Problem is its easier for the O line to blow up the guys next to him or on the other side. I still feel a true 1 tech in the middle eating space is more valueable we care to find. If you can jam the middle rushing the ends is much easier task because there is less routes to get away.

NCB may be a Day 2 pick. Fill in via the Draft and smaller signings everywhere else. New OC and a WR1 fix the biggest weaknesses in this Offense. OL may require a changing of the guard but these guys coming up have been with Kromer for 2-3 years now. Defense probably doesn’t get fixed entirely, but with Oliver & Hoecht back, plus a Bosa return or other DE signing, the DL has potential to be good. Walker/Sanders year 2. Jackson, Solomon, Carter are bodies but we have to hope they become serviceable depth.

The Bengals/Bills Week 14 game which was originally on FOX's 4:25 PM America's Game of the Week spot has been moved to 1:00 PM (still on FOX). Bears-Packers which was originally scheduled for 1:00 PM has been moved to the 4:25 spot. Kevin Burkhardt/Tom Brady/Erin Andrews/Tom Rinaldi will be on the call for the pivotal NFC North game with a lot on the line. It is unknown who will be on the call for the Bengals/Bills game though.

It baffles me that people like you never think of the fact that we have the greatest qb to ever play for the Bills when you say things like this. Any of the drought coaches would have won with Josh Allen, heck, one of them may could have won a SB with him. There is a reason that McDermott was recently ranked 15th as coach, even with all the wins you mentioned. He is average...at BEST. Any decent coach and GM would have at least 1 SB with Josh Allen by now

Beane looks at players in a vacuum. If we sign this player now, it has to be cheaper than if we sign them when his contract is up. But he never factors in how common it is for a player to regress when they get paid or how much extra juice you tend to get in a contract year. I wish he would just let most of these guys play out the deals, get the additional information, and then make a decision.

We are all a bit upset, hurt and confused with our team. AFC East champs is quite a long shot now. We are 3-4 on our last 7. The playoffs are not guaranteed if we keep playing inconsistent and going win-loss-win-loss So public poll, do we make the playoffs or end up on the outside looking in

Yes, on the lack of self-scouting. To do that properly the D has to point out the O's issues and vice versa. I'm wondering if all this "we're a family" stuff is stopping that by not wanting to "point fingers". If they can't do that right now, they risk losing Josh and the players this season. I swear to God, my 93-year-old mother is bitching about the playcalling. She said this morning, "why do they keep doing the same things that don't work". LOL, THAT is a problem.

Yes that reality is starting to hit. There are 3 or 4 teams in AFC (not the chiefs ro ravens) who appear to have passed us. And we are going to start the offseason approx 30 million over the cap, 2 years after what I thought was a cap/roster reset.

At least we're not part of the "in the hunt" graphic yet. That would really give me some PTSD right now.

the hopeful harry in my says we win out, but that guy doesn't get listened to very much. so, 3 on the road and 3 at home. off the bat that puts my expectations at 3-3, so 10 wins and with tie breakers vs balti/kc might sneak us in. we have a mini bye for the first game at pittz. mcd never loses games after the bye, so i take the win there. bengals always seem to have our number, but that's a home game and they kinda suck, philly is a bit of a monster, but at least is at home, clevland is on the road but they suck badly, and at new england is legit the biggest game of our reg season. so considering all that, i expect 4-2 because of the mini bye going into pittz at about a 60% likelihood, 10% we win out, 10% we go 2-4 or worse and miss the post season, 10% 3-3, 10% 5-1 (which i figure is equally likely us not caring about the last game, us dropping to cinci or philly at home, or us winning all the games but NE which would create the most insane playoff scenario possible). if i weight out these probabilities (and floor the wins in the 2-4 scenario at 2) that adds back up to 4 expected wins. so 11-6 and having to win 3 (4 if you count the superbowl) road games in a row to a championship. 12-5 with i guess a home wild card game to start and then at new england after a bye to try to beat the team in our division who swept us is the most insane and thus certain outcome. i'd expect us to have an electric game vs them and somehow lose at the end on a desperation play that is almost made but falls short.

If im Josh i walk into Pegulas office and tell him this crap dies t work for me. Time for a real team. If there are no changes I will sit on my ass and not play. I’m not getting hurt for these marshmallow soft dbags anymore. There needs to be change. Now like Stevie said. It’s time for Josh to be an #######.

We will win out until the Eagles game, which is 50/50 and the Jets game is a bit unknown based on what we need at that time. But we will win the next 4 and everybody will forget we are still a very flawed team. We will get back to Super Bowl expectations and you know what happens next. The thing about this regime is they produce very predictable outcomes.

You want Batman with the 30th pick in the draft or later? Then you've got to be willing go to dark places that McBeane do not want to go. The Chiefs found guys like Tyreek and Chris Jones because they were willing to take character risks. Rousseau was anything but that. His floor was high and that's all they've been able to get because they haven't been able to put enough other talent on the DL.

Only if Kincaid and Samuel are back, in my opinion.
