Game week thread - Saints at Bills
EmotionallyUnstable replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree I think his snaps have been positive. Walker has been playing the other 1T and despite many people belief he is a more natural 3T, the Bills don’t seem to see it this way. I’d prefer they elevate Phillips this week, and keep Logue’s 1 elevation for later. With O Gun set to return I just don’t see how you could add to the active roster at this point. If Big Phil is elevated, I think you’d see DQ return to his usual 1T role. -

-It has been reported that a week before the assassination, Kirk had a high level meeting in the Bahamas with Jewish and Israeli leaders and intelligence. The meeting was intense because, recently, Kirk had come out against the invasion in Gaza. He refused to change his stance, and, perhaps that was his last opportunity to back down. -Kirk’s security detail was Israeli intelligence funded by a Jewish company. -Right before Kirk is killed, we see an agent about 20 feet to Kirk’s right, touch the brim of his white cap. The agent next to him then looks over at the agent touching his cap, and then gestures with hand signals. -Another thing most people didn’t initially see, was standing about 30 feet in front of Kirk, at the base of the crowd, was another agent, who then touches something on his left sleeve, and instantly Kirk is dead. -At the location of his magnetic mic, we see Kirk’s shirt immediately blow forward. The cross necklace he was wearing (and is located near the magnetic mic) is then broken, and flings back over his right ear. - The supposed explosion then launches the mic to Kirk’s left neck area, causing the bulge we’ve all seen in the videos. This would also explain why there is no exit would from a supposed 30.06 bullet, that should have blown a chunk of his neck off, according to ballistic experts. -Instead, the hole in Kirk’s neck could have been due to fragments of the mic that were turned into a high speed projectile from the explosion. -This would also explain the reports of doctors pulling the projectile from underneath the skin of the neck, when that should not have been the case, had it been a 30.06 round. -Now, I’m not saying that this is conclusive. But, as far as conspiracy theories go, this one seems to be the one that is most plausible. -Also, I’m reminded of how Israeli intelligence rigged hundreds of pagers , in the Middle East, to simultaneously detonate several years ago. Prediction: Tyler Robinson will be killed in prison, before the trial. He is the only one that can dispute the official government narrative, now that his lover has now gone mysteriously missing. The government will not want his testimony to get out, and it will be deemed a suicide, just like Epstein. After watching the videos, I would love to hear what you think. 👍

Not a power back anymore, not particularly elusive or creative. Remind me of his strengths. I recall thinking he ran with a lot of heart and, yes, power. Are we sure that's gone? He hasn't had many carries this year.

I hear you. Per original commentary/ post. I’m wondering if the bills wil make Zion a regular roster member as the primary backup 1T to DQ.?

Zion has taken DQ Jones 1T snaps since Ed has been injured. Sanders has been pretty exclusively taking 3T snaps. -
https://www.espn.com/nfl/team/depth/_/name/buf what role do you think he plays? Pff has Zion 20 points better than sanders to the broader point. What are the bills going to do with the next 3 weeks and return of suspended players and Ed either this DL? Very interesting. I can see a reality where tj sanders and Landon Jackson are inactive most of the time

Cook kind of reminds me more of Leveon Bell in his prime. Bell was a bit bigger and Cook is a bit faster, but, the way Cook is patient finding the holes, follows and works with his blockers, and then the explosiveness when hitting the hole all kind of remind me of Bell. Last two years: Kamara: 2,653 yards from scrimmage and 14 TDs; 4.05 yds/C, 7.1 yds/rec (27 games total) Cook: 2,834 yards from scrimmage and 24 TDs; 4.80 yds/C, 9.1 yds/rec (33 games total) Should be a good match-up (of the RBs), though obviously Cook has the way better overall team. Kamara has averaged 1,442 yards from scrimmage per season over the last 8 years, with 10.4 TDs per year. Just FYI. (He missed 17 games during that span---8 years). I know it probably won't happen because we have run the ball a ton these first 3 games and I'm sure there will be games where we end up passing much more or the backup RBs get more touches than they have, and I know it is only 3 games, but currently Cook is on pace for 2,000 yards from scrimmage and 22 TDs this year (on pace for 1,609 rushing yards and 402 receiving yards). Like I said, he probably won't reach that, but I was a bit surprised that he was on pace for 1,600 rushing yards and 22 total TDs currently. Last year, that would have put him third in rushing (behind only Barkley and Henry) and first in TDs. Glad we paid the man his money.

For the past years we've put plenty of great plays on tape early Now we're actually getting Josh into a rhythm of three step and five step passing game... Reading the field and executing That's going to be tougher to defend in January when we have a rhythm passing game.. then when they open up the Play action by another 5% or 8% it's going to pay dividends We have other things the offense has to work on, during these early regular season games then the play action game where Josh is already very very good We don't need to show our full hand... Our offense is humming we really don't need to show any of our best play action plays yet From 9% to 15% when the games are on the line is probably what you can expect

Jackson Hawes podcast interview with Eric Wood.
WideNine replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I knew Hawes could catch the ball, but had him pegged as more the blocking TE who would be a plodding outlet option. I was fine with that and the kid just helping us move the chains occasionally. So of course Brady has the kid running the seam route and Allen rips one to him...good for him. Love it when our players prove me wrong and outperform expectations and now teams have to account for a strong blocker that can also get down field when needed. -

They don’t really play the same role, so I am not sure that comparison really matters -
It looks like we need to be prepared for a lot on no huddle against the Saints. Get ready! They are the 2nd highest at 29.4% no huddle, so it will be a different pace. (Washington is a whopping 60%!) .

We almost NEVER run play action. It’s infuriating. Half of my game day thread posts are me begging Brady to run play—,5&9’.
