  1. Past hour
  2. We'll take it. It was desiccated pretty well on the telecast and all thought it was a good call.
  3. His second half was very good ! To answer the OP question , Better than "We" figured
  4. I meant to say they struggle more against Mills. My bad. He looks like he could start for a few teams
  5. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we didn't run any 3-4. Marino must be getting it confused with our Dime package if that's indeed what he said.
  6. During the preseason I said I expected him to become a high quality starter during the season if they gave him time to work out the kinks, I am looking smart with that assessment
  7. I'm not the one defending a guy helping a sex offender. THAT'S YOU! You are just projecting
  8. I'm not sure about the upside from what we have seen. I will say this though, I think it's hard to get into a good passing rhythm with an everyone eats offense that runs the ball half the time. On Sunday vs Tampa Joe Brady came with more of an up tempo, chunk play, passing attack. The kind of passing attack Bills fans have grown accustomed to seeing. The kind of passing attack that can give a young WR like Keon Coleman a better chance to succeed IMO.
  9. This is fantastic! You are on fire today.
  10. Joey Bosa is the best pass rusher we've had during the McDermott era. But he's also one of the worst defense ends I've seen at defending the run. For every time he's impacted the QB's throw, he's also been the culprit of a big run because of poor contain and over-pursuit. This one has been a problem for years. Our LBs are undersized, and it's only become a bigger problem as the NFL evolves towards bigger O-Lines and more running the ball. Matt Milano and Terrel Bernard used to make up for it with their playmaking in other ways. But that just isn't happening much this season. Both look stuck in the turf. You can't be small AND slow. The spot across from Cole Bishop has been an issue all season. First Taylor Rapp was concealing a serious injury. Now we have Jordan Poyer, who is also well past his prime.
  11. So disrespectful!!!! .......he will be another Ed Reed
  12. Ummm, the very soft facemask penalty on one of the (horrific) WR screens to Shakir was a massive call.
  13. I think he's a bit too good looking to ever be really great
  14. Oh dear. Where to begin ? First off I am glad that you have not had to deal with this problem personally However that does not mean that you can jump to your completely bogus claim that the only creepy’ old men care about this. (And the fact that you would accuse anyone of this is downright disgusting) The transgender issue is a national one. Being discussed in the news, congress, and the courts. It is a Women’s Rights issue This claim of “wildly atypical “ and the constant diversion from this thread’s topic has demonstrated to all here who has the problem. and it’s you.
  15. He needs another chance. Put him on the field and let him use speed. Him and Allen may mesh well. As a side note, what happened to this guy? I thought he was going to beva very good receiver when he was drafted.
  16. Cut. heck naw. Dude a scored Huge Touchdown !! Only lesson there was to calm down down and get down, with two hands on the ball safely secured Tobin or who ever will get him straight
  17. Wild that I would take Bishop over a slot corner with zero regular season interceptions in his career? If you say so…
  18. Shout out to the refs overall yesterday for letting the players play. In a game that featured 9 lead changes and some very momentum-shifting plays, the refs didn't have a factor. Kudos to Referees: Dana McKenzie Terrence Miles Mearl Robinson Anthony Jeffries Terry Killens Jr. Thomas Eaton Alex Moore
  19. The run D is so atrocious that Sean may finally have to abandon his conservative mandate on offense that handcuffs Josh in the name of protecting his defense. The only way forward might be to unleash Josh, score fast, and force teams out of their run-heavy scripts.
  20. If he has a calf injury I think it would be pretty hard to see him make it back on 4 days rest for Thursday night. This was the same player that gave the Bills a fighting chance in the divisional round against KC in the playoffs when they had to come to Buffalo by fumbling thru the endzone at the half yard line when a TD would have put the Chiefs up by 2 scores late in the game which led to the drive Allen missed Shakir in the endzone thanks to Dawkins getting shoved into Allen by Jones as he threw and then Bass missing a FG to tie. Fumbling has definitely been an issue for him throughout his career. Over his career he has 14 fumbles on 401 career touches, including playoff games. That is a LOT of fumbles for that few touches...it's 1 every 28.6 touches.
  21. The defense is high-variance defense that overly relies on plays for losses and turnovers. Yet they try to pair with a low-variance offense that tries to shorten the game, and possess the ball over explosive plays. This is not complementary football, is it?
  22. I don't think anything can change at this point of the season, unless they decide to blitz more. Implementing a brand new scheme is very rare 10 games in to a season. It's one reason why I predicted a 42-38 Bills win yesterday. The Bills are kind of like an old PAC 12 or Big 12 team. They focus on outscoring the other team, and hope to make a few defensive stops during a game.
  23. so i was supposed to know that the president would get jimmy kimmel yanked from the air and blame ratings and not his own doing? we saw countless people defend this as well, only to find out that it was a trump tantrum and had nothing to do with ratings. hell, @BillsFanNC thought the kimmel being pulled from the air nonsense was done by the democrats to take attention from the charlie kirk murder. he actually said that. so are we now going to do this with meyers? tell us his rating are low so he should be pulled from the air? it's late night tv. who cares? the president! that's who. why respond? i wasn't talking to you. why do you need the back and forth so bad? the president shouldn't be himself...at all. that's why were in this mess. think about it. this country needs so much fixing and he's worried about yet another late night host? time to be a big boy. by the way, what did you think about he 50 year mortgage idea? or the 15 year car loan? maybe he should be spending more time on better ideas that worrying about seth meyers.
  24. I don’t know why but I hate this ***** team. We have had some real frustrating painful losses in Houston. Go there and just kill them. I don’t care how good their defense is. We are significantly better than them. Kill then.
  25. Let's see what his practice participation is this week. I don't expect him active Thursday. He was ruled out fairly quick. I think he survives. They gave Codrington a LOT of chances before cutting bait. And he offered nothing as a CB. Hardman at least may offer something on offense. My prediction is he's inactive due to the calf this week, and yes I think it's a legitimate injury, and then he has 10 days to heal up, get more practice time in and be active the following game.
