I keep seeing people posting about how they think there's some turmoil between Beane and McDermott in a lot of posts on here lately. I also know that maybe a few weeks ago or so there was a podcast that brought up the subject and they had bullet points about things being said in press conferences etc. that give off that impression. Personally speaking I haven't really seen anything that would lead me to believe this but I also don't really pay too much attention to things either of them say in the media. Just wondering if anybody has any inside knowledge or thoughts/opinions if there's any truth to this. If anybody has a link to the podcast that was speculating about it that would be appreciated as well as I would like to start doing a little digging and research into this as I'm starting to hear more and more people make these claims

Seasons not even over and people already saying McD cant win a superbowl. Why even watch? Just play madden, simulate the seasons until the Bills win.

Yes It should be between Josh and Stafford, with Maye next in line. Josh is having another great year, willing the team to wins time and time again. Just like one would expect from an MVP. Four games left, almost a quarter of the season, and all will likely be meaningful, and for all three quarterbacks. Here's to hoping that Josh Allen makes it almost impossible to vote for anyone else.

We really did need that Phillips/Epenesa 2nd interception of Burrow, it felt like a bonus at the time but hindsight shows how critical it was to the eventual win.

There's a difference from being disappointed, which is natural - I'm disappointed, too - and concluding the roster is a disaster or that the coach and/or GM are doing a bad job. Stuff happens, and stuff happened to the Bills, so sure, we're disappointed. McDermott is 6th among active coaches in wins, and he's fourth in winning percentage. Are the Packers firing Matt LaFleur because he hasn't won a Super Bowl? Might someone else at GM or head coach have won a Super Bowl by now? Sure, someone. Since McDermott was hired, there probably have been 50 head coach hires. None has a better winning percentage and only three - Sirianni, Zac Taylor, and Dan Quinn - have better playoff winning percentages. Disappointed? Yes, but the reality is that the Bills hired one of the very best head coaches available in the past ten years, and one of the best GMs. There's a lot of good discussion to be had about what could or should be done differently, but someone needs to respond to the people on here making up stuff, such as the roster is a disaster. I know you didn't say that, but you got me going!

He’s worth what they paid him, yes. The Bills were not the ones to handle that awkwardly, but it’s all water under the bridge now. Let’s finish strong and feel like we got an even better deal! I think we can all agree that Groot is not a player who can take over a game, but he's not the bust that some think. He's a solid player. People like to compare him to Karlaftis, but the latter plays with a Jones that's a future HoFer that teams double and triple team. Daquan Jones is a solid player as well, but he's no Chris Jones. We caught a glimpse of what this D was supposed to look like against KC with Hoecht (also the Carolina game). Groot had his best game of the season because KC had to contend with Hoecht and Bosa. Oliver was injured at that point, but, man, that would have been a Super Bowl caliber pass rush.
