Said another way … “I know I create confusion in a community where many people spend time reading here and listening to a podcast. However, I’m unconcerned about that because I’m butt hurt about some perceived slight from years ago that’s important to me, and no one else. The confusion will arise from time to time among people investing time and energy here. That matters not to me. In my universe this is clever and self gratifying. The rest be damned.”

Why Landon Jackson is the next MONSTER in the NFL
HaldimandBills replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall
I doubt it. It doesn't really work like that. Dropping 15 pounds doesn't up your RAS score from a 4 to a 9. One is an elite athlete and one isn't. Watching their college tape it is no contest. Landon Jackson is much more fluid than Epenesa. -
Who is our worst match up in the AFC as of now?
Gregg replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
On the road I would rather the Bills go to Arrowhead. I know they haven't won there in the playoffs, but they have won there plenty of times in the regular season. The Ravens in Baltimore would be the tougher game to win IMHO. -
Why Landon Jackson is the next MONSTER in the NFL
Prospector replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall
Can we get an official list of the famous people here and their account names? I may or may not be Will Ferrel from SNL. lol, just kidding, if I was that famous and rich, I wouldn’t be talking to you losers. -
Neil threw a wrench into a lot of creative license for video directors as he refused to be a part of any music video unless he was actually playing drums in it. But yes, this one is cringe.

What Does "Due Process" Mean?
K D replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I've never watched Fox news in my life. I don't have TV,.waste of time. I work 12 hrs almost every day. If I'm replying it's probably because I'm taking a break (aka in the restroom) -
Don't forget Shedeur Sanders.

Why Landon Jackson is the next MONSTER in the NFL
Not at the table Karlos replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m not disagreeing with you but Epenesa has also completley transformed his body from a power rusher to more of a speed rusher. Epenesa did all of his drills at like 280lbs. Jackson plays at 280-290 but dropped weight for the combine to time better. I feel if Epenesa did his drills at his current weight his RAS would be closer. -
Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
GASabresIUFan replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
But you also need to give the QB the right tools to succeed. If you have a fleet of slow WRs who can't separate consistently, are you really giving the QB the necessary tools? -
Trump ❤️ Tariffs
Niagara Bill replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
So what exactly has a tariff in movies. The digital copy? The cost of production. Food vending costs. The salary of actors? Weinstiens hotel rooms? Only US based movie studios. Documentaries about the Grand Canyon, or docs about Iceland, or docs about the Sahara Desert. Can you film climbing Mt Everest? Anything filmed outside the 12 mile limit in the Pacific. -
Yes it is. Cyndi Lauper and Chrissie Hynde were also considered.

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
SoMAn replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
The problem here is can you get an accurate assessment of value without including the QB? You can have the best tandem of WRs in the league, but if your QB is a six-foot noodle-armed player with poor field vision and minimal leadership skills, what have you really got? Josh has shown that he can make the most of a WR group minus a standout #1. So, the question should maybe be, would you rather have a QB of Josh's caliber and average WRs, or great WRs with a middle of the pack QB? The answer should be obvious. For me, the QB is the ace in the hole that teams scramble for years trying to find. After Kelly and Marino, the Bills and Dolphins looked to fill that void for decades after the HOF careers of those legends. Unfortunately, top WRs now command idiot money. The Bills are trying to balance the team, spreading out their skill throughout the squad. The good news is that Buffalo is now an attractive landing spot for players. Maybe they'll get a #1 with a FA looking at a one year prove-deal that they can parlay into bigger money. Maybe they'll find that 5th round Stefon Diggs difference maker in 2026. To answer the question honestly, in my opinion, any team's WR group is only as good as their QB. Would I love to see someone like Jefferson lined up opposite Coleman? Sure. But, not at the expense of the rest of the team. -

Fighting tooth and nail for illegal alien criminal gang banger invaders is going just swimmingly for leftists...😂 -
I remember during the MTV days in the early 80's the Flock of Seagulls I-RAN video was pretty cheesy.

Trump: "REBUILD, AND OPEN ALCATRAZ"

I think that you see the relationship between Beane and McDermott as much more adversarial than it probably is. Beane and McDermott are friends and their friendship goes back to their early days together at Carolina. I also think their philosophies on team building are very similar, too. I think that the use of "McBeane" by some posters isn't far off the mark in describing how the Bills select talent. They collaborate not compete.

Why Landon Jackson is the next MONSTER in the NFL
Sierra Foothills replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed. No one who has watched tape of both players would ever compare the two. It's one of the most bizarre and inaccurate comparisons I can recall. -

I guess it was normal for the times, but I can never imagine going to a football game wearing a suit and tie. When I was kid 70's + 80's fans didn't wear much team merchandise either. Most showed up in t-shirts, sweatshirts depending on the time of year. Just regular clothes without the team colors or logo on them. Now many fans show up wearing jerseys of their favorite players
-
Agreed. That's the 4:25 standalone November sweeps game, probably played the week of or the week before Thanksgiving. (I meant to quote the point about the Chiefs game potentially being on week 17 on MNF.)

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
GASabresIUFan replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
You aren’t a vertical threat until you actually do it in games. If all you do is catch balls underneath then you are just another possession receiver. Having the ability to do something and actually doing it are two different things. It’s why I’ve stated multiple times Brady needs to utilize Moore as a deep threat as we have enough underneath and possession type receivers. Until that happens Moore is a redundant asset. -
Completely agree. As an aside, my favorite vs in the Bible is part of this for as Jesus responds to Peter's claim that Jesus is the Son of the living God, by stating that "this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my father in heaven." In short, we are not capable, as humans, to perceive this. It must come from faith.
