Mr. Rezhevski? It's been 17 weeks, sir. I know you're in there. Do I have to knock all day?

You might be right when you say, "I don't believe for one second that in stable organizations like the Baltimore Ravens that Eric Decosta has to sit down with Steve Bisciotti to for 17 hours, and watch every single snap from a QB prospect right before the drat in order to "get ownership behind" the GM and HC's pick for the QB position. " You might also be wrong. But you might be right. But nowhere did it say that the Bills did what you said they did either. It's you, not them, saying they "had to" sit Terry down for this. Nor did it say that the reason they did it was to get him behind their pick. That's simply your take. It could easily be that they wanted him to be behind their decision, whether or not he agreed, having seen that they spent a ton of time and thought on it. Wanting an owner to be behind your decision doesn't mean that you have to force the owner to have the same opinion. Could mean they just wanted him to see that they could defend their opinion. You're making your own happy assumptions here and treating them as fact. Also nowhere does it say that they had "to change Pegula's mind." Another belief by you with no particular evidence whatsoever. So yeah, maybe the Ravens don't have to do that. But neither did the Bills. Did McBeane sit down with the owner and go through their decision-making process? Yeah. I'm betting the Ravens do that on their most important decisions as well.

Not what their offseason moves tell me. If that was the case they spent 2 of their first four picks on DT and signed Ogunjobi (yes he has a six game suspension). You can make the case that none are the traditional one technique but it's on paper better than what we had last year.

No I think that is right. By midseason I think that was the view. I don't think he is either. -

Peterman has now been in the league 8 years. -
It doesn't matter. Any conservative that remains consistent in their beliefs is shunned right now by the party. You have a few moderate senators (Murkowski and Collins) and Rand Paul (libertarian) speak out against them who actually voted against a bill doomed to fail preventing Trump's tariffs on Canada. None of them really have to worry about re-election.
-
You're missing the point. If you despise what Obama and Biden did under executive orders thinking they shouldn't have that much power then you are an absolute hypocrite if you approve of what Trump is doing with tariffs. Congress has power of the purse. Period. Article 1, Section 9, Clause 7 of the constitution.

So Florida is in and Edmonton is up 3-1, in that case Go Oilers!

IF the Pacers can close out their series, OKC vs Indiana will be a good series -
Yeah, but the Thunder’s success got Oklahomans to ante’ up a penny on the dollar to pay for a new arena. So it’s win win for their fans.

Ummmm……. “The reason it’s a surprise is that if you look at past cases where plaintiffs have tried to challenge the presidential use of extraordinary authority under various laws, the plaintiffs have always lost against the government,” Hufbauer said in an interview with CNN. “All the president had to do was say, ‘national security,’ or ‘national emergency.’ Those are magic words.” https://www.cnn.com/2025/05/28/business/us-court-blocks-trumps-tariffs Only for forcing you to stay 6 feet apart. Or get an experimental vaccine where we won’t reveal the deadly side effects we were informed of. Keep that secret. National emergency and all that. These words no longer apply when an anti Uni Party President is in office.

Based off those limited stats you might be right. Fewest number of attempts but the most number of touchdowns. -
Didn't we just sign a few FA DL and then draft a pile more?
-
As Shaq would say, that was a "1.....2......3.....Cancun!" performance by the Wolves. Why did they even bother flying down to OKC if they were going to play like that? I'm sure this is just what the NBA marketing department was hoping for.....the huge media markets of Indianapolis and Oklahoma City battling it out in the NBA Finals!

One judge was put in under Reagan, one Obama, and one Trump.

I guess we can scratch the strong start in games 1-4 then

It's been like this since Marrone and Rex era's. The key losses every year that were derailing the latter day drought Bills out of the playoffs started being those against fellow AFC fringe playoff contending Chiefs. Those Bills/Chiefs matchups were fairly even talent-wise but the Bills were just outreached time and again and they went the playoffs and the Bills did not. Manny Lawson missing tackles, Tuel's pick 6, the game where Sammy put up like 200 yards receiving in the first half in KC and they blew the lead in the second half......... We had a few years(2017-2019) where they weren't impeding McDermott's teams but once 2020 hit they got right back to derailing the Bills seasons, it was just later than sooner. A lot of Bills fans weren't feeling the rivalry aspect heading into their 2020 AFCCG matchup but those of us who realized how big those 2014-2016 drought season losses the Chiefs handed the Bills were did feel it. -
