  1. Past hour
  2. It’s not nice to lift someone’s words and not give attribution. It’s like stealing.
  3. Ya and when he did, Dion Dawkins got his lunch handed to him by Chris Jones, negating a sure TD and the following year, Dalton Kantcatch didn't adjust to a hurried throw and then dropped the ball as it hit him right in the hands. It's a team game and Josh has been let down by teammates and coaches year after year. Getting sick of this "well he had the ball in his hands at the end" nonsense. He can only do so much. Others have to not keep coming up small in big moments.
  4. I was trying to help the people under a rock!!! 🙂 Actually the main point of the article wasn’t anything we didn’t know other than I thought all of those stats for Allen shows just how great he has been, even better than Mahomes in many instances.
  5. Josh's availability alone disproves this to me at least
  6. Today
  7. ok. I actually did use the search function and couldn’t find it anywhere. Guess I must have missed it. My bad if so.
  8. Not since the 1980s. Kind of a long time ago, right?
  9. You just got done telling me that ultra low interest rates set by Jerome Powell & Co. during COVID allowed a lot of very young Gen Z'ers to buy houses. Those kids without college degrees are welcome to work for ICE where they'll get a 50K sign up bonus. https://www.politico.com/news/2025/07/30/ice-recruitment-donald-trump-00484885 Within a few years they can be making $120K/year and work toward retirement in their early to mid-50s. Rough living on that in NYC, so just apply for Buffalo, Detroit, etc. An ICE deportation officer married to a teacher will quickly hit 200K and have superb health care benefits, etc. Now tell me: Why can't they afford a house?
  10. Hamlin does have instincts and he isn't "lost out there". What he lacks is the physical skillset to be an NFL starter. If he is half a step out of position it is over because he isn't enough of an athlete to compensate. He has to be perfect every time and even the greats are not that. I also hope Hamlin is not starting for us because he is not that level of talent. I think Rapp, at best, is a passable starter so Bishop developing is pretty important to this team. He was horrible last season. He definitiely DID look lost in coverage every time he stepped on the field. But his run fits did improve slowly as the year went on so hopefully with a full camp and pre-season he can show what he is about.
  11. Ya know.. the Bills are an awesome football team. They’ve been near the top of the league for half a decade + — awesome with a capital “A”, baby! But from this position, there is a difference between the Champions and team #3. This front office and staff has to keep pushing the buttons for as long as Terry and Kim are behind them. The third element to it is the players. I hate to say it but I’d rank the three units for fulfilling their job duties towards winning the Super Bowl as 1. players; 2. front office; 3. coaching staff. I believe one of the reasons that if a coach/quarterback combo (or coach’s tenure) either wins the big one in the first few years together (or whatever) or not at all is because of over exposure—other teams figure them out. Since Allen is a much better football player than McDermott is a football coach (no disrespect intended here.. McD is very good) I believe it will be Beane firing McDermott and not the other way around if this doesn’t get done in the next three years. McDermott and HIS STAFF have to evolve and stay ahead of the curve, instead of being typical trash on defense in the final game of the season each year.
  12. My take still stands. Way too many fans that start podcasts centered around the Bills. This guy, not a fan. Didn't know he was a player, I also don't google every single podcast host of a bills show. I also don't think every single ex-nfl'er needs to do a podcast. But didnt mean to ruffle all your feathers over a former Bills lineman. Whoops
  13. Perhaps before making assumptions, a simple Google search might come in handy? Just a thought...just a thought...
  14. I was 7 when he retired....but thank you for the history lesson.
  15. There was a site that tracked man games lost to injury for many years, and the Bills were far and away the lowest team on the list over that time, never being outside the top 6 lowest injured and in the few years since based on other content I've seen, Bills were very low on their as well. Pretty good resume for a "fan" huh? This take is going to age very poorly I predict...
  16. Great interview. Good questions and some pretty open answers. He talks about needing people around him during the draft to stop him from trading up in the mid rounds. 😆 I do wish he had that feeling about 1st round talent. Cool to hear about Josh texting him players. I wonder who is on that list!
  17. I’m not sure how that graph defines “clutch”. I think points scored is critical in the postseason where with general performance on bigger samples advanced stats are perfectly reasonable. In game winning drives in the playoffs, did you score or not? That is all the matters. As far as I recall Josh has had 4 drives, 2 vs Houston, 2 the last two years vs KC. He got three to tie the game vs Houston. Punted on the first OT drive. Missed FG vs KC and then turnover on downs vs KC. The rest of that work has to be 13 seconds. As far as executing ( scoring the required points to tie or take the lead) on drives under 2 minutes. I would be very hard pressed to believe anybody is better than those two. I’m sure it is clearly displayed in number of occurrences, % if successful outcomes and other stats.
  18. Sorry, do what? I have no idea what you mean. edit: I’m an idiot. I thought you meant for me to do something. Long day. The baby had a rough night. thanks for the balanced post. 👍 Also: BDS!!! 😉
  19. It’s a sprain, not a strain. Sprains affect ligaments and can involve partial tearing. Strains affect tendons or muscles.
  20. I think it's time you go to bed for the night.
  21. I’ve always been fascinated by watching film of the “wishbone” offense and the “46” defense. I know there are variations of this that work in the modern NFL, but could teams get away with making one or both of these their main strengths? I hear the arguments that defenses are too fast for the wishbone to work and teams would kill you with the pass if you tried the “46” most of the game. What say you?
  22. Lets just ignore the fact that the defense has given up 34.75 points to KC the last four playoff games against them. I suppose thats Allens fault as well. Give Allen a defensive performance like Philly gave Hurts in the Superbowl and we win by 35 in any of those games.
