I agree that it's usually a little off. But they're very up to date with everything that's made available to the public. So that means between the number they have of everything that's okay there and the number we have to be at, there's 10m+ or so that isn't accounted for. Which is more than just a little off. Which makes me wonder if a restructure has been done that we don't know about or one or more is coming.

This is a typical reminder that Spotrac is a phenomenal site, however whatever number they have listed is usually a bit off from the number Beane has on his desk. That said I'm sure there will have to be a few moves made. Dawkins restructure is almost a given.

Pretty sure restructuring Dawkins frees up like 9 million in space. That seems like the most likely posibility but there are plenty of other option to make room without cutting anyone

Oh, I see, we’ve reached the part of the program where pointing out Trump’s corruption is ‘selective outrage,’ but pretending Democrats are the only problem is somehow pure objectivity. Got it. Funny though, because even when Trump tried to buy the Buffalo Bills, he literally had to inflate his wealth on paper just to look serious and the NFL still laughed him off. If you can’t admit that’s corruption, then maybe the ‘inconsistency’ isn’t mine.

He was up and down in preseason. but, as a PS TE, I imagine they'd prioritize blocking, and Latu looked really good in that regard in the preseason games.

Reasons for optimism - Allen, the great RB room, healthy Milano, T Johnson, Kincaid, Bosa and clear improvement from Coleman. I mentioned this when Coleman was drafted, but he is size and speed wise very similar to Tee Higgins and Michael Pittman who were drafted at the top of the 2020 draft’s 2nd rd. Higgins year 1 - 67/108 908 6TDs, year 2 74/110 1091 6 TDs Pittman year 1 - 40/61 503 1 TD, year 2 88/129 1082 6 TDs Coleman year 1 - 29/57 556 4 TDs, year 2 ???? I wouldn’t be all surprised if Coleman doubles his targets. If that happens, he could easily get to 1000 yards. Remember, he average 19 yards per catch last season.

I agree. I think the problem a lot of fans have is that they'd rather have a good CB (or other skill position) who was also a returner, rather than a good returner who was also a CB. The same fans bemoaned the roster spots held by players like Taewan Jones, Siran Neal, Cam Lewis, and others who've been primarily ST players, and only play their listed position in an absolute pinch. Codrington is a first rate P/KR-- as good as Hines, or Andre Roberts IMO, and the numbers back that up. It makes absolute sense to me to have a dedicated P/KR, and depth players who have aptitudes as gunners, jammers, and blockers often make the 53 over players who are better at their listed positions because field position matters.

Nothing has necessarily changed drastically, and that is reason for my optimism. Because we still have Josh Allen.

I feel like those AFL champions don’t get the proper credit they deserve. Especially when people say Buffalo doesn’t have any world championships in major sports. They also have the Bandits. Buffalo has a very rich sports history. Jack Kemp is a true champion and the Eli Manning of his day.

Optimism- Josh Allen will be improved and offense will be good. Pessimism- Bosa will last 4 games, Milano 5 and Bishop 6. Tre comes back and blows out his knee. Hairston will tear his LCL. These are worse case scenarios and grounded on past data but the defense could be depleted by 3/4 mark.
