I was watching the "calls from the booth" from the Bills and noticed that Murph was sitting in the back with the others and had to do a double take.  I know he said he was stepping away but at the same time it's good to see him still around the team.  I went back and looked and saw he was also in the booth for the Miami game this year.  Not sure if he was there last year or not but really happy to see that he looks like he's got his wits about him while watching the game.

I'm assuming he's probably not travelling but happy how good he is looking after his incident.

Well that's like saying a hockey announcer is no Rick janorette lol

You're talking to Hall of Fame level announcers

You're never getting to that level

Same.

It also bugs me that he had no reaction after that sweet TD flip by Allen. Everyone else in the booth was excited except for him.

Kinda sums up his radio style too.

It'll be hard to find but it happened. @DrDawkinsteinprobably can remember it or find it.

I remember when that happened.  Good times.  Almost as good as Dean Norris (breaking bad, Hank) and his "sex gifs" tweet.

He's fairly old and not all that there. It was post heart attack or whatever and iirc it was one of those reply "daddy" if you want a link.

Not many are.   Murph was fine, just as good as Chris Brown.

Van was spectacular, Murph was very good, and Brown is really solid. IMO.
