  1. Past hour
  2. Fwiw.. while I do believe in freedom of speech and credit Democrats crackdown on speech during Covid as a huge turning point to pushing me right.. I also would call for the firing of anyone if a Hasan Piker was killed and a conservative teacher, nurse etc was cheering it.
  3. @Jauronimo just wanted to get a 10 foot jumper in worth 2 small political points on the scoreboard. Now he replies with "scoreboard, b*tches!"
  4. Heard he stubbed his toe on his huge balls
  5. you really don't believe he'd blow off medical advice? I'm sure Biden was advised to not run again once he clearly manifested Parkinson's. You seem particularly sensitive today. Must be from assassinations in the streets. But nobody made a deal of the Minn D, her husband and dog being killed in their home. No half mast flags. No republicans expressing sympathy. Nancy Pelosi's husband had his skull caved in and there wasn't much outrage from the right. Actually, I believe I saw some disparaging remarks about him right here. To be fair, I'm shaken by the recent political violence. We can discuss causes but neither side is blameless. Certainly not maga. So,, the care of a TIA pt depends on a nurse being able to recognize afib on a monitor. Did you work ICU, CCU, telemetry?
  6. Are you advocating for freedom from consequences? Has that ever been a thing? It’s less about people’s political affiliation in this case and more about their inability to conduct themselves as decent humans. Why would any business want to be associated with it?
  7. Esmeralda is an over dramatic woman who trying to get her boss fired. Think Jan with mix of Dwight and Michael. She's portrayed by the woman who played the hotel manager in the 2nd season of White Lotus. She is a tad annoying but I don't hate her yet as I'm only 4 episodes in. Many of the characters feel like a mix of characters from the Office and of course seem to going down same slippery slope we saw them take. The humor is really dry but got better as know the characters better.
  8. I am simply observing that once staunch critics of so called "cancel culture" are now celebrating the latest examples. My thoughts on yesterday's tragic murder have already been shared. I've been very consistent on the issue. Have you?
  9. What happened to “freedom of speech isn’t freedom from consequences”? Your own medicine not tasting good? Here this might help.
  10. They typically bat 1000 on topics like this. Never underestimate the power of autism.
  11. One of the funniest things I remember from starting high school…. We had those icebreakers where you say what your favorite movie was. This one guy Shawn straight up mentioned this one which still makes me laugh today. Yeah she and Pam were the it blonde girls for kids of the 90s
  12. I really hope that people have consistent views on whether or not individuals should be "canceled" for exercising their right of free speech, no matter their political affiliation.
  13. Are you mad that you can't openly cheer for more neck shots?
  14. I cheered the scoring and Henry's fumble, but I didn't think the Bills had a realistic chance of winning until Harbaugh decided to punt near the end of the game. Before the Ravens last drive, I would have given us about a 1% chance of winning. A few plays later, when the Ravens punted, I would have given us a 70% chance or more. Stopping Allen from moving us into FG position? That was a big ask for the Ravens D. Maybe I'm a masochist because I never turn off Bills games early, no matter how ugly. And while I've only attended 4 of 5 games in person, I've never left those early either.
  15. https://www.cnn.com/2022/01/04/politics/harry-reid-legacy-filibuster I guess.
  16. In this case it seems fair. What business would want to be associated with sociopaths of this sort? Those on the side of cheering a murder on social media for the world to see probably have a different opinion.
  17. Senate GOP does away with the filibuster when it inconveniences them. Senate Republicans invoke ‘nuclear option’ to change rules to confirm Trump nominees Feels like there may be a lesson in there somewhere…
  18. Cuisine is a reflection of immigrants, you may correct me if I’m wrong, but back then the main ancestry groups were Italian, Irish Polish, German, African, with a smattering of other. Not a great deal of Asians or Mexican. How many Cuban restaurants are there in Northern California?
  19. Agree. I don't know if Harbaugh lost confidence in his offense or if he had too much confidence in his defense. Maybe his choice to punt was just a knee-jerk reaction. The Ravens, ie, Henry, were running at will over the Bills defense. Lamar escaped the Bills pass rush at least twice for big yardage plus some other shorter runs. It was highly unlikely that the Bills defense could have stopped Henry or even Lamar from getting three yards. OTOH, the Ravens D was struggling and needed help from a bad spot to stop Allen. Moreover, even if the Ravens failed to make the first down, they could have run the clock down to less than a minute with no time outs. Giving Allen -- and most top NFL QBs -- more than a minute to take their team down the field for a potential game winning kick is asking to lose because you're counting on the kicker to miss. It happens regularly when good teams face this situation. As it was, even without time outs, the Bills moved downfield so fast that they had time to kneel twice before kicking the game winner.
  20. your right... they may have the same record on paper but that really doesn't mean much till you play and KC would DESTROY them
  21. I believe it just compresses everything to give stability.
  22. It's our own collective fault actually. perhaps our Fathers Fathers fault but. The Curse is real. Hence Doomed LOL Go Bills
  23. So..that’s just what they’ll do
