I get what you're saying, but the point is that right or wrong, Presidents have enjoyed very liberal interpretations of what constitutes use of military action. Both sides. Very disappointed that Tim Kaine went on this vector and I don't think his logic is close to what is being considered or likely. I used to kind of like the guy, but he has become a speed bump.

The first game the Bills play against this punk A** Biotch McD needs to find a video of him saying those things about the Bills and give them even more motivation to go out and just thump their A**es into the field . This guy is physical with his wife and because he has no respect for her or others and these types of people need to be taught respect the only baddies thing is they never seem to get it . It wouldn't surprise me if after he retires he goes down the same path as AB because his career has already started down that path the closer he gets to the end of it ... -

I guess we should run Reggie Gilliam 40 times when we have the ball on offense as well to give the Fish a chance. -
I don't disagree with you at all. Just pointing out that certain stats tend to favor current players and can be misleading. Not taking anything away from Josh. I think if he retired tomorrow, he'd still have an excellent chance of getting into the hall. If he continues to play at current level for several more years, then it's not even a debate (SB(s) or not).

Dude, if you watch Cam Newton talk for 15 seconds and don't immediately come to the conclusion that he is an awful human being, your ability to read people is irreparably broken. He sucks in every way imaginable.

You are almost always going to overpay for the anticipated decline years in order to afford the anticipated 2-3 productive years. At this point with the Bills, you gotta do it.

Update: As I wrap up my third month in the Deputy position in your FBI, I want to update you on some of the actions the Director and I have taken to reform the FBI, while keeping the heat on violent criminals, terrorists, and foreign threat actors. Some of these action items you may have read about, some you may have not. -Operation “Restoring Justice” apprehended 205 child sex predators and 764 purveyors, while rescuing 115 children. Operation “Soteria Shield” resulted in the apprehension of 244 child predators, and 109 children were rescued. This is just the beginning. If you’re preying on children, we are coming for you. -We warned those violently acting out in the recent riots that we would not tolerate it, and we would not forget. Over 700 arrests have been made in coordination with our federal and state partners. Many of those arrests are members of organized groups, and we are pouring through data in pursuit of more bad actors. We are not done. We are in the process of identifying and moving in on those who threw rocks at law enforcement officers and damaged property. I told you we would not forget. I wasn’t kidding. Stay tuned for more. -We are making progress on a number of high profile cases - including the COVID coverup, the Dobbs leak, the pipe bomb investigation and more. More updates coming. -We located and apprehended three of the FBI’s top ten “most wanted” and hope to have more updates very soon. -In conjunction with our federal partners, we apprehended, imprisoned, and deported thousands of illegal aliens. Many of these illegal immigrants had extremely violent criminal histories. We told you that the rioting was not going to slow us down. It has not. We are fully engaged. -We made numerous personnel changes to the leadership of the FBI, and we reorganized the structure of the FBI to ensure the mistakes of the past are corrected, penalized, and not repeated. -We are closing the FBI headquarters building and moving to an alternate location which will save the taxpayers billions of dollars. We are also moving people out of headquarters assignments and back into operational law enforcement and counter-terror roles. -We arrested multiple foreign intelligence targets engaged in illegal activities which presented a danger to the Homeland. Many of these critical cases were covered by the media. Some will not be made public. -We are in the process of rolling releases on items of public interest as we add resources to our transparency reform efforts. We completed the JFK files, the RFK files, the China 2020 election IR, and we are rolling out much more on January 6th, Crossfire Hurricane and more. -We are rolling out a nationwide summer violent crime crackdown as the murder rate plummets to an all time low. We will not let up. -We are making changes to the hiring process, and the physical fitness requirements. We are eliminating DEI and getting the FBI back to its roots - chasing criminals and terrorists. -We are remaining hyper-vigilant in protecting the Homeland given the current global climate, while we deal with investigations related to the rioting, the Washington DC murders, the Palm Springs bombing, the Boulder attack, the Minnesota murders, and our daily case work. -There’s a lot more work to be done. A lot. Stay tuned on disclosures, and the public corruption fronts. For those who have been patient with us, thank you. For those who are out of patience, thank you too. Believe me, we understand. God bless America, and all those who defend Her. 🇺🇸

I don’t think I’ll ever forget that performance. He looked like he didn’t care or that he’d prepared or studied a playbook. Really embarrassed for him and completely unprofessional.

Or see Afghanistan and Iraq. These were studied/contemplated/debated uses of U.S. military force against the ruling forces of sovereign nations. Say what you will about the results of the debate, but there were debates in Congress and an AUMF. I see no reason why - with the "two week pause" - that debate isn't happening now in Congress. This is not a situation involving an immediate defensive action against an attack on the United States or United States interests abroad, nor is it a military action compelled by Senate-ratified treaty obligations. The constitution is the constitution regardless of which party is in charge. Those were the Cold Warrior conservatives. The roles are reversed now. The post-neocon conservatives are supposed to be about appropriate debate and authorization before we get involved in foreign wars.

Not sure if this has been posted on this long thread, but great news for Cook supporters and Bills' fans last week from the mouth of Josh Allen. In response to a question on Cook's contract he said, "He's one of the best backs in the league and hopefully that gets reflected soon." When I heard him say that last week it renewed my confidence that this nonsense is settled well before the season begins. When the best player on the team, and in the league, says that in public it is inevitable and "soon". Before training camp? Josh is smart, and he knows it was Kelly and Thomas leading the way, and Aikman and Smith, and Montana and Craig, and Bradshaw and Harris etcetera. And that the success of one fed the success of the other. And that inserting just a good back would have meant different outcomes.

This is real , my brother brought it up , he was at Fanatics fest What a clown , I don't really have much else to say, hopefully someone lights him up in our first game, I'd gladly them take the 15 yards And if anything, that's a smart strategy

I watched it when it was released and I couldn’t disagree more about newton being a fun listen. I found him painful to listen too. I’ve always been a fan of him, but he’s trying too hard

Are Fan Expectations Too High for Keon Coleman?
FireChans replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t know about that, but it would depend on your definition of “impressive rookie numbers” I would harbor to argue that WRs who put up 900-1k yards as rookies are almost never busts, whereas the bust rate for average to not bad yardage totals as a rookie is almost certainly higher. ESPECIALLY in recent years. Going back to 2013, the list of rookies who put up 900+ yards: Keenan Allen OBJ Mike Evans Sammy Watkins Kelvin Benjamin Amari Cooper Michael Thomas JuJu DK Terry McLaurin JJ Tee Higgins CeeDee Lamb Chase Waddle Smith ARSB Wilson Olave Puka Rice Addison BTJ Ladd Nabers That list is about as nearly “bust” free as you can imagine. The point I was generating was that Keon Coleman having “okay” numbers as a rookie by itself doesn’t mean much. I personally thought he played much better in the first half of the year than I expected and his whole season went off the rails. Whether that’s tape or rookie wall or injury or all 3 is anyone’s guess. What I do know is if Keon dropped a 900 yard rookie season, I would be arguing he has incredible chances to be a future NFL star. As it stands, a 500 yard rookie year gives him close to 50-50 odds historically, which is basically what his draft status guaranteed in the first place, which boils down to “he didn’t change my mind on him.” -
