  1. Past hour
  2. Disagree, Allen played a good but not great game. If the Bills can't win games against decent teams, and yes NE is decent, when Allen only plays good then they are not a SB contender.
  3. Yes I think he would help them not be a dumpster fire.
  4. Not a single individual can answer this confidently with a "yes"
  5. I think it's possible, maybe even over 50%, but it won't be because of McDermott's defensive mind.
  6. He would be perfect for the Dolphins or Jets. Teams that need a HC to change the losing culture. They both know him very well being in the AFCE.
  7. Allen would need to throw for 350-400 yards, 4 TD's minimum per game, and zero turnovers. The other team would need to turn it over at least twice.
  8. Yes. Yes he was. He was accurate and mobile. And he outplayed Allen. So, yes, I would say he was THAT good. In fact, he's likely to only get better, while the Bills keep rolling out the same team every year.
  9. Maybe. We'd need more luck than other contenders.
  10. Yeah and I'm not one to complain about 50/50 flags. Like plays where the WR and CB are hand fighting all the way down the field, I'm fine with the officials letting those play out. But this was textbook interference. He is slamming into Shakir's back before the ball gets there which was obvious even on the live broadcast.
  11. A white out in October is pretty dumb
  12. Forget whiteout! Anyone who didn’t want to get blackout after this one wasn’t watching close enough
  13. He missed some reads, threw a pick, fumbled, and at times bailed on the pocket too early. I think that can qualify as a poor game by his standards.
  14. Maybe if the Bills have pristine health going into the playoffs and every opponent loses all of their running backs, their CB1 and their WR1 the week prior to playing the Bills.
  15. I thought Coleman also screwed up to pretty good first half sideline throws where he wasn't the 50/50 jump ball guy the Bills need him to be.
  16. I love the guy but Tre is just washed. He'll still make a big tackle or two in the run game (which somehow is more valuable considering our other tacklers) but teams are absolutely abusing him in coverage. It's scary and it will be a fatal flaw for us
  17. If Allen carries the team yes. If he doesn't, then no
  18. Also in a much much larger level he and Brees both had to help rebuild a franchise/city that was literally destroyed by Katrina. This wasn't just a come in, draft well, and go type of thing. The entire operation itself had to be literally reset from the bottom up. That takes a special coach to be able to do that AND also have the success that followed.
  19. This. He would do great with a team like Arizona, Carolina etc.
  20. Obviously, he had a good game. And the standout "amazing" play was when he was getting dragged down and got it to Diggs. But the hype I've heard today is off the charts. He had a good half - but I thought his big throws were more a product of our defense faltering in that half. The receivers were pretty wide open, and we stopped getting good pressure on him. He didn't throw a TD all night. I still didn't see "elite" out there, and some are already putting him on Allen's level. It seems like some analysts and others want him to be that guy more than he actually is that guy. But we have a proud history of making a lot of QB's look better than they are.
  21. Never. I don't think even with a change at HC and front office, that Allen ever gets one with the Bills. This team is cursed.
  22. CS1 wasn't wide open for an easy TD? You can see the safety over the top, he would have had plenty of time to react to the pass to get into position?
  23. Agreed.... That's where they'll land in the power rankings this week probably. What is real is that they are improving and are on the up, they'll likely improve all year. Maye is looking the part of a franchise QB 100%. I think there's some battles with them coming in the next couple years. 4-13 was nice, but we have to move on now. At least Miami is still wallowing in mediocrity and trending favorably down (the toilet) 😁
  24. This. If the other team is injured and/or the opponent makes unbelievably dumb mistakes, it's possible.
  25. Even NBC Knows It's the Schumer Shutdown and That Democrats Own It Matt Margolis Even NBC’s Meet the Press couldn’t ignore the Democrats’ stunning hypocrisy over the government shutdown fight—and Hakeem Jeffries found himself on the defensive when Kristen Welker pressed him about it. On Sunday morning, Welker challenged the House minority leader over his repeated claims that the current standoff is a “Republican shutdown,” pointing out that it’s Democratic senators—not Republicans—who are holding up the vote on a clean continuing resolution that would keep the government open. “But let me ask you,” Welker began, “because you say this is a Republican shutdown. But it’s Democratic senators who are withholding their votes on what is called a clean resolution. That means no strings attached, which is something, quite frankly, Leader, that you and other Democrats have advocated for in the past.” She then rolled a clip showing leading Democrats — including Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Jeffries himself — declaring in past years that it was wrong to use a government shutdown as leverage for partisan demands. For example, back in September 2023, Nancy Pelosi said, “You do not use the threat of shutting down government to try to advance your policy agenda.” That, of course, is exactly what Democrats have done. “First thing that the House has to do is pass a clean, six-week CR,” said then Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) Which is exactly what Republicans voted to do. But the best part was that Welker included a clip of Hakeem Jeffries himself, back in November 2023, saying, “A continuing resolution that is at the fiscal year 2023 levels is the only way forward.” After the montage, Welker pressed Jeffries again: “Why not fund the government and debate extending Obamacare tax credits after the fact? They don’t expire till the end of the year.” The question went straight to the core of the Democrats’ strategy— holding up a straightforward, short-term funding bill until they can stuff it with billions in new Obamacare subsidies and other progressive wish-list items. The disconnect between their past moralizing and their current behavior is glaring. What we’re witnessing isn’t leadership; it’s the purest form of hypocrisy. The Schumer Shutdown perfectly captures everything wrong with the modern Democratic Party’s approach to governing—rules for thee, never for me. https://pjmedia.com/matt-margolis/2025/10/05/even-nbc-knows-its-the-schumer-shutdown-and-democrats-own-it-n4944509
  26. It’s cute for high school and maybe even college. It was a cheap money grab. I promise I would have worn blue to that game. I’m not buying, but I’ll send you a match if you need one.
