Bmwolf21
Wow a stop on 3rd down. Whoop de doo. Paraphrasing Harry Doyle from Major League 2: "The Bills made a stop on 3rd down. I think I'll wet myself."

BRH
I could say the same thing about our defense, but hey if Edwards were still playing then they wouldn't have given up 41 points. Maybe we score more than 17.
nodnarb
If Trent can't go vs SD, I hope it's Hamdan. JP clearly wasn't prepared, and even if he was, there's still the matter of field vision, pocket presence, and timing... Gah....
John Adams
No blitzes. Compare the defensive playcalling in this game vs. the playcalling in the Seattle game. The Seattle game plan was much better against a similar offensive scheme. Where was the "Creep" today? Sigh. The stupid "creep" was part of last year's game plan and worked in one game. The Bills blitzed and got roasted when they did. Revist the 3rd quarter screens and runs where the Bills defenders were way upfield past the ball. AZ executed perfectly today. Always calling the right play at the right time. They hit the Bills harder. They played better at skill positions. I can't think of a single aspect of the game where the Bills played well. davefan66
Schonert yelling at Losman on the sidelines. Put Hamden in. At least we might know what we have in him when Loserman leaves next year. Problem is, not enought time in the game left to see what he can do.

Stenbar
How about 11-4 of Jp[s have been in scrap time...He didnt play all that bad today..Just a bad fumble and he held onto the ball for too long at a couple of key times..But those key times can win or lose you games and he seems to have them happen to him the wrong way at the worst time.. jad1
I'm not blaming JP for the loss today, the blame lies on the shoulders of Fewell and Jauron. But Losman is not the type of QB you want in there when the opposing team is expecting you to throw. This guy isn't capable of making more than two reads. ThreeBillsDrive
The tempo of this game was set early by the O-line's meltdown No pickup of the AZ defender on the Trent Edwards injury Marshawn Lynch fumble caused by AZ defender who rammed right through the O-line and wasn't picked up

GripnRip
And take away 17 you get 24-17 and a chance to win with 8 minutes to go. But alas, 2 critical QB fumbles and a few bad sacks and we're now out of it. As bad as the defense was, JP and the Offense was just as responsible. Sustain a few drives, not fumble twice by the Qb and it's a game. But nope. We didn't stop them ALL GAME. Whether they get the ball from a fumble or from a kickoff we weren't going to stop them. This is not a winnable game for us, we're not equipped to score 40+ points. Deal with it.

JinVA
Maybe we score more than 17. The point is to not place the blame on a 2nd string QB. The defense failed today big time.

Virgil
I'm sorry, while I do blame the coaches for horrible D play calling (never blitzing against a guy who can't normally stay on his feet), I think this game falls squarly on the shoulders of our O-Line. This is another example of us playing a team where we needed to establish the run to keep their O off the field and out of rhythm and we couldn't do it. We have other problems yes, but this is our biggest. We know we have capable backs. You have to be able to grind out the clock and work the field. We cannot. Everything else is a distant second.
