To be fair I'm still salty about you guys beating UB a decade ago đ I will take Brian Hartline as a wide receiver coach!

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Expecting some crazy defensive sets Sunday

I think Burrow goes off. This is a mismatch of epic proportions with zero pass rush. Their running game is VERY good as well. Bills need a repeat of the Steelers game on offense IMO, especially with Kincaid out again. The Pats game is looking even more bleak. -

Donât know if itâs been pointed out, but itâs interesting to me that the Texans passed on Slay, but put a claim in on Ingram. The Texans apparently value Ingramâs services over Slayâs, yet Beane was willing to take the risk of adding Slay to this roster at the expense of Ingram, one of the UB darlings. -

How did he get caught? -
Kudos to Merriman for this post. While he didn't live up to his expectations here he gave his best while here and we as fans respected it and now he respects us as fans.

His very roster philosophy is why we just destroyed the Steelers. Putting resources into the oline and oline depth. It's interesting that KC, Cincinnati, Dallas, Miami , all represent the wgr talking points about wr. Yet all could miss the playoffs... I also can't blame Beane for injuries. All top 3 picks got hurt. Ogunjobi cost a lot less because of the suspension which actually helped the bills because of all the injuries on the dline. Bosa was a bargain at that price.... I'm critical of Beane, he's had some misses. But calling him a bad GM is just silly and ridiculous dude The Ingram/ slay thing is a little funny and bad look but come on dude Almost all metrics have him as an above avg gm -
I have to say this post was Fantastic. FANTASTIC. Fair and balanced in some ways like heâs good at mid draft and bad at top. damning for sure. Great writeup

Any MD's on this part of the board?

The command, âDo not cast your pearls before swine,â is not about withholding truth out of arrogance or pride. Rather, it is a call for spiritual discernment. Pearls represent sacred, divine truths. Swine and dogs symbolize those who are violently or irreverently opposed to those truths. Sharing spiritual treasures with people who are intent on mocking or destroying them is not only unproductiveâit may lead to harm. Jesus wants His followers to be wise. We are not to judge others hypocritically, but we are also not to foolishly give what is sacred to those who are determined to reject it. https://bibleask.org/meaning-of-do-not-cast-your-pearls-before-swine/ -

Wow, when you lose Reddit, you know it's over. /s -
How much PR for bad GM items? How much PR for great GM moves? ratio is not good!!

From Reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/buffalobills/s/DJLKtIc5xe âballer beane does it again. Dude has made a career of making depth moves while neglecting top end talent, then having the depth moves not work out either. His entire reputation is based off of drafting Allen, the Diggs trade (and even that is "lol" cuz the Vikings used that pick to draft Jefferson), and his one real talent - which is finding players like shakir/benford/Milano late in the draft. When it comes to drafting well with premium picks, free agency, or in-season moves, though? Unmitigated disaster 9/10 times. He got lucky with Allen, and has kept his job through the goodwill from that and managing to cover up his many, many whiffs with the few diamonds in the rough.... but what do the Bills have to show for all of it at the end of the day? Nothing. Edit: To the downvotes. How'd Von Miller go? How's Coleman going? How's boogie basham doing? Where's Elam right now? How's the Palmer signing going? How're the Samuel, Moore, Hardman signings going? How's the Bernard contract looking rn? How does extending Groot feel right now? How about Daquan Jones (he's still on the team, btw - I know, I know, you forgot he even existed). What's your opinion of Knox's contract, especially when I tell you Beane restructured it this way on purpose? I could keep going....â

I wouldn't go that far but it's been underwhelming. I do think this draft class has potential He can be put on the did not report list pretty much right away I think. I'm not certain on that -

3-4? From McD? From a defense that has little to no experience with the 3-4? Personally, I don't think so. @oldmanfan, I think you're more creative (i.e. "crazy") than McD. I mostly expect the typical nickel though with more blitzing than usual. -
This changes everything. Browns readying Deshaun Watson's return.

LOL. What can the Browns do? He has an $80M cap hit next year with a $131M dead cap hit. He is in Cleveland next year. I'm loving every minute of it.
