Bosa: what Von was supposed to be

Agreed. People are quick to point out how this was one of Beane's bad FA signings but Von getting hurt couldn't have been foreseen -
Yeah. He was being held, no flag. Glad he got the sack.

Week 15, Bills v. Cheats, GAME BALLS!
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm pissed at the roster building he's done in recent years. Like not investing in the WR position and missing on defensive choices. -
I wouldn't get my hopes up about a Miami team winning in cold weather in January. The division title very likely isn't going to happen unless major injuries occur to New England. (Maye would have to go down at a minimum). Good comeback win today though.

I'd imagine Hoecht won't be available to mid season and even then usually first year back isn't very good. I'd think an injury like that to a defensive lineman is even worse as they need to extra push and acceleration. -

Sooooo not to be that guy, but Beane drafted/signed most of your list -
We really need to pull for Miami going forward…

Yeah, regardless of the Ravens game, if NE beats the Jets and 'Phins they win the East. Our best bet is NE losing to both the Ravens and 'phins. Jets would be a welcome bonus. -

Debate Over: Drake Maye can’t hold Josh Allen’s jockstrap
Cursed replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
I live in Patriots country... most of them actually admire Josh. He's very likeable. When I moved here I thought I was going into enemy territory... it turned out to be more like they treated the Bills like baby brother (after they'd won multiple championships). Once the Bills started winning I tried to talk smack, but they were more 'aw shucks, you've got a great QB now, good luck'. I think there's a couple in the next crop of good QB's that might actually be likeable too... Drake Maye and Bo Nix included. It's okay to admit when someone else is talented... if they're a good person too it's even better. Time will tell. -

Yes MVP top 3 MVP If no 17 = no come from behind three double digit losses -
From Gemini: Examples of successful quarterbacks who signed major extensions after their third year include: Patrick Mahomes: Signed a then-record 10-year, $503 million extension with the Chiefs after his third season (his second as a full-time starter). Josh Allen: Received a significant extension with the Bills after his third season. Joe Burrow & Justin Herbert: Both were eligible for extensions after their third year and signed large deals with the Bengals and Chargers, respectively. Brock Purdy: Though a late-round pick and not subject to the same rookie wage scale rules as a first-rounder, his unique situation led to a massive extension after he became eligible. Sounds like a 2027 problem.
