They need to get Brown on the short term IR and see if maybe PRP could help heal the labrum enough for the playoffs. My non Doctor (but I could call myself somekind of a cool Dr name on social media) @$$ feels he should get surgery on the labrum the week after we finish the season. Get on that ASAP so he can rehab as fast as possible -
Please tell that the sarcasm wasnāt lost on you?

1. No Jim Kelly and the K Gun offense that pushed the ball down the field. 2. No Andre Reed. But Kudos on the positivity!!

Eager to hear from McDermott today. Hopefully we can get some clarify on the injury front, good or bad. Will Spencer Brown or Terrel Bernard go to IR? Will Kincaid get a practice in? Curtis Samuel? -
Yada yada yada.

I will be interesting to see if Josh's deep ball is accurate enough to take advantage of Cooks skillset. While he has one of the strongest arms in the league, it's not clear to me that he can throw the deep pass accurately. It's been hard to gauge when the WR group is partially to blame, but over his entire career the deep ball doesn't seem to be a strength (understanding that two deep safeties have focused on taking this away from him). Excited to see if Cooks can get separation...just imagine a defense that has to account for that and what James Cook can do with additional space. It's good to have multiple cooks in the kitchen!

From cussing out radio hosts for daring to question it to signing washed up WRs and hoping for a miracle. My how this season has unraveled

well the other thing is the QB for the saints is not Josh Allen so that could explain the 8.7 yards per catch... I know but dream big. Stranger things have happened and if you bring in enough of these guys one is bound to hit, so why not now.

Yes we donāt know the real story. I am disappointed that the vet guys didnāt chew his arsh 10xs a day. Iām getting the feeling that the culture is letās all be friends. I donāt see any of the players with the LT/Marino/Kelly/Gruden/Add name attitude

Good post for optimism and excellent writing too. Kudos! Better than Mecole Hardman 2.0. -
My new word for the dayā¦..and yes I snickered like kid reading it.

As a Joeās alum, half of me hates to see Frannies doing well while our football program has been declining steadily since Chad Kelly graduated. Good for them though, hope they can pull it out for WNY.

It just may have been the best day of my life, but I will not tell my daughter that The most emotional set of feelings I have ever had in my life. Not for one second did I let myself believe they had a chance, and then when they went up 2-0 with 17 minutes to go....I started to believe. Those were the longest 17 minutes of my life, and for my son to have that core memory for the rest of his life is all I thought about with each passing minute.

He probably can still run faster honestly lol

Who do we want, who do we need as our next OC/DC?

In fairness both the 2024 Bears and the 2022 Colts were "sinking ship seasons." Eberflus was a complete failure as a HC as was Frank Reich in Indy. As with Waldron and the Bears, the Indy team that Marcus Brady coached got significantly worse after he left. Reich fired Brady days before he got the axe himself and the 3-5-1 Colts went 1-8 the rest of the way. Track records are a funny thing... many of the hot names that get hired catch lightning in a bottle or were in the right place at the right time. I call it "built by association" (as opposed to guilt by association). If you're in the league long enough your gonna accumulate some blemishes... the shine comes off but that doesn't mean that the shiny, new objects are better. -
I have no real statistical basis for this, but I have always thought of Brandon Cooks as a poor manās Desean Jackson. He seems to me like the type of player that just king of plays his role when he is on a bad team, but elevates his game when the team is actually playing for something. I believe he will give us the best of what he has left, and hopefully that is enough to make a difference.

It's going to be Amari Cooper 2.0. Let's be realistic.
