I'm right there with you. I think he's a lunkhead, but he's a solid coach. He was totally done wrong by his GM's player personnel moves (example: trading AJ Brown to Philly, who helped carry them to the SB)

I do think the Bills have the best followed by the Seahawks, although none of them really do it for me.

Game (two week) thread - Ravens at Bills SNF
Rocky Landing replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
For what it's worth, Bills are slightly favored in Vegas, by average -1.5 points. (=doomed) -
I am up for bringing him in - Safety is the lone unsettled spot on this roster.

What makes you think/say other nations do not have the same participation in non government foreign aid? Reading this forum I would asume the complete opposite. America first etc. The numbers are what they are. Other nations donate way more per capita. However I know Maga are completely immune to statistics and numbers. If they don't fit the script they are fake news, so I do not expect you to believe in any official numbers.

It seems like we could have desire for a large safety/small linebacker because they have tried recently with Cine and Ciarlo. Don't know if it makes sense at this time as part of the 53 and I doubt he would want to sit on the PS.

He seems to be regarded as a Strong Safety, meaning better playing in the box and against the run

Ok. Fair warning I have a great trial lawyer.

Agree - And yeah in a perfect world preseason tickets would be cheap or free. But I know a lot of people at different places involved with NFL production and what a lot of people don't consider is that it isn't any cheaper for the NFL or teams to play a preseason game than it is a regular season game. In fact, its more expensive as the revenue on the games are lower while their costs are the same as they don't get the same ad rev rates, same amount of ticket sales, etc. Its a prime reason why the NFL wanted to shorten the preseason by a game and lengthen the regular season. All the same expenses exist - team travel, stadium expenses, TV production, editing, in game analysts and commentary, etc etc while the revenue is less. And one of the ways to boost the revenue is to manufacture ticket sales though forced purchase when buying season tickets. If they didn't then by all accounts, the preseason games would be even more expensive as they would not likely replicate that ticket revenue through organic ticket sales. If it were up to the NFL they would cut preseason even more and add another regular season game (something that has already been considered and still may be coming). But most teams and coaches are against that as they need these games to build rosters.

I do think Vrabel very much knows what he is doing and how he wants to build that team out, even though I can’t stand him. Was pissed he ended up in NE. I think he will right the ship there unfortunately.

Why does MAGA protect pedos?

That would be true now, yes. Earlier in the week when I wrote it...no.

I was never the biggest fan of his game. He was like a Jamal Adams lite. I think he has value used correctly but I’m not banging on the table for him. I’m not sure his skillset is what we are missing. imo, the Bills need the FS they can trust in the center of the field.

I like that we're talking about slow starts but not remembering that Lamar Jackson also did not play this preseason, and that the Ravens started 0-2 last year after a week 1 loss on primetime against the team that bounced them from the playoffs and a very bad loss against the hapless Raiders in week 2.

I'd go with Gunner because I'm worthless when it comes to players on other teams. PFF is the only reference I have.

Yes, it's the title of the thread topic. Take your tds to the 1500 posts you start and just talk to yourself. -

Unknown but mostly no. Here's how it breaks down: The Pats have $4.5M of amortized signing bonus on the books for Peppers ($4.5M at $1.5M per year). That stays with the Pats, no matter what. But according to Spotrac (and not included in that $4.5M) the Pats owe him $2.5M in guaranteed 2025 salary. If Spotrac is correct, then in theory another team signing could provide the Patriots with a minimum of $1.255M salary relief (vet minimum for 8 yr vet) up to $2.5M IF Peppers does not have language in his contract which allows him to double-dip. That's not a contract detail that usually trickles out to the fans.

I’m not advocating for KISS in the big picture (the Kennedy Center honors seems to be a big circle jerk tbh) but just based on sheer popularity they were hugely popular and relevant for a long time. Joni Mitchell was an important artist on some level, but she was 152 years old when honored. Meanwhile a brilliant artist like Enrico Pallazzo is passed over again and again. It’s just not right.

Parsons traded to Green Bay, given $188 million contract
RoscoeParrish replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
They extended him week 1 of 2023. He never came close to hitting FA. which is the larger point. Chris Jones was never available to get. If your point is “I’d rather have Chris Jones than Micah Parsons,” my counterpoint is that I’d rather have 26 year old Aaron Donald riding a unicorn than either of them. But the choice was never Chris Jones vs Micah Parsons, the choice was what we have now vs Micah Parsons. -
Oh hey another box safety who’s almost a linebacker
