For anyone wondering: I'm aware Mitch Biski is a FA over 30. I'm also aware no one cares lol -

i had a conversation about just this earlier today. systems like istop and online prescribing have made it incredibly hard to overprescribe or doctor shop at this at this point. even if prescribers miss something, the pharmacist almost always catch it on the way in. on top of that, reduce the number of opioids to just acute treatment, and there's a reduction in misuse. i remember people going hospital to hospital at night and telling them they had a tooth ache. they would typically get an antibiotic and walk out with a 6 pack of vicodin. those days are over. -
Save yourselves the angst. KC is gonna win at Arrowhead. I saw a clip of Andy Reid from yesterday and it's the most defiant I've ever heard from Reid. So I am thinking this is the week to be on the Chiefs if you're a betting person. They will be dialed in. Won't be easy, I hope they get beat up.

Trust your eyes not the stats. The Bills offense lacks creativity, explosive players, WR talent, a good offensive coordinator, and is too predictable. I don't care what the stats say. -
To actually answer OP's question: I'd be sad, honestly. I like McD as a human and think he's a rock solid B+ coach, who's been an A- before. I completely acknowledge that there isn't much left in the "what else he can try" bucket. Do not fire him until there is an A-level coaching candidate available, though. I will stand by that. I'll take Year 9 over Tomlin, McDaniels, or Daboll. The months/weeks in-between McD and his replacement will honestly be pretty terrifying, but I'm sure we will find ourselves supporting whoever gets hired regardless of who it is. Like Tomlin, McDaniels, or Daboll.

It is a loooong season, interested to see what the Bills have planned to beat the Pats now it is crunch time. Should be pretty familiar with Mc Daniel's offense.

There are some division matchups in the AFC that will have a bigger impact on the playoff picture. The Bengals at 4-8 are still a long shot even with Burrow. Now had CIN won a couple games recently like say, vs NE it would be a different story. -

Anti semites? Go home, you're drunk. 13 actually. -
It depends what the options are to replace Bosa and Thompson. Assuming realistic options, I voted clean sweep. If no options, then those are the only 2 I'd consider. Thought about the punter for a second... but he's basically living proof that you can sign Australian punters off of the street because they are apparently a dime a dozen.

I took Bosa and Shaq as well. But I think even that comes down to an "only if we get a good deal" dollar wise. If somebody wants to shell out big bucks for Bosa I let him walk. And Shaq has been a good player this season...but he is replaceable. Again, not trying up a lot in an older injury prone LBer. Prater is right there for me as well, but again, a money issue. Go cheaper and search for a good Kicker in the draft or FA if Bass isn't the answer. The rest? Fire em into the sun. -

Yea this is my take. I think he is very legit. But let's see once teams have a proper year of film to see what he can't do. My gut says he has more instincts than Stroud and more method than Jayden.... which is kind of the happy place between the two. But we are going to find out sooner than later. -

I'm not saying you are wrong...but I think a large part of this is on Beane and the roster construction. I think if we had a legit #1 outside WR and Kincaid back, while we would still be run heavy, we would likely be throwing more and getting some bigger chunk plays in the air. I almost think, this is who our O HAS to be at this point, good, bad, or otherwise, due to the roster. -
Who do we want, who do we need as our next HC and, or GM?

I must faithfully execute my responsibilities when asked... You're an idiot. Not sure why, it's not that idiotic. But I have responsibilities... -
I’d probably keep only one - Bosa. But if it’s two; then the only 2 with any value are Bosa and Shaq. That being said, I’d be ok with None too.

Id rather be a loser than a sucker. This story is incredibly carefully constructed. The video certainly is. No genuine concern. The whole things lame. If itd been done that night without the theatrics, it woulda been believable. Simple video "hey I had something real important taken, could've been an accident, im not sure. The important thing is this is worthless to them and irreplaceable to me. I sit in section 3××, half way up. If you have it and see this, please mail anonymously to Steelers mail room at ×××, pitt, pa.You might not even realize but id be heartbroken. If you leave a simple note picking a charity, ill gladly donate $20 to them and ill invite everyone else to do the same." Coulda been a feeling good story for all involved. Allowed someone to save face. Given them an easy out, to 'an accident' etc. BEEN INFINITELY MORE LIKELY TO BE RETURNED. But the story isn't true... no towel to return. No gofundme by a "stranger" to get her Superbowl tix + travel... no chance the Rooneys depart upon the commoners to give her some priceless framed memorabilia.... no influx of 1m followers to capitalize on with some snake oil tea, or purchases of a steelers bikini themed onlyfans lol There was no towel. Nobody maliciously stole a fictitious towel, that had a sewed on tag saying "Deceased Grannys Irreplaceable Heirloom" "Its easier to fool someone, than it is to convince someone they've been fooled" rings heavy here...

Very well stated. -
Agreed. This was a very easy insta-vote from me. Bosa has had an instant and sizable impact. For the right price, how could you not want him back?
-
I am a well known hater of players over 30. It is none for me. Bosa still has a chance to win me over but his effort is so inconsistent. Maybe he is saving himself for the post season. But he needs to bring it if he is.

Agree. The point I was getting at is his OC is making it easier for him by design. The variance you reference is just a difference in the 2 people/players mentality imo. I equate it to my industry. It is the difference between a studio guitar player and a live hired gun. The studio guy is buttoned up and makes way less mistakes...strives for perfection. The hired gun is a live action hot rod. He will make more mistakes but will give you those moments of magic in front of a crowd that gives you that dopamine hit like no other, which most studio guys cant do. One of the early pieces of advice I got is you are not pushing the envelope hard enough if you aren't making mistakes. The live action machine can overcome the mistakes and give you more most of the time...Yeah you are going to have a bad night or 2. But, the magic is worth it to me. You can win with both. It is just which style do you want more. -
This is why you guys are broke, always betting on the wrong team. There goes your living room furniture. Next week its the car.
