  1. Past hour
  2. Rapp was the bigger problem yesterday…both were problems though. I think you’ve gotta roll with bishop and get him reps…he’s no worse than Hamlin he’s just different lol. If bishop diagnoses a play correctly he’s got the physical skills to make a play but Hamlin really has no chance despite being the smarter player right now
  3. We may have waited 16 months since he was drafted, but Cole Bishop hasn't had all that much time to receive on the field instruction. He was injured at the end of July at training camp last season. I don't remember for sure, but I think he missed a good part of it. Once the 2024 season started, the coaches didn't have the luxury of devoting a lot of time to teaching young players the fundamentals with the same intensity that they do in training camp. A rookie who's been hurt has to pick up what he can while the team focuses on game preparation. Then he missed a good chunk of training camp this season. It is certainly valid to wonder if Bishop is going to have to deal with the suspicion that he could be injury prone, but he still hasn't had the instruction time that a typical rookie gets in his first training camp. If he doesn't show improvement through the season, I will start to wonder if he can be an answer to the Bills need at safety, but I'm not worried yet.
  4. My God When Brown was released from prison, Brown's mom says "he started saying weird things." She says she got Brown evaluated but his behavior became aggressive so she got an involuntary commitment order from the courts. He was placed under psychiatric monitoring for two weeks and diagnosed with schizophrenia. But after he was released she says Brown became so aggressive she had to kick him out. He became homeless. In January, Brown was arrested for misusing the 911 system. Police say he called from the hospital and claimed someone gave him "man made material" that controlled when he "ate, walked and talked." Despite his criminal past and homelessness, Magistrate Teresa Stokes allowed him to be released from jail on a written promise to appear. In court last month on this charge, his public defender questioned Brown's mental capacity. Judge Roy Wiggins ordered a forensic evaluation. Brown's mom says the court should have never let her son be out in the community knowing he had mental health issues and previous arrests. CMPD's community policing team was well acquainted with Brown. They encountered him three times in 2024 and referred him to resources each time. CMPD has still not answered my questions asking what these resources are, if he accepted any of them, if police have any recourse if they keep encountering someone who refuses help and why Brown wasn't arrested if he was accused of criminal activity. Meanwhile in NYC, it’s next mayor says he’s bringing negligent policy like this to you:
  5. I’m not sure that’s true…I mean Hamlin knows what he’s supposed to be doing which is maybe a moral victory? 😂. He’s just so tremendously un-physically skilled that he can’t do it anyway though
  6. This seems pretty much the case for most posts on this site. 😏
  7. People got way too critical about him giving up contain a couple times. Think of how many NFL defenders Allen has made look silly including other superstars. You can live with that against a talent like Lamar. The important thing is he was regularly getting push and disrupting the backfield in the run and pass game. And it's no coincidence Oliver had maybe the best game of his career with Bosa rushing next to him. I loved the signing and yesterday confirmed my feelings. Please just stay healthy.
  8. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/tyreek-hills-estranged-wife-accuses-him-of-domestic-violence As a man, when I'm not one to just assume claims like this are true, and if there is no trail, 911 calls or evidence, I generally keep an open mind about who did what However, when you got Tyreeks track record, my initial thoughts are of course the POS did this.
  9. I think they were 5 or 6 in defensive DVOA last year but I refuse to pay for a subscription 😂. They were bad early but shuffled some guys around and were pretty lights out the rest of the way. Granted most of the schedule was easy down the stretch but I wouldn’t be shocked if they were top 2 or 3 for the second half of the season after moving Kyle Hamilton to a more normal role. They were trying to do way too much with him early on
  10. Lol, I saw I was the only one in the pool to pick the Jags this week....but they won, and I don't have to pick the Jags again. On to Week 2.....already did better than last year.😁
  11. I think Caleb has a longer leash than that. Ben Johnson was hired to develop him and they aren’t going to pull the ripcord that soon, barring an absolute disaster.
  12. Like an idiot I didn't think of it. I just thought boot it out of the endzone. Good call
  13. If we sign him, at least wait till half time of the Jets game
  14. id call Dabol and see what I could get for Caleb from him hahahahah
  15. Don't be surprised if Bagent ends up playing sooner rather than later. Watch around week 4-5ish
  16. She’s not pregnant, she just had Taco Bell.
  17. Bears fans letting them know that was putrid
  18. Poor Caleb. I wonder if he'll find his mommy in the stands and go cry in her lap
  19. Not a great debut for Ben Johnson…
