I saw him and Ian Hunter at the Agora Ballroom in the early 80's... got lucky as they were running out of room, put some tables 12' from the stage... and they escorted me and some chick I had met the same day up there... mindblowing. If you get the chance check him out while you still can. https://www.toddrundgrentour.com/ April 15 at the Keswick Theatre in Glenside, PA ‘The Burt Bacharach Songbook Live In Concert Tour’ show April 22 at the Duke Energy Center for the Arts in Saint Petersburg, FL ‘The Burt Bacharach Songbook Live In Concert Tour’ show June 21 at the Historic Park Theatre and Event Center in Cranston, RI June 22 at Cary Hall in Lexington, MA June 25 at Memorial Hall in Plymouth, MA June 29 at The Egg in Albany, NY July 2 at the Count Basie Center in Red Bank, NJ July 3 at the Artpark Theater in Niagara Falls, NY July 5 at the Bearsville Theatre in Woodstock, NY July 6 at the Bearsville Theatre in Woodstock, NY July 8 at the Andrew J. 3. I heard Diggs brought the pink dust
  4. One celebrity sighting. Larry David. https://www.tmz.com/2025/05/31/hailee-steinfeld-josh-allen-married-wedding-california/
  5. “Are there no prisons, are there no workhouses?”
  6. Not all. Fans are always going to cheerlead re-signings regardless of money, term, structure etc. Those threads are just echo chambers. Re-reading that thread is absolutely hilarious though.
  7. Hindsight fantasy scenario (which I’ve been guilty of thinking about many times too) if anyone realized how awesome Jefferson would be, he would have never lasted until pick 20 or whatever he was picked at at the time, this (the trade for diggs) seemed to be the right move
  8. They had frenetic energy live. They were a guitar rock band in the beginning. They morphed into a techno band in the 80s.
  9. First a hallmark movie and now this. We're getting soft. Someone get me some mud, tools, a dog, and a truck.
  10. Never been to one so I don’t think I get a vote

    2025 Concerts

This is the show you saw? Not bad at all... what could be expected this many years in really. They had their place back then like the B'52s or Dee-lite...
  12. Saw this and thought “ the richest man in the world is a miserable junkie”. Reminds me of seeing the Eastman mansion in Rochester as a kid. My dad told me he committed suicide and I just couldn’t understand why.
  13. Correct. It’s stupid to expect the wealthiest nation in the world to have a trade surplus unless we all return to work in factories and farms. Aside from food, medical and national defense related products, it doesn’t matter much where products from. Diversifying production away from China makes sense and has been happening. I personally try to buy American when I can. We bought a USA made hammer staple gun today. Last time I looked to buy a pair of USA made work boots they were priced at over $300. I’ll pass at that price. For alot of products, USA production will never be possible, or cost competitive with import stuff and imports are often better quality. I think a lot of people mistakenly equate trade deficit with national deficit. Trump intentionally confuses people about this with his lies claiming other countries are paying the tariffs and making us rich.
  14. Unless he stole it from McDermott
  15. Oh yeah. He's going to be "reminded" of that constantly.
  16. I agree, Mister Defense! MJS, well said, bro. Couldn't have said it better myself. Go Bills!
  17. The above doesn’t strengthen your argument IMO. Pittman’s best days appear behind him and Higgins without Chase is an interesting thought exercise. I agree with those who believe that the trade for Diggs was a good one. Could it have worked out better? Sure. Did it work well for awhile? Absolutely. Was it a hopeful risk that Diggs would parlay his second chance into becoming a better person? Of course. Did it work out that way? No. Did Beane do good damage control by getting a 2nd? Yes, very much so. How damaging was the cap hit? Not very based on last year’s results and the current state of the team.
  18. Gaaaala. (Short a)
  19. She was also the original Cagney on the "pilot" of Cagney and Lacey. It was originally a made for TV movie and when it was picked up as a series, they had to recast the character with Sharon Gless.
  20. @T&C Here's a clip from that Boston show.
  21. I asked Hailee to be my "Plus 1"...but she had some other plans!
  22. Wacka

    2025 Concerts

Saw Alice Cooper on the Welcome to My Nightmare Tour at the NF Convention Center (now the Seneca Niagara Casino).
  23. I've seen them many times over the years, starting in 1979. It was a little sad seeing them old and slowing down. I was glad I saw them on their "farewell tour" but it was nothing like it used to be.
