BuffaloBillyG Posted Thursday at 06:50 PM Posted Thursday at 06:50 PM Joe Ferguson was my favorite Bills QB before Allen. This is a VERY rare appearance by him. 5 Quote

BearNorth Posted Thursday at 08:10 PM Posted Thursday at 08:10 PM Just think if Josh had Joe Ferguson's receivers - Bob Chandler, Jerry Butler, Frank Lewis, Cribbs out of the backfield caught 40 passes for a 15 ypc average - what a novel idea. 1 Quote

Or even Kelly's with Reed and Lofton along with Thomas. The Bills would have beaten the Giants in the Super Bowl with Allen. No offense to Jim but Allen is the better athlete. Would have had a shot to win the 2nd Cowboys Super Bowl. The other two would have been losses. 2 Quote

Don't forget about J.D. Hill, and they had a young Ahmad Rashad for a season. That offense could score some points (30 ppg in 1975). 1 Quote

Maybe, but a large part of why they didn’t win that Super Bowl was because they couldn’t get the giants offence off the field, Josh wouldn’t have made any difference in that respect. Maybe he’d have scored more points when on the field though Quote
