My main concern is that no one at One Bills Drive seems to understand how bad that Miami loss was. It is business as usual this week. Someone should have been fired (Joe Brady), and there should be public anger from coaches and players. Josh moped after the game. That's not what anyone wants to see. Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers would have spit fire from the podium. It was not just a loss. It was a team that got exposed and embarrassed, and they don't seem to care about it.

If they lose this week, the wheels will come off.

Not only that, it was a divisional loss, while we are behind in the division race. It makes catching NE much, much harder, as we can't finish tied with them (even with a win against them next month) unless they drop another division game. 6 and 3 is not the end of the world, but if we had won against NE and Miami, and lost 2 other games, we'd be much, much better off for the division. As of now, our margin for error is razor thin.

Damn. Relax. It’s a mid season divisional loss. I dropped 1K on them and I’m not even that upset.

They’re not losing this week, btw.

Says the guy that just blew 1K on the game last week?

This will be a true test for the Bills and to prove this past week was a fluke and a case of them not focused on the game at hand. If the Bills come out firing on all cylinders and win or even if they show resolve and win in a close game (TB a really good team IMO) then the Bills will be fine. If they pack it in and or no show then fans need to worry and calling for change is 100% Valid. My feelings Bills win 41-28.. Allen shows why he is defending league MVP

I'm still mad about yesterday.  Too soon for me to think about this Sunday

Life goes on, man. The NFL changes week to week. Sometimes you’re riding high like last week and sometimes it’s like this. You gotta roll with the punches and keep your sanity in the mean time. The alcoholics have a good saying “Accept the things i cannot change.”

Why does there need to be a public spectacle? Also, you used Rodgers as an example? Dude mopes after wins! Brady was a notoriously immature person when he lost games.

its one game, relax a little bit

This Miami loss feels a lot worse than one game. Maybe they figure out how to get a few more wins and sneak in, but man, it really does feel like the window was slammed shut on this team.

This team does not have one strength right now. Allen is spinning and there is no help in sight. I don't think there is anything that can be done this year but next year, get healthy, hire McDaniel to run the offense, and McD calls the defense.

The punter is ok, right?

dunne did a podcast w jim monos after the bills game, apparently he talked to another AFC assistant coach about the Bills and the guy told him he absolutely hates watching us play offense😂😂says quote "it looks like a defensive coach is calling it, zero risk, ball control, no aggression, just a hodgepodge of plays..."

Aside from his connections to the world of spring football, Monos had a relationship prior with UFL CEO, Russ Brandon. Jim was the DPP for the Buffalo Bills from 2013-2017, which overlapped with Russ’ time with the Bills as well. https://pfnewsroom.com/news/memphis-showboats-add-jim-monos-as-general-manager/

Feels like Brady is gone with another dud and a loss on Sunday.

I can’t see how he survives another poor performance, at home, unless McDermott truly gives zero F’s and knows he won’t face any scrutiny from Pegula if the team crashes out.

If we drop this game and the offense only musters ten points, Brady is probably fired on Monday.

Let's play that one out. Who gets the interim internal promotion for the remainder of this season? Because you cannot install a new offense between Monday and the game in Houston on Thursday night.

If a stinker on O for both games, then maybe Brady's fired with the mini bye in play.  I can't imagine any scenario where he'd by fired on Monday.

But I still don't know who takes over. Last time, there were two good options in Brady and Mike Shula. This time, there is nobody with OC or playcalling experience at the NFL level on the staff.

Good point, they probably wouldn't fire him till after Houston game.  And I'm not sure who would take over.  Only one person I could possibly think of and he's not currently on the Bills payroll right now.

Me thinks it will be Kromer . Keep the run game a strength and try and get some stuff going and limp into the playoffs .
