The player personnel decisions by McB have been inconsistent. And there just seems to be a gear that Sean is incapable of shifting to. So many arguments seem to center around "look how long it took Andy to finally break through". Now we have a once in a generation qb. There should be no excuses. Sean McDermott is a beloved HC and has earned that support. So I guess we continue to wait and be optimistic. Maybe he continues to adapt and is willing to hand "his" defense over to a world class DC? I just don't know if Babich is that guy. I do know that Brady and Andy don't win some of those SB's without Belichick and Spagnola. So in Sean's case you're only as good as the people you surround yourself with.
