  1. Past hour
  2. They needed a few parts to finish building Ciarlo.
  3. Tough call for me. I think this staff works hard as heck and not sure what internal tweaks need to made to The Process. But sincere changes would need to made. But absolutely not a clean House. Close , very. go bills
  4. That sound you hear is all of TBD searching for info on these players so that they can figure out some way to blame Beane for not getting both.
  5. We are on version 1.7, that is like version 11.9
  6. I mean it’s great but their pass rush already is awful. Got rid of a guy that is one of their better pass rushers for a safety but how many safeties can get in. Starks , Gilman, CGJ, Hamilton. I get Hamilton can play pseudo LB pass rusher, I guess CGJ can play Nickle but your tasking Orr to come up with it when he’s been one of the worst DCs in the league in comparison to the talent they have
  7. The smaller capacity is not that big a deal. I'm sure they could sell 75-80,000 seats today because the Bills are a white hot commodity in the Josh Allen era. But it's not too long ago at all there would be swaths of upper deck seats empty. Anyway, even in the lean years at the new stadium (over the next 30 years) there will still be demand. The Bears Stadium today only holds 61,500. Detroit, Vegas, Arizona and Washington are all less than 65,000. Miami, Cinci, Minnesota, New Eng and Indy are all in the 65-67K range. I'm tired of hearing how the Bills screwed over the fans by lowering capacity.. Jeez, buy a season ticket or save up and buy some tickets on the secondary market, stop complaining and enjoy. This ain't Dallas or Los Angeles here.
  8. The middle class is slowly being squeezed out of society. It is what it is Yes business is business and corporations are out there to make money but Greed is a real thing too
  9. we need a WR receiver who has Allen and Brady's confidence. I don't care where you draft him.
  10. For those that want McDermott gone, and I know he has his warts, but you have to be pretty convinced that you landed an upgrade. I pose this. Why is it that our secondary can't cover even no name below average WRs, but equally, when teams man up against us, our WRs can't get any separation? Beane has done a good job building the oline, but it did take a long time, and I honestly have to give Kromer just as much credit.
  11. Kyle Hamilton must be really hurt or they’re not happy with the rookie. That’s two safeties in one day.
  12. Agreed. The problem isn't spending...it's spending on the wrong players.
  13. Our EPA on offense is a few ticks better than last year and our EPA on defense is a few ticks worse. It is essentially a wash, a near break even. Last year’s team came within a few plays of the Super Bowl, so it is not irrational to think our outlook should not be drastically different. The question is whether just getting yourself back to that position is good enough or whether you are actively improving your position once you are there. This year, with Kansas City and Baltimore both a little down, even slight progression could give us a real edge. But so far our investment strategy has not produced meaningful results. Brandon Beane is busy mocking radio hosts for questioning his approach and doing offseason media tours about how he drafted Josh Allen, while the team itself is not getting better on the field. Hyde and Poyer remain the best players we have had on defense, and neither of them were draft picks. Back then, Beane was shrewd with free agent acquisitions and hit some home runs. That version of him does not seem to exist anymore. The front office has not brought in high end defensive talent in years, and the unit feels like a talent vacuum. Then there is McDermott. He is restricting meaningful defensive change because that is his side of the ball. We hear the defense is simple, then we hear it is complicated, but either way it is ineffective. I do not care whether the issue is talent, execution, or scheme. It all falls under the same umbrella of underperformance. How can any fan have confidence this defense will improve with the same two people driving it? Beane was significantly better during the first build. McDermott might be more mature now, but together they remain fixated on pouring resources into a side of the ball that continually fails to deliver. They are all in on defense, but the returns do not justify the investment. At some point, time becomes irrelevant. Nothing we have seen suggests that more of it will change the outcome. If this continues, twenty years from now we will look back on this era as even more polarizing than the 1990s teams.
  14. Obviously the Ravens situation is dire, but have to hand it to them for trying to do SOMETHING to fix their problems. Even if it doesn't work, they are trying.
  15. Surely i should be corrected here. But a good few posts mentioned some NFL speed or lack of on Bills. made me think , weren't Palmer and Moore supposed to bolster that front ? We all knew Josh needed a deep threat. Whether over the top or turn the corner and go balls out to beat the pursuit. expected Beane to draft one or two. and one early Are these not those guys till fill that void ? Theoretically speaking. Condensed version please
  16. I have to believe that too! So many re-treads that can't play anymore!
  17. The Dolphins have a situation where I feel like they could make an in-season coaching move to an interim guy. It's clear McDaniel is not the long term answer and with Hill out... there's very little hope they can turn it around to make the playoffs. Might as well shake it up, see how the players react, and gauge who you want to keep for next year. Meanwhile you give someone a 10-ish game interview to see how they handle things.
  18. This is a finesse/speed team built for turf that can't get to the QB. We have not had a dominating defender in the Beane era. When you hit on your QB it masks other shortcomings. But who would make a change when you're this close? A friend told me there are no blue chip pass rushers on teams with franchise QBS on veteran contracts. You can feel the Chiefs fading away. The Ravens are imploding and Burrow can't stay healthy. It's now or never.
  19. His SYSTEM doesn't work and never has.
  20. A family of 4 going to a game at $362 per ticket is crazy. Insane. $1500 plus parking and food is vacation money!
  21. You would move somewhere without this important information?! Hope the move is a smooth one...
  22. Is this a link, or the launch code?
  23. Like clockwork. At least 300 of 365 days a year. Yet when someone not a commie leftist mimics it....we get Finding chiming in. 😂
