at- Matt Ryan to me was never a top 3 quarterback in his relative era for many years. (I know he got the mvp the one year) Josh has firmly been a top 3 QB in his relative era for the past 5 seasons now. I know that doesn't mean everything as every era has different competition, but I just never looked at Matt Ryan as an "elite" QB. So I can't really answer your question too well as it's just 100 percent subjective to me. But I clearly think Josh was more of a dominant QB compared to Matty ice IMO
  14. The Bills are soooooo deep in Miami Dolphins players heads nowadays. Rent free in South Beach. Rumor has it Reeks's wife and kids just spent THOUSANDS of dollars on Buffalo Bills gear to wear everyday, because if they wear it they know he can't beat them.
  15. big mouths will be big mouths, nothing to see here
  16. Let’s get it Elon! Full narrative control. Thanks Obama!
  17. Poyer knocked Cam backwards. What a hit!
  18. Well I'll give you a fantasy football tip. If the QB sucks don't play any of his secondary receiving options. If they don't see the field well or sense pressure well they will just throw the ball up to WR1 and hope for the best. That's why Josh Gordon could put up one of the great receiving seasons of all time with Brian Hoyer and worse throwing him the ball. Or DeAndre Hopkins can be All Pro with Tom Savage at QB. Coleman has a different skill set than Pierce. More general athleticism, inside receiving ability and YAC skill. So he has an outside shot at being a real WR1. Pierce has a higher floor right now because he can simply run away from a lot of boundary CB's but clearly more of a specialist. I'd love for the Bills to have him. He's Gabe without the bad hands and with real speed. I see PFF had him ranked as the 33rd highest graded WR last year........that tracks. He's good.
  19. Ah yes I hate it when teams are prepared and play the defense that I can't beat! The audacity
  20. Was it the fella he's had at the Jets. McElroy or something?
