Josh definitely looks like he's struggling with the lack of tools at his disposal. Allen has always had a tendency of becoming more reckless and desperate when he senses the team struggling. You saw that clearly with his fumble; usually he wouldn't bother trying to get more yards but he sees the offense struggling and becomes less mature Allen and more crazed Allen. His interception felt like a full miscommunication, he's thinking Knox is going to stop and Knox keeps running thus making the pass go to the trailing defender.

 

Essentially I wouldn't say this was a bad Josh game, I'd place under the category of desperate Josh making mistakes. There's a difference

 

Defense couldn't stop the run, Cook had a tough time going anywhere and made a bad turnover of his own.

 

When Kinkaid went down I knew the game was screwed because rarely do we have anyone step up to help Josh. 
 

Keon, I wanted you to be so good, but you've been both a waste of time and targets.

It reminds me of when I used to play goal competitively in hockey.  When I knew I had a bad team in front of me, I tended to not play my game and try to do way too much because I’d be so worried if we got behind, we would lose. 
 

I feel that’s how Josh is thinking the game right now. There’s no room for error so you got to do it all yourself.

yup that's what im saying.  I'd rather just not worry at all about the Bills and be content to go to a few sabres games this year, because I honestly don't care that much if they win or lose, but going to the game is still fun. Watching Beane and McD fumble the best QB we've ever had because they're both too cute just isn't worth it.

Not necessarily. You can use the guy to protect for the pass too. We did it constantly last year. Don’t act like it’s an outside the box thought. It was what we did all last season

That's the point.  He gave any momentum back to Miami punting there.  They had the chance to keep the drive alive and they let a Miami mistake go unpunished.

Why is there so much ***** rotation with the WRs? Seems everyone has a ***** route tree of 2 to 3 routes. Shakir included. WTF is Shavers on the field so much? Same can be said for Coleman but I get it, he’s a high pick. Part of the reason guys can’t get going is because they are only used for a few things. It’s on tape, every ***** team sees it.

Shavers actually had a pretty good reception.   the route running concepts are horrid.   if the running game is doing great then teams are 

selling out to stop it but other wise its pretty straight forward to shut down the passing game.

Right now, regardless of what is going on this season, the pats have just about every advantage imaginable over us going forward outside of the fact that Josh is marginally better than Drake Maye... But even that advantage is nerfed by the pats offense being more efficient, better called...at least consistently, and more talented around the QB's... The pats are also the younger team and arguably the more hungry... So...
