Great to see. If Bosa can go great. I would not rush him. Rather have him healthy and be a wildcard team than win the division and he doesn't play in the playoffs.

Man! I really hope Bosa and Brown can go this week. Let me start by saying that I'm not a doctor, but I read this somewhere a long time ago about muscle strains. Generally speaking, a minor hammy pull takes about 7-10 days to recover, and the more severe variety takes about 4 weeks. That's why we see most guys miss 1 game or 3-4 games, depending on the schedule. For Kincaid it was the more severe one, and he missed 3 games, gave him about 4 weeks to recover. That being said, hopefully Joey's is in the 7–10-day variety, although McDermott previously categorized him as week to week, which made me think he would be out 3-4 games. I'm hoping that him already being a limited participant, means it indeed was the minor of the 2. Fingers crossed.

That first game of the season against the Ravens, the consensus was that Peterman would get the start and Allen, being so raw, would sit out that season. The game was in Baltimore, and it was also played in heavy rain. Buffalo didn't even have a first down until the 3rd quarter. Alas, Peterman was so horrible in that first half that they threw Allen to the wolves in the second half. This was also the game that veteran CB Vontae Davis retired at halftime. LeSean McCoy had 7 rushes for 22 yards, 3 targets in the pass game for 1 reception for -1 yards. In that first half, Peterman went 5 of 18 for 24 yards, 2 INTs. 3 sacks and had a passer rating of 0.0. Allen went 6 of 15 for 74 yards and 3 sacks. Buffalo was so overmatched in that game, it wasn't funny. That first season for Allen, the O-line was crap, as were their WRs; their leading receiver was Zay Jones, along with WR Robert Foster, and WR Kelvin Benjamin. That 2018 season was funky in that the Bills started four different QBs. This was also Brian Daboll's first season as OC. QB Josh Allen went 5 of 6 in those games. Allen was injured in week 6 against Houston. QB Derek Anderson went 0-for-2. QB Nathan Peterman went 0 for 2. QB Matt Barkley went 1 and 0. Buffalo finished 6-10. Just sayin.

Josh is having a much better year than Mahomes. We literally have next to nothing at WR on the roster (Shakir is Ok, but they have dumbed him down by at least 3 notches with the routes they have him running) and he is still making plays and finding people open all over the field. And when they are not, he is running as well as he ever has. There is no QB teams want to face less on their pure talent in the NFL than Josh Allen. Sure Stafford and Maye are having great years. But my god, look at the receivers they have to throw to.

I’m not exactly sure how this “roster is a disaster.” On offense: QB, RB, TE and OL are among the best in football both in quality and depth. How many teams could lose 2 high quality tackles and still win? WR is an issue, but Shakir is solid in the slot and most of the rest of the group will be gone after this season leaving Beane an opportunity to finally draft some pieces. On Defense: There are more holes to plug but it’s hardly terrible especially with McD calling the D. The DBs are either good now or developed into good players with Benford, Bishop, Hairston and Hancock as a good core group. Biggest question is former all-pro Taron Johnson. LBs are solid this season with Bernard, Thompson, a healthy Milano who has been much better of late and depth in Williams. The here is how much Milano and Thompson have left and how much it will cost to bring them back. The D line is the biggest question due to injury (Hoecht and Oliver), age (Jones, Phillips, and Bosa). Walker is going to be a star and Sanders is looking better now that he’s healthy. This roster isn’t perfect obviously but it’s clearly playoff quality and it’s certainly not a disaster. Beane has some work to do this off-season, but the sky isn’t falling. In not sure how many teams could overcome the injuries the Bills have had along both the lines and still be competing for the division title.

All the inside consultants understand that if the midterms were to be held now, the Democrats would regain control over the House. I don't know why our political parties are so stupid. Trump got 49.81 percent of the popular vote a year ago against the weakest Democratic ticket ever. And then they acted like they had some kind of resounding mandate. And Biden won in 2020 by acting like a normal centrist and then proceeded to govern like an old school tax-and-spend wokist. It's not too late, but I don't see the Republicans changing tack until they take a whuppin next November.
