Yea 3 wins BFD , The coach is having  a Jesus moment.

The only solution is He goes  to Mr. T and tells him I'm done its me or Mcbean. I don't know if he has the metal to do it.

I will be glad when they get to 6 wins and they keep him for another few years.

I am not sure what hiring Harbaugh or Vrabel has to do with Beane.

Beane knows you bring in a big name like Harbaugh that he’s going to want his own GM. Maybe not but that’s my theory

Would be great if McBeane feared for their jobs but Pegula and his team haven’t done anything after all these years, I’d be shocked if they do anything this year. At this point I expect Josh to ask for a trade before this trainwreck regime bows out, they’ll do barely enough every year riding Josh’s coat tails to keep making the playoffs but that’s as far as they’ll ever get. Sucks but that’s where we’re at and I feel worst for Josh

They haven’t done anything besides winning the highest percentage of games for an HC and GM in franchise history!  🤣🤣🤣🤣

There’s plenty of criticism to dish out, but let’s stay rooted in reality.  They’ve never won a Super Bowl but don’t pretend the two men haven’t had a lot of success in Buffalo

What did he say there? I couldn't make it out.

They basically asked if Keon was doing enough or whatever the question was. He paused. Looked like he knew he had to be really careful with what he was gonna say and then said “yeah he got one (a touchdown) today.”

Which obviously doesn’t seem like a sincere answer but Josh isn’t gonna throw Keon under the bus.

If Harbaugh wants his own GM he says it before he takes the job.  Beane has nothing to do with it.   Pegula would have to make that choice before someone like Harbaugh or Vrabel ever moves to through the process of ever taking the job.  The Vrabel love on this board makes me laugh.  What has he done in his career that makes him better than McDermott?

Most HC’s get to fire a coordinator or 2. If McDouche has to can Brady, then it is legitimate proof this guy has no idea how to bring in a quality OC. This “should” spell the end for him. It is time for Beane to make some really tough decisions.

Tough decisions?

You do realize that Brandon Beane can’t fire Sean McDermott, right?    Even if he could I don’t think you can fire McDermott and not fire Beane as well

A “cancer” that has the highest the winning percentage by an GM/HC in franchise history?  🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

You went a little over the top there, friend.

But you do have a good point.  Ever since Diggs left, they’ve failed to surround Josh with enough talent at WR.  They should have invested in WR last season.  Instead we get Keon Coleman and a couple of mid-level free agents

Great regular season record for sure. But zero SB appearances with Allen in year 8 is a problem, and due to complete roster mismanagement and bad coaching when it really matters.

Not winning a SB isn’t exactly what I’d call a “cancer” but maybe that’s just me?!?!?!?

I guess we’ll see this year what he does with an elite QB. Something that McD has has had for 8 years

Also, Beane is a master poker player he wouldn’t put himself in position to be put out to pasture. That’s why McD has stayed so long imo

Im fine with Joe Brady.

We forced a pick to start the game, follow with a 3 and out.  3rd and 2 run, you only call that if youre going for it on 4th.

Bradys playcalling lacks rhythm all season.  Predictable, uncreative.

Im fine with anyone else taking over.  Joe's head is on college ball imo...he will be offered a HC role at some point amd start recruiting.

Real talk though, commentators are regularly pointing out consistent tells that the offense has.

Under center and/or no Kincaid - likely a run.

Shotgun and/or Kincaid - likely a pass.

i thought our D was good most of the day. They got gassed late and gave up those big runs. Bigger issue was the O.

The O was the bigger issue in all of our losses.

D hung in there as long as they could.

At some point, injuries piling up does factor in to some of our woes. Beane did try and get Waddle, so he did try. Miami may be regretting that later on. A rebuild will take them years before they're actually contenders. There were quite a few on finheaven upset the Dolphins passed up the offer

That’s how I see it.  I don’t see how you can fire Beane without McDermott and vice versa.

There’s players on this defense scheme that were just signed to long term contracts.  That means you’re looking at a roster overhaul which could take 2-3 years - IF it takes place at all.  Josh is 33 years-old by then.

You don’t tear it down until it’s necessary

They have also failed to stem the decline of the defense in spite of continuing to feed that side of the ball significant draft & FA capital. So along with your correct observation about not surrounding Allen with more skill player talent, they have dropped the ball on the D. That's 2 very large strategic actions that they have failed at.

And while McD/Bean may have the highest winning % by a GM/HC in franchise history they have not come close to matching the achievements of the 1988 - 1993 Bills teams that won 4 of 5 AFC championships and went to 4 straight Super Bowl games.

Ok well, I was responding to the person who called them a “cancer,” and just pointing out that it was ridiculous

So you're going on record that the Patriots will either be in or win the Super Bowl this year?

I still dont understand why you think Beane and McDermott have anything to do with one another's jobs?  Beane has no control over who the coach is here.  They both report to Pegula.

You keep Kincaid and Cook in together. D doesn’t know pass or run. Freakin taking them out literally telegraphs.

Does anyone else think it’s interesting that spags and Andy work near peers. our HC is never able to hire anyone but underlings?
