Glad some one else recalled some positives from Coach as well ! We should have some faith that McBeanes will kick tires and discuss within about a chat with Claypool. If they nod yes , I would also be cool with it. Wonder if Brady is aware of Chase's little commentary š

How much did you pay for gas and groceries today?
Big Blitz replied to Big Blitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Gas was 2.80 today. Im spending less at the private sector grocery store then I was a year ago. But economists warn that may not last. -
I show this YouTube video to friends showing them what a Bills home game is like. I remind them this is during the drought years. This is one my list of things to watch before the 1st game every season.

Agree. Their offense is a bunch one read trigger throws like Miami does with Tua. Nix is a lot more elusive though which allows him to improvise and tuck and run if his first option isn't there. Bills O Line is imo much more formidable both in run and pass blocking.

Iāve been a very big fish guy for decades after living in Hilton Head, SC and Sarasota, FL for 30 years. Nothing better than eating what you catch! We also do chicken fairly often, and red meat is rare. Not because we are trying to go to or away from anything, we just eat what we like. Itās usually with roasted or grilled veggies as well. We had to up our game when our son married a vegetarian, and Iām sure thatās good for all of us. .

Who Are Your Sleepers For This Year??

Well again that's why situation is everything.. that's why there are schemes and coaches and they're not all equal You could never tell me Tom Brady would be Tom Brady if he wasn't paired up with Bill belichick out the gate... Sure he won a super bowl with Tampa as a 40 year old man after being groomed by the best coach of all time for 15 plus years If the Bills draft Tom Brady I certainly don't think he remotely comes close to what he was I think that's partially the Brady Quinn conundrum... He still went in the first round it's not like he dropped to the 5th like Sanders did Brady did check every single one of Bill parcells's boxes for a successful NFL quarterback... That's why the NFL is a beast You can check all the boxes and still not get it done But intrinsically every quarterback getting drafted in the first round has tons of talent

How an athlete can play in Buffalo and not fatten up naturally is amazing.
-
Eh, Quinn was pretty meh. I donāt remember anything special about him et being jacked for a qb and kinda handsome (definitely passed my star qb has to be good looking test). There was a reason he fell in the draft. I donāt kink shame!

Posting Libs of TikTok - a hate account that exists to demonize anyone not white and straight - isnāt just ignorant, itās complicit. They fuel the harassment that drives LGBTQ+ suicide rates, and you idiots lap it up like its oxygen. Pathetic, dangerous, and ***** vile.

Has the fish helped? There's so many benefits to fish. Why did you turn this into a kink conversation?

I think itās absolutely insane that after all the years of terrible qbs, we can realistically have convo about our guy being legitimately the best qb in the nfl. I could have never in my wildest dreams (and I have wild dreams!) believed that. but at this point, I have Mahomes in his own category, then the rest of the qbs (Allen, Lamar, Burrows, Will Levis). I just think we work really hard as bills fans to discrdiet how maddening consistent Mahomes is. He was every bit as exciting as Jackson and Allen but I believe he has tailored his game to more of the Brady style (I think Allen and Jackson have done this a bit too). Itās similar to those Brady Pats teams when they werenāt flashy but just kept winning. To be the man, you gotta beat the man. I also believe this is the year. Still doesnāt take away from PMās greatness. I agree with you. Especially because when some of those athletes come from and what they are growing up eating. Lebron isnāt playing until heās 40 because he drinks Mountain Dew. Of course, itās good business to keep people fat.

NEW YORK -- The New York Yankees designated DJ LeMahieu for assignment on Wednesday, presumably ending the veteran infielder's tenure with the organization despite being owed $22 million through next season.

Jalen Hurts is probably the most chiseled QB in the league atm.

Perspective on the Bills from Eagles fan site.

100% and double 100% to the rest of it. It was a complete 180 with Brady vs Dorsey. Dorsey was dependent on downfield/low % throws from Allen, Allen's rushing, Air Yards, and limited running game. We had almost no way to be methodical. It magnified Allen risk taking. With Brady nearly the entire offense is designed for on schedule plays. Screens, high run%, check downs, all YAC. Then we mix in Allen's big play ability and his legs. That's who we are and it's a great recipe, but teams can certainly create problems for us at times (as they can for everybody). Assumptions that we will always be prolific like this thread seem to call out are just off base. If you jump on us early, we abandon the run game. If teams have the ability to play press effectively and play close to the line of scrimmage, our screen game isn't as effective and we struggle beating teams over the top. If you keep Allen in the pocket so much of his running game and improvisation is neutralized. We do not have any consistency in our on schedule medium/intermediate passing game. Baltimore did a very good job in both games exposing this. We saw it at times in the playoffs with lesser competition and execution. The Eagles are built to execute what I'm calling out. I think with the Super Bowl jitters Allen would start slow. They would jump on our shaky defense then condense the field on our offense. Our screens wouldn't be as effective. The run game wouldn't be as effective. This is exactly when our talent level at WR does matter. It would snowball fast and look a lot like Baltimore's first game, which will likely look a lot like our first game this year (IMO). That is, unless our defense can keep it close. That can at least help us stay away from pure Allen ball. -

I make almost exclusively fish at home, and order fish 90%+ when we go out to dinner. We mainly shop the perimeter at the grocery store, with a heavy emphasis on Produce. Not being terribly overweight disguises the terrible condition I am in, but we are actually working on it now!
