Through pure random circumstances, I’ll be in Florida for a long weekend to visit family, and somehow didn’t realize the Bills were playing in Miami.  I’ve wanted to do an away game in Miami for a while now, and it seems as though the fates have smiled upon me.

I know there’s people who go down every year.  I might head down from Orlando on Saturday night and drive back after the game.

If anyone has any suggestions on tickets hotel, parking, Bills bar, or anything else, I’d appreciate it.

I'd stay on the beach in Hollywood or Ft Lauderdale. You won't save much money at another hotel off the beach, and it is safe down there and a lot of fun. The weather is really nice down here right now. The stadium is pretty close and easy to get to on the Florida turnpike, 15 - 20 min away. The stadium is not really in Miami, it is right off the turnpike in Miami Gardens, which is just south of Ft Lauderdale.

We got tickets to see Messi play for Inter Miami on Saturday and a hotel across the street from that stadium.  We just got tickets on the Visitor 50 for the Dolphins game.

Any suggestions for parking, or things to do the morning of?

Rock Bar and Elbo Room on Fort Lauderdale beach are the places to be, and then a nearby hotel!  That’s where I’ll be w a group of friends.  This is another away game that’s going to feel like a home game.

Any parking suggestions for the game?

go on Stub Hub and buy Yellow lot parking pass.  It will be $125 to $150.  Parking situation at Hard Rock sucks because they built a tennis center there, and the Miami Formula 1 goes around the stadium.    Tons of Bills to tailgate with.   You can pay less for an off site lot, but will be a shuttle or a long walk.

Ft Lauderdale Embassy Suites is a great Bills hotel. It was like, 4-1 Bills fans vs fins fans. Kind of old, but a great place to stay thats close to everything. I've stayed at the Courtyard right across Las Olmas Beach and that's a 2 min walk to Elbo room and all the rest.

Gates for tailgate opens at 9 am. Weather will be great. Humidity finally getting back to normal.

Drink lots of water and as someone said sunblock.

Plus Messi. Quite a weekend.

Have fun!

If you love Italian food. CAFE Vico is about 15 minutes from the Soccer stadium in Ft Lauderdale It's our favorite.

$125-$150 for parking?!!  Is that serious?

Virgil? If I understand correctly you’re looking for a ‘few thoughts’ from the community on what to do in Miami? 😉

Well played

Is the sun really that bad in the seats?  The images all show the the seats in the shade from the canopy.

When I go I usually sit in end zone w family fins fans. One side is much worse than the other.

Sunscreen and water will be a necessity.

85 degrees Sunday. If you're on the wrong side it might be brutal.
