  1. No duck boat parade Just watch Manning lift trophy Suck it New England #SuperBowlHaiku
  2. Didn't care who won game As long as it was not the Fecking Patriots #SuperBowlHaiku
  3. I hope that next week Sammy Watkins can get more involved with the offense, but who can argue with the results today? The defense was nasty, and that was without Marcell Dareus. The forecast for Tom Brady next week? Pain.
  4. Pittsburgh had their own horrible injury in that game: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reporters tweeting that Maurkice Pouncey broke his ankle.
  5. Raiders fans thought he was going to be the next Wes Welker, but Oakland cut him earlier this week to sign a guy who was a teammate of Derek Carr at Fresno State. IMO Willis' best chance to stick with the Bills is on special teams, giving them depth at WR if he's pressed into duty. He may get playing time in the next 2 preseason games if Rex wants to keep potential starters out of a situation where they could get injured.
  6. True. And maybe I was being too harsh. Good play on defense to get a hand in there.
  7. Happy to see Darby with another pick. Nicely rebounding from his rough game last week.
  8. So nasty. But it makes me leery to see all the flags being dropped on them tonight. It's like they're being penalized for punishing Cleveland's offense.
  9. Darby can learn how to cover better, but he's never going to get taller
  10. One player I really enjoyed watching in the first half was John Miller. He loves to hit people and there's no quit in his game.
  11. Bryant is out with an injured knee. I hope EJ plays all of the second half. No sense in risking the health of Cassel and Taylor. Let's see what Manuel can do.
  12. Tebow doesn't appear to be as bulked up as he was when he went to the Jets, which I thought was a big impediment to his throwing motion. I don't wish the guy ill will. Unless he is playing against the Bills.
  13. Career suicide, especially after what Kromer did in Chicago. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/columnists/ct-aaron-kromer-jay-cutler-haugh-spt-1212-20141211-column.html
  14. CJ Wilson's hometown newspaper reported that he lost two fingers. Good Lord. http://www.lincolntimesnews.com/2015/07/08/c-j-wilson-injures-hand-in-fireworks-accident/
  15. Will try to listen over the net. Sounds like a fascinating project.
  16. Confirmed by the NFL: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000500151/article/jason-pierrepaul-injures-hand-in-fireworks-accident?campaign=Twitter_atn
  17. Reports are coming out of South Florida that NY Giant JPP seriously injured a hand in a fireworks accident last night according to a reporter at a Miami radio station. Anyone found another confirmation on this?
  18. I'm assuming that Belichick had taken Spikes back after Brandon promised to be on his best behavior. This weekend's events were the last straw. Given Spikes (1)alleged attitude problems in the past and (2)their problems with his ex-teammate from Florida, Hernandez, this mess wasn't going to be tolerated.
